Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza a Riva grazie anche all’alloggio: comodo per spostarsi in macchina e raggiungere i vari luoghi di interesse nei dintorni di Riva, comodo anche per raggiungere il centro e vicino a tutti i servizi necessari. La casa è accogliente pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. I proprietari erano facilmente contattabili e sempre disponibili a rispondere in tempi brevi. Consiglio vivamente questa casa per passare un piacevole e tranquillo soggiorno sul lago.

Nous sommes resté deux semaines dans cet appartement. Conforme a la description et aux photos de l’annonce. Bien equipe, propre calme et le prking en sous sol en plus c’était top. Proche du lac environ 10 min a pied de la plage la plus proche. Idem pour les comodite (commerces alimentaires et restaurants) Le centre de riva est facilement accessible a pied par le bord de lac en environ 25 min ou en 15min par la route principal. Idéal pour etre au calme et profiter de la région. Pour les cyclistes acces a différents itinéraire facilement.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia no apartamento do Thomas. Um lugar muito tranquilo, com uma vista maravilhosa das montanhas, próximo ao lago, que por sua vez é um espetáculo. O apartamento ficava próximo a todos os estabelecimentos. O Thomas sempre nos atendeu prontamente quando precisamos, muito solicito. Muito obrigado pela maravilhosa estadia 🙏🏻

Great little apartment very close to the lake edge and Riva Del Garda centre. Also very close to a very nice shopping centre with everything you need. We chose Riva Del Garda because of how close it is to the mountains all around and the stunning view down the lake and beaches.

tutto bene bene per quanto riguarda pulizia, posizione e facilità per trovare la casa. non prende 5 stelle per due motivi: 1. luce su due della sala fulminata e luce sul balcone fulminata che ho sostituito (essendo estate abbiamo usato lampio balcone la sera). 2. poca reattività nel rispondere all'unico messaggio che ho inviato: "c'è la moka o la macchina del caffè?". Visualizzato e risposto ore dopo con "dovrebbe esserci la moka".

Ganz nette Unterkunft, wenn man in Riva sein will, man kann gut von dort aus wandern. Beim Check - In musste ich selber fragen, ob der Schlüssel gebracht werden kann, damit man ihn nicht aus einem anderen Ort abholen muss. Dann hat aber alles geklappt.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, la posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro anche a piedi in circa 15 minuti, il centro commerciale a due passi, parcheggio per l'auto al coperto, valida l'assistenza per la soluzione dei pochi e piccoli problemi. Comoda anche la modalità di consegna chiavi.

This was a comfortable apartment and we really enjoyed our stay. The bedroom, sofa and outside seating were all really comfortable. Everything was clean. The apartment is run by a management company. The key collection was from a neighbouring town which was a bit of an issue for us as we didn’t have a car, but we requested to be met at apartment which was really helpful. Location is a bit out of town (about 15 mins walk to the lake and 20-25 mins into Riva) but we quite liked coming back to somewhere quiet. There’s a supermarket 10 mins walk away. We’d definitely recommend hiring bikes - there are lots of bike hire places in Riva and the bike paths in the area are amazing. There is no air con but there are fans and we were fine in mid June.

Very happy with the location! The apartment was nice, with a nice balcony with a beautiful view over the mountains. There was no air condition and only one fan, which was a bit hot for four people. But when Asking about an additional fan we got it straight away. So happy with the service.

La posizione e l’accesso pedonale tramite un viottolo sono indicati nell’annuncio, ma valuteremo come migliorare la segnaletica e la manutenzione del percorso. L’appartamento non è elencato con aria condizionata, come specificato nella descrizione, e le caratteristiche degli arredi (letto basso, comodini, luci) corrispondono a quanto mostrato nelle foto. Prenderemo comunque in considerazione le sue osservazioni per migliorare il comfort e la funzionalità degli spazi. Wir waren von der Ferienwohnung entäuscht. So was hatten wir seit wir in Italien Urlaub machen noch nie.Die Fotos waren leider mit Filterrn bearbeitet. Das Wohnzimmer war dunkel,nicht hell und freundlich, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Wir mußten die Rollläden halb unten lassen,damit keiner ins Zimmer guckt,da Gardinen oder Rollos gefehlt haben. Wir haben uns am ersten Tag auch beschwert...auch mit Fotos,das die Toilette verdreckt ist und die Dusche voller Schimmel ist. Es gab aber keine Reaktion,zwecks Preisnachlass.Also wir sind nicht kleinlich,aber die fast 1000 waren es nicht wert. Wir hoffen ja,das sich dazu noch jemand meldet.

Il posto cioè riva del Garda. L'appartamento era grazioso ma lo staff non tanto. Non tornerei in quel appartamento perché c'erano gli scarichi intasati in bagno. E per l'immondizia era un problema perché i cassonetti erano con chiave

Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza a Riva grazie anche all’alloggio: comodo per spostarsi in macchina e raggiungere i vari luoghi di interesse nei dintorni di Riva, comodo anche per raggiungere il centro e vicino a tutti i servizi necessari. La casa è accogliente pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. I proprietari erano facilmente contattabili e sempre disponibili a rispondere in tempi brevi. Consiglio vivamente questa casa per passare un piacevole e tranquillo soggiorno sul lago.

