L'appartement Lago Magico se trouve au deuxième étage du Palazzo delle Antiche Murre (Palais des anciens murs), datant du XVIe siècle, qui était autrefois un poste de douane contrôlé par la famille Borromeo. La façade comprend de gracieux arcs brisés et des colonnes qui ont été élégamment restaurés et complétés par des panneaux de verre. L'appartement lumineux et aéré donne sur le lac Majeur d'un côté et sur la Piazza del Popolo, la plus ancienne place d'Arona\, de l'autre. La propriété dispose d'un joli balcon qui offre des vues spectaculaires sur le lac et constitue l'endroit idéal pour prendre un café le matin ou un verre à la fin de la journée. Emplacement La ville pittoresque d'Arona est située sur la rive ouest du lac Majeur, juste en face des îles Borromées. Les visiteurs peuvent prendre le ferry depuis le port (15 minutes de marche) et visiter les petites îles d'Isola Bella et le Palazzo Borromeo, l'imposant palais du XVIIe siècle et ses célèbres jardins. Arona possède une promenade au bord du lac et un centre historique bien préservé avec des rues charmantes et une architecture italienne traditionnelle. Situé sur la Piazza Popolo, l'appartement se trouve à deux pas de merveilleux bistrots, bars et restaurants. Vous pourrez y apprécier les influences culinaires de la France, de la Suisse et de l'Italie. Un chemin à flanc de colline mène de la Piazza del Popolo à la maison du Sacro Monte di San Carlo (25 minutes de marche) et au Colosse de San Carlo Borromeo, une statue de bronze massive de Saint Charles Borromée. Nichée au milieu de jardins et de chapelles surplombant le lac, cette statue était autrefois la plus haute du monde, avec ses 23 mètres de haut. Arona est également un excellent point de départ pour explorer d'autres villes charmantes et attractions autour du lac Majeur, notamment Stresa (à 25 minutes en voiture), Verbania (à 40 minutes en voiture) et les jardins botaniques de Villa Taranto (à 42 minutes en voiture). Les visiteurs peuvent également faire de la randonnée et du VTT dans les collines et les forêts des environs. L'aéroport international le plus proche est Milan Malpensa (MXP), à environ 40 minutes de route de l'établissement.

The apartment is quite nice and sufficiently equipped as long as you're not looking to cook a feast--but why would you when surrounded by wonderful restaurants. Great location and the balcony on the water is the high point. It can be very noisy in the evening although it quiets down later in the night. It should be noted that the apartment is two floors up. I would likely stay here again. The Happy Rental support staff are really great and responsive.

We had an outstanding Airbnb experience. Very clear directions and instructions for checkin, with a helpful parking pass to park nearby, which created no challenges for us at all. The apartment was very clean and appointed thoughtfully so it stayed clean and tidy throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable. But as others have observed, the building is in the middle of a busy location with revelers carrying on till the wee hours, so it does get loud. the town's street sweepers and merchants also start things up very early, and again sound travels easily on the water. But it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely rebook it if we return to Arona, which is the ideal launch point for the Italian lake region.

The apartment is IMO in the best possible location in Arona. We were also lucky to see the Arona lake fireworks from the balcony. It was like made for us (while we had no idea about it until last minute).

Sehr Zentral gelegen und umgeben von Restaurants und Bars. Umwerfende Aussicht auf den See! Es ist einfach eingerichtet und so das alles vorhanden ist was man braucht. Das Schlafzimmer liegt direkt über einer Bar was bedeutet das es etwas laut ist bis in die Nacht. Aber die tolle Lage macht es wieder wett. Arona ist ein toller Ort und wir freuen uns wieder einmal zu kommen.

Amazing stay. Francesca was very helpful and provided a cot and high chair for us for our first trip abroad with our 7 month old. Arona is beautiful and was very easily accessible by pushchair for a great peaceful trip. H the e view from the balcony was 🤩🤩

It’s not possible to be more central in Arona than here, it’s right on the lake edge and surrounded by busy restaurants. Although busy outside, it wasn’t ever an issue with noise in the apartment. Due to its location in a pedestrian district, it’s a bit of a walk from the car irk to the apartment, there’s 2 flights of stairs to get to the door too. Not an issue for us but could be for the less able tourist. A traditional apartment with everything that’s required for a comfortable stay. Lovely terrace over the lake, it sees the morning sun then stays cooler in the shade through the day. Can tell it’s a well established operation rather than a fresh new venture. Would recommend to those looking to be central 👍🏼

Tolles Apartment, sehr schön eingerichtet und mit absolut traumhaftem Balkon direkt über dem See. Bei Ankunft alles wie beschrieben und super sauber. Mitten im lebendigem Zentrum gelegen, aber durch gute Schallisolierung der Decken, Wände und Fenster nachts kein Problem, zudem gut funktionierende Klimaanlage(n). Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Appartamento molto bello ,pulito e ben accessoriato. Ottima posizione con balcone a picco sul lago e vista spettacolare sulla rocca di Angera. Facile da raggiungere,si trova sulla piazza principale che è isola pedonale ma vi è un parcheggio nelle vicinanze del quale viene fornito un pass gratuito. Semplici e dettagliate le istruzioni forniteci. Gentilissimo l'host quando lo abbiamo contattato. Abbiamo apprezzato la bottiglia di prosecco di benvenuto. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

A lovely apartment with superb views. It is right in the middle of the main square which is quite lively, but you can’t hear it inside. Avoid the waterfront restaurants and head to the back streets for some great food and service. Would definitely return.

