La propreté des lieux, la position en plein centre. On était en 5 et avec le canapé lit ouvert et la cuisine dans une autre pièce on a pu profiter de 3 vrais chambres.

This rental was fantastic! We traveled as a family of 5 (two littles) and everyone was comfortable for the stay. The location was very close to the lake and we found it easy arriving by train (then took a bus for 5 minutes). Restaurant’s were close by, Migros was a block away and gelato was close as well. There is a cute bakery just down the street that my boys loved. We took a trip on the lake to visit different areas and it was perfect for a day out on the water. I was worried about sleeping but all of the rooms have darkening shades that completely block out light if used and I couldn’t even tell it was daytime. So very helpful if you need to sleep in. We couldn’t hear any neighbors or much from the street either so the walls must have good noise protection. Perfect stay in a gorgeous city!

Sauberes, schönes Apartement. Freundlicher Kundendienst aich 24h schnell erreichbar. Jedoch, vorsicht mit Happyrentals, Erstens wird man beim Buchen auf eine sehr billige Webseite weitergleitet die kein Impressum hat, fragwürdig in Sachen Datenschutz. Zweitens Sie bieten einen 24h service, jedoch kam eine nachträgliche Forderung von 250.- SFr wegen anscheinenden Lärmemissionen und das öffnen der Türe da der Schlüssel in der Wohnung blieb. Keine Zusatzkostentransparenz. Reine Willkür. Ich werde Happyrentals in sicher meiden.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, zwei Kleine Kinder) hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dieser zentral gelegenen Airbnb-Unterkunft. Die Lage ist perfekt – alles ist zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln leicht erreichbar. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, was das Essengehen sehr bequem macht. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr komfortabel. Das Bad ist groß und die Küche gut ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts fehlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber: eine Agentur, die sehr gut organisiert ist. Die Beschreibung, wie man zum Schlüssel kommt, war hervorragend und hat perfekt funktioniert. Ein früherer Check-in war problemlos möglich und auf Nachrichten wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Ein Kritikpunkt sind die Möbel. Sie sehen zwar edel aus, sind aber leider von minderer Qualität. Hier würde ich für den Preis mehr erwarten. Insgesamt jedoch ein empfehlenswerter Ort für einen Aufenthalt in Lugano.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Perfekt für Ausflüge, Spaziergänge und Einkäufe. Sie liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Strasse. Gemäss Bewertung haben wir das gewusst und in Kauf genommen. Ein Zimmer und die Küche haben Fenster zum Innenhof. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

Ich verbrachte mit einer Freundin und drei Kindern fünf Nächte in Lugano. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und würden diese jederzeit wieder mieten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach fantastisch, mitten im Zentrum von Lugano! Mit dem ÖV super zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Migros usw.) nur eine Querstrasse entfernt, auch See, Park, Museum usw. in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Weiter entfernte Ausflugsziele sind bestens mit Bus, Funicolare oder Zug erreichbar, der zentrale Busbahnhof liegt fast vor der Haustüre. Trotz Wohnung mitten im Zentrum war es sehr ruhig, nur an einem Abend war Musik (einer Party?) zu hören, was uns aber nicht weiter störte. Wir waren erstaunt über die grossen, geräumigen Zimmer. Besonders glücklich machte uns der grosse Esstisch und die praktische Küche, in der selbst gekocht werden kann. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, der Checkin/-out mit Schlüsselbox praktisch und bei Fragen erhielten wir sogar abends immer sofort Antwort. Vielen Dank!

Spacious, clean, quiet, very centrally located. Walking distance to lake and major restaurants. Bus station very close by. We got to do our laundry in the apartment it had a washer with a built in dryer.

Very nice apartment in great location. Clean, good beds, enough space for 6. One think that could have been better would have been to have a bit more kitchen utensils (cutlery, a plate for the oven). It was enough but a bit limiting. Salt and pepper would have been nice as well.

The Airbnb is very clean, tidy, and corresponds to the pictures. The host is very flexible on the arrival and departure times which was very convenient for us. The procedure with the Key box is also very convenient. However, we recommend not to stay there Saturday night. Indeed, even though the location of the flat is perfect regarding its proximity to the city center, it is right above a club which is open this day and very loud till late in the night. We thus recommend this flat, but not on Saturday as we barely slept.

Great location, good size of apartment, especially for 5 people because the living room was separated so worked well as a bedroom. There were some stains on the wall which looked like blood or something, and it would have been better with more crockery and cutlery.

Great location if you want to be near center, very spacious and clean. Very quite unlike previous reviews of being noisy. Washer/dryer combo was great to have. Just know it takes 4 hrs for one cycle.

Das Apartment war groß und geräumig. Die Ausstattung war ganz neu, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Handtücher und Sanitärartikel warteten auf uns. Die Waschmaschine mit Trockner war mir sehr hilfreich, da wir auf einer längeren Reise durch Europa waren. Es hat mich gefreut, dass wir ein paar Sachen waschen konnten. Am Sonntag ist das Parken auf der Straße kostenlos. Wenn man einen Platz findet, ist das super. Kommunikation mit Happy Rentals Team per Telefon und email perfect und helpful.

This was a convenient location. It is noisy with a bar below and cafe across the street you'll hear noise both late and early. I'm sure it's common but good to be aware of. It was listed as a 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom but is only 1 and the one had a water leak that looks to gave been there a while and was not noted by the host prior to arrival. It was kept clean. If you plan to use the washer-dryer bring detergent.
