Ce magnifique appartement, La Dolce Vita Pied dans l'Eau, offre vraiment " la douceur de vivre " ! Situé au premier étage d'un bâtiment historique, La Dimorra dell'Antico Porto, il est niché entre les rives du lac Majeur et la plus ancienne place d'Arona, la Piazza del Popolo. L'emplacement est chargé d'histoire, avec le port du XIVe siècle à côté et une charmante petite église en face qui date de 1592. Les arches du XVIe siècle et les balcons en fer forgé de l'édifice sont décorés des armoiries de la famille Borromeo, ce qui ajoute à son attrait. Cet appartement baigné de soleil peut accueillir confortablement des groupes allant jusqu'à 6 personnes et constitue un choix exceptionnel pour vos vacances en ville. En entrant dans l'appartement, vous découvrirez un espace ouvert, lumineux et aéré, décoré avec goût et doté d'un sol en terre cuite. Les murs présentent des parties de la maçonnerie d'origine du bâtiment du port, comme une galerie d'art, et de grandes fenêtres offrent une vue imprenable sur la piazza en contrebas. La cuisine entièrement équipée est dotée d'une plaque de cuisson, d'un four à micro-ondes et d'un réfrigérateur-congélateur, parfaits pour les repas sur le pouce. Un chemin à flanc de colline mène de la Piazza del Popolo à la demeure de Rocca di Angera. Niché au milieu de jardins et de chapelles, ce Sacro Monte di San Carlo était autrefois le plus haut du monde. Prenez le ferry et visitez les petites îles d'Isola Bella et le Palazzo Borromeo, l'imposant palais du XVIIe siècle, et ses célèbres jardins. L'aéroport Malpensa de Milan est le plus proche de l'appartement, avec des liaisons vers toutes les grandes villes européennes. Unser Aufenthalt in Arona war rundum gelungen! Besonders hilfreich waren die bereitgestellten YouTube-Videos zum Parking und zum Zugang zur Wohnung – alles war klar erklärt und super organisiert. Die Wohnung hat einen besonderen Charme mit hohen Decken, schönen Wandstrukturen und einer gelungenen Kombination aus klassischem Stil und moderner Ausstattung. Die Lage ist einfach einmalig: direkt am See mit herrlichem Blick aufs Wasser und gleich an der Piazza, wo tagsüber wie abends das Leben pulsiert. Gegenüber gibt es ein gemütliches Café für den ersten Cappuccino und rundherum viele gute Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Der kleine Balkon auf der Seeseite bietet genug Platz, um die Aussicht zu geniessen. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und gut organisiert. Eine Unterkunft mit Stil und Herz – vielen Dank, Francesca, wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen!

The apartment is very clean and the location is superb within Arona and the Lago Maggiore area. The balcony offers great views over the lake. The area is somewhat noisy especially on weekends, but if you can deal with that, it's a beautiful place. The staff was very helpful before and during the stay.

It is such a beautiful apartment , superbly renovated- feels "new" and fresh but managed to keep in the same time its "old" identity. Location was great- from the livingroom area you have the feeling that you are in an old villa sitting on top of the water. There are plenty of good restaurants and cafes at the "doorstep" of the property.

Lovely apartment with a fantastic view overlooking the lake. You are conveniently located on a square with ample restaurants, a bakery, and Gelateria nearby. Appartement très bien situé, proche des restaurants et rues piétonnes, baignade dans le lac à 3 minutes. La vue sur le lac est incroyable, le matin au levé du soleil et le soir lorsque les villages autour du lac s'éclairent. La carte permettant de stationner la voiture sur les zones normalement payantes est un réel plus.

Location is the best thing. We had a lake view apartment and the building is on the water front. The view from our balcony was wonderful. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. We had a car and the parking pass which was provided was very convenient. Thank you for the nice stay.

The evaluation concerns the 4-person apartment 'la Dolce Vita' with a balcony and lake view. Apartment was very suitable for the vacation of four adults. The location on the promenade offered wonderful lake views and there were several restaurants and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. However, the proximity of the restaurants caused a slight noise disturbance in the larger bedroom. The apartment was very clean and stylishly renovated. Both bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The kitchen had the necessary equipment and appliances. But when booking the apartment, it was unclear which photos were from which apartment. The photos should be organized and named by apartment. The quality of the apartment corresponded to its price level. We were very happy with our choice.

