Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Die Lage ist nicht ganz wie auf der Karte angezeigt und auf einer belebten Straße gelegen, aber für uns war es vom großen Vorteil, da man im Radius von 50 Metern Brot, Früchte , Obst und alles andere kaufen konnte. Es war schön. Wir würden wieder buchen!

We were welcomed by tge house owners, she is very friendly and explained everything to us, The house is very easy to reachand, very clean and has everything you need nearby, the only issue we had that there's a nearby hospital and a lot of ambulance going through the day and night, In general we enjoyed our time there and hopefully we see you soon.

L’alloggio è perfetto per le famiglie,soprattutto se con bambini! Le stanze sono molto spaziose e la presenza del giardino è molto utile. Siamo stati accolti dalla Sig.ra Patrizia che per tutto il soggiorno si è resa reperibile e disponibile in caso di necessità

Casa molto pulita e fornita di tutto quello che serve, molto gradita la presenza del giardino. Le comunicazioni dell'agenzia sono state sempre molto precise, self check in comodo e semplice. Unica pecca è il rumore proveniente dalla strada dovuto al traffico continuo.

Posizione, giardino, posto auto. La struttura si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e, a portata di mano, ci sono supermercati e ristoranti. Il signor. Gianluca, colui che si occupa della struttura, è una brava persona molto disponibile e fornisce le indicazioni precise, tramite video, su ogni cosa

Les hôtes étaient très disponibles et aimables. L’appartement confortable et bien équipé. À deux pas de l’appartement il y a un magasin de fruits, une boulangerie, des pizzerias et un petit magasin.

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész a házigazda, szuperül kitakarítva minden. Kényelmes ágyak, bár cserére értek, mivel már mélyedés van derék tájon az ágyban. Irtó hangos! Tudtuk, hogy nem kis utcába megyünk, de mintha egy városi aluljáróban aludtunk volna. Hozzáteszem, hogy második estétől megszoktuk, amúgyis fáradtak voltunk a friss sós levegő miatt. A konyha nagyon jól felszerelt, rengeteg edény és eszköz volt. 50 méteren belül friss kenyeret sütő pékség, finom zöldséges és isteni kávézó volt, illetve bicajjal 10 perc alatt a kedvenc bagno-nkban voltunk!

Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über eine schöne geräumige Wohnküche mit allen Kochutensilien, die man an einem Ferienort braucht. Auch die zwei Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Das Bad ist recht klein, verfügt aber über alles, was man braucht inkl. Waschmaschine. Beim heißen Wasser benötigt man etwas Geduld, was aber nicht weiter stört. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und geben viele Tips zu Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zu der Umgebung. Einziges Manko: die Wohnung liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße in der Nähe eines Kreisverkehrs, so dass es draußen recht laut ist. Auch in der Wohnung ist der Verkehr noch zu hören.

It was great stay at this place. Owners were really helpful and stayed till 1:30 am just to welcome us. The house is well located. Everything is nearby. The house has air conditioning system in every room and it’s the only option if you need to warm up the room during winter. The living area is small as it’s including a kitchen and dining area. But our kids played most of the time in the open space outside. There is a hospital nearby, so it’s very common to hear ambulance all the time. Overall it was great meeting the owners and staying in this home.

The owner, Stefano, was a nice guy. But his management company told him to collect 400 Euros from us upon check-in as a deposit. I guess I should have noticed that in the description of the place but it was not an ideal thing to worry about if we'd get that money back from unknown people. Never paid a large cash deposit at an Airbnb before. Ultimately they deducted 1 euro for every kwh of electricity we used during our stay. So not too much deducted from the deposit. But really I'd prefer they just added some to the nightly cost so we weren't thinking about electricity usage the whole time. The apartment is a short drive to the beach, and parking in front of the apartment was never a problem. The street noise was a bit loud at night. Overall, for an apartment during the busy season it was fine.

Siamo arrivati durante un giorno di pioggia e la proprietaria Patrizia si è mostrata molto disponibile ad anticiparci il check in dalle 16:00 alle 14:00. La casa è ampia, c’è un parcheggio privato proprio di fronte al cancello dell’abitazione. Comodo l’alimentari situato di fronte. Gli asciugamani sono morbidi e puliti. La cucina è ben fornita sia di utensili sia di condimenti base.