Het uitzicht was geweldig! Hier hebben we enorm van genoten. Een aantal.kleine opmerkingen; bij een verblijf van 6 dagen mogen er echt meer handdoeken neergelegd worden i.p.v. een bijbetaling van 30 euro te verwachten?! De airco werkt minimaal. Op het onwijs leuke pleintje trad geregeld een leuke band op, echter hebben wij een dochter van 3 waardoor we savonds na 2100 in het appartement waren. Dan is het appartement wel.heel erg gehorig en kan je vanuit je bed meedansen en zingen. Verder; mooi schoon en fantastische locatie. Wij hebben intens genoten!

Perfect location in the beautiful town of Arona. Apartment was spotless and included all the amenities we needed. Check-in instructions were clear (with videos). Small balcony literally above the lake was perfect for two people. A bit more expensive that other accommodations but absolutely worth the price. I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lago Magico. The videos and instructions leading up to our stay were very helpful and Martina was very responsive when we had questions. The apartment is spotlessly clean and homely with traditional Italian style. It had great facilities and it was comfortable. The lake view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and the highlight of the apartment. We relaxed every morning on the balcony with coffee and croissant from the cafe across the road. The location is great with only a short walk from the car park, there are lots of bars, restaurants and cafes to choose from. As the apartment is in the heart of the old town it was slightly noisy on weekend nights with music and people having fun but this did not disturb us. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and hope to be back!

Vi havde et par skønne dage I Arona og lejligheden i første række ved søen. Det er ubetinget lejligheden største attraktion og den skuffer ikke - der er en fremragende udsigt til søen og torvet foran. Lejligheden fungerer godt også selvom der lige skal parkeres lidt derfra - alt er fint beskrevet i instruktionerne til lejligheden. Eneste anke er det lidt spartansk udstyret køkken samt at beliggenheden gør at der er noget støj i lejligheden - det må man forvente med den placering tæt ved torvet hvor der hver aften var musik. Giver de varmeste anbefalinger til lejligheden i Arona.

Wonderful apartment with stunning views over the lake!! Very clean and well organised (parking permit, keys etc). One should be aware that the central location in Arona causes lots of noisefrom bars and restaurants around at night. Earplugs advisable... or you join the party 🥳

Das Appartement war sehr modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Insbesondere die Klimanlage ist im Sommer wertvoll. Die Lage direkt am See und der Piazza mit vielen Restaurants ist super. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Kann ich voll empfehlen mit unten stehenden Details. Nicht so gut war: wir haben obwohl im Angebot enthalten keine frischen Handtücher erhalten. Eine Woche mit den gleichen Handtücher ist eine Zumutung. Desweiteren hatten wir regelmässig Gerüche aus der Küche des Restaurants nebenan im Treppenhaus. Das hat man in der Wohnung jedoch nicht bemerkt. Der Balkon ist toll, aber für ein Frühstück zu zweit schon beengt. Als Familie geht gar nicht.

The apartment is quite nice and sufficiently equipped as long as you're not looking to cook a feast--but why would you when surrounded by wonderful restaurants. Great location and the balcony on the water is the high point. It can be very noisy in the evening although it quiets down later in the night. It should be noted that the apartment is two floors up. I would likely stay here again. The Happy Rental support staff are really great and responsive.

We had an outstanding Airbnb experience. Very clear directions and instructions for checkin, with a helpful parking pass to park nearby, which created no challenges for us at all. The apartment was very clean and appointed thoughtfully so it stayed clean and tidy throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable. But as others have observed, the building is in the middle of a busy location with revelers carrying on till the wee hours, so it does get loud. the town's street sweepers and merchants also start things up very early, and again sound travels easily on the water. But it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely rebook it if we return to Arona, which is the ideal launch point for the Italian lake region.

La ubicación me encantó, unas vistas excepcionales desde el balcón y en la parte de atrás una plaza preciosa muy animada, al lado de un paseo y el tiendas comerciales. Está perfectamente equipado y cómodo.

The apartment is IMO in the best possible location in Arona. We were also lucky to see the Arona lake fireworks from the balcony. It was like made for us (while we had no idea about it until last minute).

Liebe Francesca Vielen Dank für alles! Die Kommunikation war gut und proaktiv, die Lage des Appartements war super und zentral mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber! Die Fenster sind sehr dicht, sodass sie die Geräusche von aussen sehr gut abhalten. Wir haben die Terasse sehr genossen! Vielen Dank! Sarah

Sehr Zentral gelegen und umgeben von Restaurants und Bars. Umwerfende Aussicht auf den See! Es ist einfach eingerichtet und so das alles vorhanden ist was man braucht. Das Schlafzimmer liegt direkt über einer Bar was bedeutet das es etwas laut ist bis in die Nacht. Aber die tolle Lage macht es wieder wett. Arona ist ein toller Ort und wir freuen uns wieder einmal zu kommen.