Nous sommes resté deux semaines dans cet appartement. Conforme a la description et aux photos de l’annonce. Bien equipe, propre calme et le prking en sous sol en plus c’était top. Proche du lac environ 10 min a pied de la plage la plus proche. Idem pour les comodite (commerces alimentaires et restaurants) Le centre de riva est facilement accessible a pied par le bord de lac en environ 25 min ou en 15min par la route principal. Idéal pour etre au calme et profiter de la région. Pour les cyclistes acces a différents itinéraire facilement.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia no apartamento do Thomas. Um lugar muito tranquilo, com uma vista maravilhosa das montanhas, próximo ao lago, que por sua vez é um espetáculo. O apartamento ficava próximo a todos os estabelecimentos. O Thomas sempre nos atendeu prontamente quando precisamos, muito solicito. Muito obrigado pela maravilhosa estadia 🙏🏻

Great little apartment very close to the lake edge and Riva Del Garda centre. Also very close to a very nice shopping centre with everything you need. We chose Riva Del Garda because of how close it is to the mountains all around and the stunning view down the lake and beaches.

Full apartments. Lots of space. Good neighborhood and plenty of free parking. Short walk to the shops (COOP etc). Excellent restaurant (la Colombera) 100m.

tutto bene bene per quanto riguarda pulizia, posizione e facilità per trovare la casa. non prende 5 stelle per due motivi: 1. luce su due della sala fulminata e luce sul balcone fulminata che ho sostituito (essendo estate abbiamo usato lampio balcone la sera). 2. poca reattività nel rispondere all'unico messaggio che ho inviato: "c'è la moka o la macchina del caffè?". Visualizzato e risposto ore dopo con "dovrebbe esserci la moka".

Ganz nette Unterkunft, wenn man in Riva sein will, man kann gut von dort aus wandern. Beim Check - In musste ich selber fragen, ob der Schlüssel gebracht werden kann, damit man ihn nicht aus einem anderen Ort abholen muss. Dann hat aber alles geklappt.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, la posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro anche a piedi in circa 15 minuti, il centro commerciale a due passi, parcheggio per l'auto al coperto, valida l'assistenza per la soluzione dei pochi e piccoli problemi. Comoda anche la modalità di consegna chiavi.

This was a comfortable apartment and we really enjoyed our stay. The bedroom, sofa and outside seating were all really comfortable. Everything was clean. The apartment is run by a management company. The key collection was from a neighbouring town which was a bit of an issue for us as we didn’t have a car, but we requested to be met at apartment which was really helpful. Location is a bit out of town (about 15 mins walk to the lake and 20-25 mins into Riva) but we quite liked coming back to somewhere quiet. There’s a supermarket 10 mins walk away. We’d definitely recommend hiring bikes - there are lots of bike hire places in Riva and the bike paths in the area are amazing. There is no air con but there are fans and we were fine in mid June.

Very happy with the location! The apartment was nice, with a nice balcony with a beautiful view over the mountains. There was no air condition and only one fan, which was a bit hot for four people. But when Asking about an additional fan we got it straight away. So happy with the service.

Gentile Giulia, Grazie per il suo feedback. Ci dispiace sapere che l’appartamento non ha soddisfatto le sue aspettative. La posizione e l’accesso pedonale tramite un viottolo sono indicati nell’annuncio, ma valuteremo come migliorare la segnaletica e la manutenzione del percorso. L’appartamento non è elencato con aria condizionata, come specificato nella descrizione, e le caratteristiche degli arredi (letto basso, comodini, luci) corrispondono a quanto mostrato nelle foto. Prenderemo comunque in considerazione le sue osservazioni per migliorare il comfort e la funzionalità degli spazi. Wir waren von der Ferienwohnung entäuscht. So was hatten wir seit wir in Italien Urlaub machen noch nie.Die Fotos waren leider mit Filterrn bearbeitet. Das Wohnzimmer war dunkel,nicht hell und freundlich, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Wir mußten die Rollläden halb unten lassen,damit keiner ins Zimmer guckt,da Gardinen oder Rollos gefehlt haben. Wir haben uns am ersten Tag auch beschwert...auch mit Fotos,das die Toilette verdreckt ist und die Dusche voller Schimmel ist. Es gab aber keine Reaktion,zwecks Preisnachlass.Also wir sind nicht kleinlich,aber die fast 1000 waren es nicht wert. Wir hoffen ja,das sich dazu noch jemand meldet.

The photos have not been edited with filters. Regarding the brightness, if the shutters are kept partially or fully closed, it is normal that the rooms appear darker. Il posto cioè riva del Garda. L'appartamento era grazioso ma lo staff non tanto. Non tornerei in quel appartamento perché c'erano gli scarichi intasati in bagno. E per l'immondizia era un problema perché i cassonetti erano con chiave