This apartment in Arona is in the most superb location. It’s right on Piazza Popolo and on the edge of the lake. The view from the apartment is stunningly beautiful. The master bedroom and bathroom are large. The second bedroom has single beds and the bathroom is compact but adequate. The living space is excellent and comfortably furnished. The apartment is close to an array of wonderful restaurants. It is also only a 15 minute walk to the ferry and railway station. From the ferry terminal you can access the Borromean Islands and Stresa. The train connects to Milan and north to Stresa and beyond. We loved the elegant town of Arona and would choose to stay here again in preference to the busier Stresa. Highly recommend.

Great location in Arona with a beautiful view of the Lago Maggiore. The apartment is well suited for four, the balcony is small but has a fantastic view of the sunrise in east. With restaurants, bars and shopping right outside the entrance the location is perfect.

Uns hat die Lage, die Ausstattung sowie die Sauberkeit sehr gefallen. Der Check in hat problemlos über die Schlüsselbox funktioniert. Unser Wunsch nach einem früheren Check-in hat ebenfalls sehr gut funktioniert. Einzig auf dem kleinen Balkon fehlt ein kleiner Beistelltisch. Insgesamt haben wir eine tolle Zeit in Arona verbracht.

We loved the amazing location with the most beautiful lake views. The apartment was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The aircon was great. Communication before we arrived was excellent, not so good during our stay. We tried to contact the staff about small problems. Only once did we get a reply. There was no toaster. Surely if this was the case, the people looking after us, could just have told us there was no toaster. No one got back to us. The garbage situation was very confusing. The support team told us just to leave our garbage. There were no bins in the street on the day we left. Other concerns were: One bathroom door made a terrible scraping noise every time we opened or shut it; One toilet made a horribly loud noise each time we flushed. For 2 couples sharing the apartment this was awful. Despite all this, we loved the apartment.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend. Leider war die Klimaanlage in einem der beiden Zimmer ziemlich laut, so dass man sie nicht über Nacht laufen lassen konnte (es war sehr warm an den Tagen wo wir da waren). Schade fanden wir auch, dass wir einen Parking Pass mit gebucht hatten, leider lag dieser nicht bei der Ankunft wie versprochen auf dem Tisch und wir haben ihn erst am Folgetag bekommen. Wir mussten dann leider doppelt zahlen, weil wir das Parkticket nochmal selbst ziehen mussten. Aber sonst war alles toll und die Lage ist unschlagbar!

Unser Aufenthalt in Arona war rundum gelungen! Besonders hilfreich waren die bereitgestellten YouTube-Videos zum Parking und zum Zugang zur Wohnung – alles war klar erklärt und super organisiert. Die Wohnung hat einen besonderen Charme mit hohen Decken, schönen Wandstrukturen und einer gelungenen Kombination aus klassischem Stil und moderner Ausstattung. Die Lage ist einfach einmalig: direkt am See mit herrlichem Blick aufs Wasser und gleich an der Piazza, wo tagsüber wie abends das Leben pulsiert. Gegenüber gibt es ein gemütliches Café für den ersten Cappuccino und rundherum viele gute Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Der kleine Balkon auf der Seeseite bietet genug Platz, um die Aussicht zu geniessen. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und gut organisiert. Eine Unterkunft mit Stil und Herz – vielen Dank, Francesca, wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen!

The apartment is very clean and the location is superb within Arona and the Lago Maggiore area. The balcony offers great views over the lake. The area is somewhat noisy especially on weekends, but if you can deal with that, it's a beautiful place. The staff was very helpful before and during the stay.

It is such a beautiful apartment , superbly renovated- feels "new" and fresh but managed to keep in the same time its "old" identity. Location was great- from the livingroom area you have the feeling that you are in an old villa sitting on top of the water. There are plenty of good restaurants and cafes at the "doorstep" of the property.

