Au bord de la mer, pour ceux qui souhaitent s'adonner à des sports nautiques, le centre Pirates Kayak se trouve à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Vous pouvez également vous rendre à Aventura Amazonia Mijas pour une petite dose d'aventure avec des tyroliennes et des parcours dans les arbres, à moins de 20 minutes en voiture du penthouse.
Dans les environs, parmi les nombreux clubs, on trouve La Siesta Golf pour les amateurs de golf, à moins de 10 minutes en voiture. L’emplacement de ce penthouse est idéal pour les vacanciers qui souhaitent se détendre à la plage et se reposer. Pour des excursions d’une journée, vous pouvez envisager de vous rendre en voiture à des destinations telles que Málaga et Mijas Pueblo, situées respectivement à environ 37 minutes et 27 minutes. Pour découvrir d’autres attractions et lieux de villégiature uniques, vous pouvez également vous rendre à Marbella et Fuengirola, toutes deux à environ 20 minutes en voiture de l’appartement-terrasse. L'aéroport le plus proche, l'aéroport international de Málaga, est accessible en seulement 30 minutes en voiture.

Very confortable apartment with a superb view of the sea in a nice and clean complex in a quiet neighbourhood. Well equipped kitchen. There is a few grocery stores very close. A lot of nice villages and cities to visit around with a car. Anna was very helpfull in our communications. The terrace is awsome, we spent most of our time there when we were « home ». We spent a couple of weeks there and we really felt like « home away from home. Thank you Anna!

A medence és az óriási terasz, aminek az egyik fele zárt is lehet nagyon szuper. A két hálószobához a 2 külön fürdő nagyon praktikus. Az egész apartman jól felszerelt, az ágyak kényelmesek. Van központi klíma. A környéken sok minden van amire szükség lehet, 2 perc séta McDonald's, 10 perc séta Lidl, több étterem a tengerparton szintén 2-10 perces sétával.

The location of the property is fantastic. The complex is very well maintained and clean. The process of booking the apartment was easy and Anna provided us with all the information needed to gain entrance to the apartment on arrival and went out of her way to collect the keys so that we did not have to return them to the key safe location when we were leaving for the airport. We had such a good time that we have already booked to return next year.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit dort. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sagenhaft. Die fußläufige Nähe zum Meer und zu guten Restaurants ist einfach toll. Die Poolanlage war auch top in Schuss, wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Empfang durch Anna war herzlich und hat keine Fragen offen gelassen. Alles bestens! So soll es sein!

A Very beatutiful view from an apartament . Apatrament had everything what should to have . Its unique place with lots restaurants and very long wooden path along the cost . Apartament owner was very helpful and did quick response to any question . I strongly reccomend stay there .

Anna was a fantastic host & we appreciated her flexibility on our arrival & departure. The property had everything we needed & more, lovely bottle of Cava which we enjoyed for our 10th Anniversary & spectacular views from terrace. we were walking distance to all amenities but liked the privacy & quietness of property. lovely walks on the boardwalk. Stunning top floor apartment with amazing views of the sea, traditionally decorated with a very Spanish feel, rooms are a good size for a large family with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. The pool was amazing and we never had a problem getting sunbeds. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by too.

By the beach, 3 swimming pools, sound of the sea, VIEW from the balcony, part of the balcony is glazed, which allows you to enjoy the views on windy days. Underground parking space - the remote control is in the apartment, elevator directly to the garage. Nearby LIDL, bakery, and McDonald\'s. The building is right next to the expressway, which cannot be heard. Generally, you can ONLY hear the sound of the sea - it\'s wonderful to fall asleep and wake up to. The apartment has 2 bedrooms + living room + kitchen + laundry room + two bathrooms. The interior is getting on in years, but everything basically works, and the mattresses are comfortable. Huoneisto on hyvällä paikalla. Jonkin verran huoneisto kaipaisi päivitystä. Parvekkeen oven kahva osittain rikki. Toisessa kylpyhuoneessa suihkun seinäpidike melkein irti. Astioita voisi päivittä uusiksi. Avaimien nouto eri paikasta hankalaa. Muuten viihdyimme hyvin siellä.

Ana it's a beautiful soul, always willing to help always there. The Apartment not missing any details all you might need is there, but for a person who has a knee problem and who its afraid to be trapped in a lift you really need to consider something else. The lift NEVER work, right after Ana show us the apartment the lift stop working, even th neighbors who is resident mention that he already call the company to reported many times, but if you are young and not mind walking and going up and down the 4th floor with luggage and to enjoy the pool and the beautiful boardwalk, go for it. That's way I just grade this place 4.5 because for me the ELEVATOR it's a MUST. Please please fix it, because I love this place. Thank you Ana for your kindness.

Huoneisto on hyvällä paikalla. Jonkin verran huoneisto kaipaisi päivitystä. Parvekkeen oven kahva osittain rikki. Toisessa kylpyhuoneessa suihkun seinäpidike melkein irti. Astioita voisi päivittä uusiksi. Avaimien nouto eri paikasta hankalaa. Muuten viihdyimme hyvin siellä.

Ana it's a beautiful soul, always willing to help always there. The Apartment not missing any details all you might need is there, but for a person who has a knee problem and who its afraid to be trapped in a lift you really need to consider something else. The lift NEVER work, right after Ana show us the apartment the lift stop working, even th neighbors who is resident mention that he already call the company to reported many times, but if you are young and not mind walking and going up and down the 4th floor with luggage and to enjoy the pool and the beautiful boardwalk, go for it. That's way I just grade this place 4.5 because for me the ELEVATOR it's a MUST. Please please fix it, because I love this place. Thank you Ana for your kindness.
