Il Borgo est un complexe d'appartements attrayant situé sur la côte est de la Sardaigne. Dans la station balnéaire de Porto San Paolo et à seulement 700 mètres de la plage, Il Borgo constitue un point de départ paisible pour des vacances reposantes. Cet appartement du premier étage peut accueillir 2 personnes et dispose d'un balcon privé ombragé, avec vue sur l'île de Tavolara. Le studio dispose d'une grande salle de séjour divisée par de jolies étagères en bois. D'un côté se trouve le canapé, avec une commode et une télévision à écran plat. De grandes portes vitrées mènent au balcon, où se trouvent une table et des chaises pour les repas en plein air. À l'intérieur, il y a un autre coin repas à côté d'une cuisine ouverte. La cuisine est équipée d'une plaque de cuisson, d'un four, d'un réfrigérateur/congélateur et d'une machine à café Moka. Couchage Le canapé du salon se transforme en un confortable lit double. Salle de bains : La salle de bain joliment carrelée est équipée d'une douche, d'un bidet, d'un lavabo et d'un WC. En plus - Coin repas extérieur - Balcon - Lave-linge - Climatisation - Parking privé, une voiture est indispensable - Suplemento Frais supplémentaires Veuillez noter qu'une taxe de séjour de 2 € par personne et par jour doit être payée sur place. Supplément de 10 € par jour pour l'éclairage, l'eau, l'air conditionné et le gaz, à régler sur place. Situation La station balnéaire de Porto San Paolo est connue pour ses superbes plages de sable blanc et ses eaux turquoise cristallines, créant un cadre idéal pour des vacances relaxantes et agréables. Ne manquez pas de visiter l'île de Tavolara pour faire de la randonnée, nager et déguster un délicieux repas au Da Tonino, un restaurant renommé dirigé par l'actuel roi de l'île. Les visiteurs peuvent explorer les marchés de producteurs dynamiques d'Olbia, en particulier le marché du samedi à Via Sangallo (25 minutes de route). C'est l'endroit idéal pour se procurer les meilleurs produits locaux à cuisiner chez soi. L'aéroport d'Olbia se trouve à 20 minutes en voiture.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft ! Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, das Zimmer war genauso schön und sauber wie auf den Bildern – alles hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Besonders der Balkon war für uns ein echtes Highlight: Ob ein ruhiges Frühstück am Morgen oder ein entspanntes Spiel am Abend – hier konnte man die Zeit in vollen Zügen genießen. Auch die Lage in Porto San Paolo hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles, was man braucht, ist direkt vor Ort: Restaurants, Supermärkte, Eisdielen und vieles mehr. Zudem sind sowohl die bekannten Strände der Umgebung als auch die Stadt Olbia schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Tipp noch für den Gastgeber: Wenn die Schlafcouch durch ein richtiges Bett ersetzt wird, wäre die Unterkunft wirklich perfekt! 👍🏼 Insgesamt hat uns die Unterkunft also sehr gut gefallen und wir können sie bestens weiterempfehlen!

The studio was lovely with a wonderful view and very central. Easy to get to the beach, lovely Restaurants, authentic Cafés with the best coffee and ice cream and a supermarket.

Appartamento pulito. Cucina fornita di tutti gli utensili. Posizione strategica per poter viaggiare nei dintorni. Porto San Paolo non offre nulla di speciale ma potete trovare tutto ciò che può servire come farmacia, bar, ristoranti e supermercati

Buongiorno, nell’appartamento ci siamo trovati bene, pur essendo solo un monolocale, é sufficientemente ampio, l’abbiamo trovato pulitissimo, la cucina ben attrezzata e pratica , il divano letto abbastanza comodo, noi ci siamo portati i nostri cuscini da casa per una questione di confort … comodissimo il terrazzo esterno dove abbiamo fatto colazione e cena… Solo un piccolo appunto, manca un punto luce vicino al letto, e quando è sera e bisogna coricarsi, le luci bisogna spegnerle vicino alla porta d’ingresso e poi vagare al buio fino all’ letto. Per il resto tutto bene.

Very well located appartment, just a few minutes walk from the beach. The appartment was very clean, and check-in/check out was very easy. Our flight was leaving in the afternoon from Olbia and we were allowed to check out at 1pm instead of 10am, which was very convenient and enabled us to really make the most of our last day in Porto San Paolo, thank you so much!

Das Apartment war funktional und gut für einen Strandurlaub geeignet, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Allerdings gab es einige Probleme: Achtung! Ganz unten in der Beschreibung stehen zusätzliche Kosten (10 €/Tag „Consumption“ + 2 €/Tag Tax). Die Tax ist normal, die 10 € aber überzogen (bei 6 Nächten insg. 84 € extra), zudem wurden wir erst einen Tag vor Abreise per Mail erinnert und die Summe war nur bar bezahlbar – sehr intransparent. Die Kommunikation erfolgte teils über Airbnb, teils per Mail/ Messenger über eine externe Firma (Happy Rentals), was unübersichtlich war, auch wenn die Mitarbeiterinnen (Firma CIS) vor Ort sehr nett waren. Negativ waren außerdem: kein WLAN, ein Sofa-Bett voller Sand, laute Musik von der Bar gegenüber immer bis 2 Uhr (morgens) und ein Parkplatz mit hervorstehendem Holz, das unseren Reifen beschädigte. Die Wohnung ist also Insgesamt gut für den Strandurlaub geeignet, aber klare, transparente Kommunikation fehlt deutlich.

Apartment just as described and a nice town with all the amenities needed for a short stay. One small complaint (leading to 4 stars out of 5) is that the bin store is very far away from the apartment and not well described to find at all. Bins had to be separated into 5 different categories.

The appartment was very cleaned and close the description and pictures. Chiarra, the person who managed the appartment on-site, was so much helpful and available for us. The only bad thing is the loud music from the restaurant M'ama in front of the appartment.