Lovely apartment with a fantastic view overlooking the lake. You are conveniently located on a square with ample restaurants, a bakery, and Gelateria nearby. Appartement très bien situé, proche des restaurants et rues piétonnes, baignade dans le lac à 3 minutes. La vue sur le lac est incroyable, le matin au levé du soleil et le soir lorsque les villages autour du lac s'éclairent. La carte permettant de stationner la voiture sur les zones normalement payantes est un réel plus.

Location is the best thing. We had a lake view apartment and the building is on the water front. The view from our balcony was wonderful. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. We had a car and the parking pass which was provided was very convenient. Thank you for the nice stay.

The evaluation concerns the 4-person apartment 'la Dolce Vita' with a balcony and lake view. Apartment was very suitable for the vacation of four adults. The location on the promenade offered wonderful lake views and there were several restaurants and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. However, the proximity of the restaurants caused a slight noise disturbance in the larger bedroom. The apartment was very clean and stylishly renovated. Both bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The kitchen had the necessary equipment and appliances. But when booking the apartment, it was unclear which photos were from which apartment. The photos should be organized and named by apartment. The quality of the apartment corresponded to its price level. We were very happy with our choice.

Appartamento perfetto per 4 adulti, incredibile la posizione con il balconcino e la vista. L'appartamento ha tutto cio' di cui si necessita. Molto apprezzato il pass per il parcheggio per tutto il periodo del soggiorno. Assistenza ottima anche se "da remoto". Consigliatissimo!!

This apartment in Arona is in the most superb location. It’s right on Piazza Popolo and on the edge of the lake. The view from the apartment is stunningly beautiful. The master bedroom and bathroom are large. The second bedroom has single beds and the bathroom is compact but adequate. The living space is excellent and comfortably furnished. The apartment is close to an array of wonderful restaurants. It is also only a 15 minute walk to the ferry and railway station. From the ferry terminal you can access the Borromean Islands and Stresa. The train connects to Milan and north to Stresa and beyond. We loved the elegant town of Arona and would choose to stay here again in preference to the busier Stresa. Highly recommend.

Bonjour, Ravi de notre séjour à Arona, appartement parfait et très très bien placé, vu sur le lac et animations de la ville à proximité. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil avec la bouteille de vin mousseux sur la table, les bouteilles d'eaux et la propreté des lieux. Nous recommanderons à nos proches et amis .

We loved Arona and Lago Maggiore and its pristine beauty on the lake even more than Como...I would do both for the beauty and experience, as I did...by boat and car and hiking and wow, just beautiful. But this place, perfection!

Great location in Arona with a beautiful view of the Lago Maggiore. The apartment is well suited for four, the balcony is small but has a fantastic view of the sunrise in east. With restaurants, bars and shopping right outside the entrance the location is perfect.

Uns hat die Lage, die Ausstattung sowie die Sauberkeit sehr gefallen. Der Check in hat problemlos über die Schlüsselbox funktioniert. Unser Wunsch nach einem früheren Check-in hat ebenfalls sehr gut funktioniert. Einzig auf dem kleinen Balkon fehlt ein kleiner Beistelltisch. Insgesamt haben wir eine tolle Zeit in Arona verbracht.

We loved the amazing location with the most beautiful lake views. The apartment was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The aircon was great. Communication before we arrived was excellent, not so good during our stay. We tried to contact the staff about small problems. Only once did we get a reply. There was no toaster. Surely if this was the case, the people looking after us, could just have told us there was no toaster. No one got back to us. The garbage situation was very confusing. The support team told us just to leave our garbage. There were no bins in the street on the day we left. Other concerns were: One bathroom door made a terrible scraping noise every time we opened or shut it; One toilet made a horribly loud noise each time we flushed. For 2 couples sharing the apartment this was awful. Despite all this, we loved the apartment.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend. Leider war die Klimaanlage in einem der beiden Zimmer ziemlich laut, so dass man sie nicht über Nacht laufen lassen konnte (es war sehr warm an den Tagen wo wir da waren). Schade fanden wir auch, dass wir einen Parking Pass mit gebucht hatten, leider lag dieser nicht bei der Ankunft wie versprochen auf dem Tisch und wir haben ihn erst am Folgetag bekommen. Wir mussten dann leider doppelt zahlen, weil wir das Parkticket nochmal selbst ziehen mussten. Aber sonst war alles toll und die Lage ist unschlagbar!
