Cette magnifique maison en bois a été rénovée avec sensibilité, tout en conservant son caractère d'origine, mais avec le confort moderne, y compris un bain à remous extérieur. La maison, qui peut accueillir 6 personnes, est presque entièrement en chêne, avec des sols, des murs et des plafonds en bois. Au rez-de-chaussée, le salon spacieux est équipé d'un canapé, d'un fauteuil, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un poêle à bois et de portes-fenêtres donnant sur la terrasse avant. La table à manger, qui peut accueillir 6 personnes, se trouve à côté de la cuisine ouverte. La cuisine est bien équipée avec une plaque de cuisson à induction, un four, une cafetière, un réfrigérateur/congélateur et une bouilloire. Un escalier ouvert en bois mène à un autre salon avec un grand canapé supplémentaire, une télévision à écran plat et une chambre à coucher. À l'avant de la maison, il y a une terrasse ombragée, donnant sur la campagne, avec de jolis sièges en bois. Une terrasse en bois est équipée d'un bain à remous en forme de tonneau. Une salle à manger extérieure séparée et couverte dispose d'une table pour 8 personnes et d'un grill en briques pour le barbecue. Dans le jardin clôturé, les hôtes peuvent profiter de chaises longues et il y a une balançoire pour les enfants. Couchage Chambre 1 : La chambre principale dispose d'un lit double, d'une coiffeuse, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une armoire. Chambre 2 : Au premier étage, nichée sous les combles, cette chambre confortable dispose d'un lit double et d'un lit simple. Supplémentaire : Le canapé du salon se transforme en un confortable lit double. Salle de bains Salle de bains 1 : Au rez-de-chaussée, cette salle de bains spacieuse est équipée d'un sauna, d'une grande douche, d'un lavabo et de toilettes. Salle de bains 2 : La salle de bains du premier étage est équipée d'une douche en verre, d'un lavabo et d'un WC. En plus - Wifi gratuit - Bain à remous - Sauna - Poêle à bois - Sèche-cheveux - Coffre-fort - Chaîne hi-fi - Lave-linge - Accueil des enfants - Lit d'enfant sur demande - Accueil des animaux domestiques - Jardin clôturé - Coin repas extérieur - Barbecue - Parking garage, voiture recommandée Situation La maison se trouve à seulement 15 minutes des lacs de Plitvice, protégés par l'UNESCO, où les visiteurs peuvent profiter en toute tranquillité d'une campagne, de chutes d'eau et de lacs époustouflants. Le village de Rastoke (25 minutes) se trouve sur les rives de la Korana et la plage de la rivière est un paradis pour les nageurs. Pour l'auto-apprentissage, il y a de nombreuses fermes familiales à visiter, où vous pourrez acheter les meilleurs ingrédients locaux. L'aéroport international Franjo Tudman de Zagreb se trouve à 1 heure et 50 minutes de route, tout comme l'aéroport de Zadar.

Wir wurden bereits einen Tag vor der Anreise freundlich informiert und willkommen geheißen. Die Begrüßung vor Ort war herzlich und der erste Eindruck umwerfend: Idyllische Lage, angeheizter hot tub, und ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, das allen Comfort bietet. This was the perfect place to relax during our visit to Plitvice! The quiet surroundings were beautiful and private. We loved the outdoor space so much we decided to cook two dinners there vs going to a restaurant! Very convenient for getting to the national park, to town for the market, or for exploring nearby Rastoke.

Great value for money. Very clean and tidy inside and out. Nice little touches of milk, sweets, fruit and alcohol samples on arrival. We were allowed to check in early which was brilliant. Comfy beds and very quiet. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only slight negative was the hot water for showers, we found that after 2 short showers we had to wait quite a while for the water to heat back up for a third shower so larger groups staying should bear that in mind.

Wir sind recht herzlich begrüßt worden. Wat een fantastische plek, echt genoten. Ingericht alsof je thuis bent, super goed koffie apparaat, lekkers in de koelkast en op tafel als welkom. Toffe hottub. Goede airco, heerlijk geslapen in de bedden. Heerlijke tuin, lekker liggen zonnen en in de avond eenmooie buiten eet plek. Auto staat onder een carport dus blijft koel. Hele aardige eigenaresse.

Een super vriendelijk onthaal door de gastvrouw, mooi gelegen, heel proper, alles maar dan ook alles was er aanwezig. Drinken, koffie, toiletpapier, keukenrol je kon het niet bedenken of het was aanwezig. Super bedankt!!
