Une location de vacances adaptée aux animaux et bien desservie, à proximité du centre historique de Lugano ! L'appartement de vacances est parfait pour se détendre dans la ville la plus animée du Tessin, avec le lac de Lugano comme point d'orgue. À seulement 15-20 minutes de marche de l'appartement, les clients peuvent profiter du magnifique centre historique de Lugano ainsi que du lac alpin ! Dans l'appartement lui-même, ils trouveront tout ce qu'il faut dans ses intérieurs lumineux pour se détendre dans une atmosphère agréable et profiter d'un séjour paisible. L'appartement, situé au quatrième étage dispose d'un joli balcon avec une salle à manger en plein air confortable pour se retrouver et prendre des repas avec ses proches. Il y a 2 chambres à coucher dans la location pour accueillir facilement jusqu'à 4 personnes. Le salon spacieux et ouvert offre une atmosphère apaisante pour se détendre et est équipé d'une grande télévision Smart-SAT, d'une salle à manger et d'un grand canapé. La cuisine est séparée et équipée de tous les appareils essentiels dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour. Un lave-vaisselle, une machine à café Nespresso, un micro-ondes, un grille-pain et un réfrigérateur sont disponibles dans cet appartement de vacances adapté aux enfants. L'arrêt de bus est à 4 minutes à pied et il y a également de nombreux restaurants et supermarchés à deux pas de l'appartement de vacances pour répondre à toutes vos envies et besoins. Le centre historique de Lugano, le Parco Ciani au bord du lac, la Piazza della Riforma avec des tonnes de terrasses, le Trenino Turistico, le casino de Lugano et un large éventail de discothèques, sont tous à une distance de marche pratique de la location (15-20 minutes de marche). Cependant, pour ceux qui veulent se détendre loin de la foule, le Lido San Domenico et le sentier des oliviers qui se termine dans le village pittoresque de Gandria sont à 10 minutes en voiture. Les clients peuvent également faire une randonnée dans le magnifique San Salvatore, dont le funiculaire se trouve à 15 minutes de route. Les familles avec des enfants peuvent se rendre à Melide et admirer l'étonnante chaussée ainsi que la SwissMiniatur avec ses expositions en plein air des meilleures attractions de Suisse ! Et si vous êtes un fan de littérature, ne manquez pas Montagnola (également à 15 minutes), la maison de l'auteur Hermann Hesse, lauréat du prix Nobel. L'aéroport international le plus proche est Milan Malpensa, à environ 60 minutes de route de cette location de vacances à Lugano.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Seul petit bémol : chien dans l'immeuble qui aboi en permanence, difficile de se reposer. Pas d'ascenseur comme annoncé dans l'annonce. Sinon très belle surface d'appartement, terrasse très agréable. Place de parking.

Had a wonderful stay - nice and spacious apartment great for family or 2 couples to stay as there are two individual rooms. Communication was great and the place was spotless. Would definitely recommend or even go there again. The cherry on the cake was the bar below the building with very nice people and drinks to enjoy the hot summer after a full day of visiting around.

The apartment was clear and nicely furnished. Nice wall decoration too. It had a nice balcony, and solid wifi. The kitchen was supplied with all the utensils we needed to cook our meals. Speaking of cooking, there is a supermarket very conveniently located right across the street from the apartment. Also, there is a bus stop within walking distance from the complex. There is a direct bus connection (line 6) between that bus stop and the Lugano train station. One thing to take into consideration is that the apartment where we stayed (Casa Rosa) was on the fourth floor (or fifth floor if you count the ground floor as the first floor), in a building that apparently did not have an elevator. For us, this was no problem, but keep this in mind when you book the place. There is also a laundry room downstairs. The people of Happy Holiday were friendly, helpful and easy to reach, both through Airbnb chat and through their phone number. We had a wonderful stay.

Le logement est très bien situé dans un quartier suffisamment proche du centre avec toutes les commodités . Il est grand, calme et le lit est très confortable. La connexion du Wifi est également excellente. Les instructions d’arrivée sont très clairs et il y a également un petit livret du logement avec des informations utiles. Par contre, il manque un peu d'entretien, avec des moisissures au plafond de la salle de bain, un store qui ne fonctionnait pas et le système de la poubelle également cassé. Ce n'est pas non plus un appartement de charme, avec relativement peu de meubles, c'est assez froid. En conclusion, un bon endroit pour passer un week-end à Lugano, mais peut-être pas un long séjour.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für die Wohnung sehr gut. Die ganze Ausstattung, welche im Inserat beschrieben wird, ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat auch eine sehr angenehme Grösse. Die Wohnung an sich ist nicht im besten Zustand: In der Toilette ist der Türrahmen nicht mehr ichtig fixiert, es schauen an mehreren Orten in der Wohnung Nägel aus der Wand heraus und es blättert Farbe von ein paar Oberflächen ab. Wir waren im Herbst in der Wohnung und die Wohnung war sehr kalt, da keine Heizung angestellt war. Daher wäre es besser gewesen, wenn auch etwas dickere Decken verfügbar gewesen wären, angesichts der Tatsache, dass die Fenster nicht besonders gut isoliert sind. Die Doppelschlafcouch quietscht und ist daher für unruhige Schläfer nicht geeignet.

Better value than a hotel, clean but not spotless. Top floor flat so be prepared to climb 3 flights of stairs with your cases. Nice touch was the bottle of sparkling rose to welcome you but the kitchen pack could have been more generous with dishwasher tablets (1 for a 4 night stay). Doors and windows were interesting, some had to be really pushed to be closed. The architrave was very dodgy too, not the most secure as 1 overhead frame just dropped off - couldn't figure what caused the bang initially!! Also the kitchen and entrance had no light bulbs. We could cope without so didn't mention it until the architrave went - only one bulb was put in. We liked the location of the apartment however the frustration stems from the team on Air BnB being the "rental" team. They were not interested in helping us out in anyway with issues, each time it was 'contact the local team on your check in instructions '. Would've been nice if they could've forwarded things for us. Had a lovely stay though!