Amazing stay. Francesca was very helpful and provided a cot and high chair for us for our first trip abroad with our 7 month old. Arona is beautiful and was very easily accessible by pushchair for a great peaceful trip. H the e view from the balcony was 🤩🤩

It’s not possible to be more central in Arona than here, it’s right on the lake edge and surrounded by busy restaurants. Although busy outside, it wasn’t ever an issue with noise in the apartment. Due to its location in a pedestrian district, it’s a bit of a walk from the car irk to the apartment, there’s 2 flights of stairs to get to the door too. Not an issue for us but could be for the less able tourist. A traditional apartment with everything that’s required for a comfortable stay. Lovely terrace over the lake, it sees the morning sun then stays cooler in the shade through the day. Can tell it’s a well established operation rather than a fresh new venture. Would recommend to those looking to be central 👍🏼

Tolles Apartment, sehr schön eingerichtet und mit absolut traumhaftem Balkon direkt über dem See. Bei Ankunft alles wie beschrieben und super sauber. Mitten im lebendigem Zentrum gelegen, aber durch gute Schallisolierung der Decken, Wände und Fenster nachts kein Problem, zudem gut funktionierende Klimaanlage(n). Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Appartamento molto bello ,pulito e ben accessoriato. Ottima posizione con balcone a picco sul lago e vista spettacolare sulla rocca di Angera. Facile da raggiungere,si trova sulla piazza principale che è isola pedonale ma vi è un parcheggio nelle vicinanze del quale viene fornito un pass gratuito. Semplici e dettagliate le istruzioni forniteci. Gentilissimo l'host quando lo abbiamo contattato. Abbiamo apprezzato la bottiglia di prosecco di benvenuto. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

A lovely apartment with superb views. It is right in the middle of the main square which is quite lively, but you can’t hear it inside. Avoid the waterfront restaurants and head to the back streets for some great food and service. Would definitely return.

Het uitzicht was geweldig! Hier hebben we enorm van genoten. Een aantal.kleine opmerkingen; bij een verblijf van 6 dagen mogen er echt meer handdoeken neergelegd worden i.p.v. een bijbetaling van 30 euro te verwachten?! De airco werkt minimaal. Op het onwijs leuke pleintje trad geregeld een leuke band op, echter hebben wij een dochter van 3 waardoor we savonds na 2100 in het appartement waren. Dan is het appartement wel.heel erg gehorig en kan je vanuit je bed meedansen en zingen. Verder; mooi schoon en fantastische locatie. Wij hebben intens genoten!

Perfect location in the beautiful town of Arona. Apartment was spotless and included all the amenities we needed. Check-in instructions were clear (with videos). Small balcony literally above the lake was perfect for two people. A bit more expensive that other accommodations but absolutely worth the price. I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lago Magico. The videos and instructions leading up to our stay were very helpful and Martina was very responsive when we had questions. The apartment is spotlessly clean and homely with traditional Italian style. It had great facilities and it was comfortable. The lake view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and the highlight of the apartment. We relaxed every morning on the balcony with coffee and croissant from the cafe across the road. The location is great with only a short walk from the car park, there are lots of bars, restaurants and cafes to choose from. As the apartment is in the heart of the old town it was slightly noisy on weekend nights with music and people having fun but this did not disturb us. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and hope to be back!

Vi havde et par skønne dage I Arona og lejligheden i første række ved søen. Det er ubetinget lejligheden største attraktion og den skuffer ikke - der er en fremragende udsigt til søen og torvet foran. Lejligheden fungerer godt også selvom der lige skal parkeres lidt derfra - alt er fint beskrevet i instruktionerne til lejligheden. Eneste anke er det lidt spartansk udstyret køkken samt at beliggenheden gør at der er noget støj i lejligheden - det må man forvente med den placering tæt ved torvet hvor der hver aften var musik. Giver de varmeste anbefalinger til lejligheden i Arona.

Wonderful apartment with stunning views over the lake!! Very clean and well organised (parking permit, keys etc). One should be aware that the central location in Arona causes lots of noisefrom bars and restaurants around at night. Earplugs advisable... or you join the party 🥳

Das Appartement war sehr modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Insbesondere die Klimanlage ist im Sommer wertvoll. Die Lage direkt am See und der Piazza mit vielen Restaurants ist super. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Kann ich voll empfehlen mit unten stehenden Details. Nicht so gut war: wir haben obwohl im Angebot enthalten keine frischen Handtücher erhalten. Eine Woche mit den gleichen Handtücher ist eine Zumutung. Desweiteren hatten wir regelmässig Gerüche aus der Küche des Restaurants nebenan im Treppenhaus. Das hat man in der Wohnung jedoch nicht bemerkt. Der Balkon ist toll, aber für ein Frühstück zu zweit schon beengt. Als Familie geht gar nicht.
