Cet appartement de deux chambres pour 4 personnes permet de s'amuser dans les eaux de Sanremo. Situé à distance de marche de plusieurs lidos de Sanremo, cet appartement du premier étage avec ascenseur et terrasse privée convient aux personnes de tous âges. À l'intérieur, l'appartement paisible est meublé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances agréables. Des restaurants, des boutiques, un supermarché et un court de tennis sont également accessibles à pied. La ville des fleurs sur la mer Ligure est une destination idéale pour les promenades à pied et à vélo. Au cours d'une de ces promenades, vous pourrez découvrir le vieux port, le casino San Remo, le théâtre Ariston, les rues commerçantes animées, l'église orthodoxe russe, les villas de style baroque et Belle Époque, les jardins et bien d'autres attractions, toutes situées dans un rayon de 15 à 20 minutes de marche. La ville est également connue pour sa cuisine délicieuse, son vin et ses fruits, pour des événements tels que le festival de musique et pour la piste cyclable qui commence à Milan. Pour les excursions d'une journée, plusieurs destinations de la Riviera italienne (Bordighera, Porto Maurizio, Imperia et San Bartolomeo al Mare) et française (Menton, Monaco, Grasse, etc.) sont accessibles en voiture. L'aéroport international le plus proche est celui de Nice, situé à environ 50 minutes de route de l'appartement de vacances.

Wir waren zu zweit 8 Nächte in der Wohnung und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen ! Die Wohnung hat ein großes Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad sind etwas kleiner aber gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Terrasse bietet eine schöne Möglichkeit draußen gemeinsam zu Essen. Highlight ist die Lage der Wohnung, direkt gegenüber hat man einen Supermarkt sowie mehrere Cafés/Bäckereien, zum Strand braucht man nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß und in die schöne Innenstadt ca 20 Minuten. Tipp: Als Parkplatz wird ein Gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz empfohlen, wer sich das Geld sparen möchte findet am Ende der Via S. Rocco einen kleinen Gratisparkplatz ;)

die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße SS1, jedoch im Hinterhof, trotzdem ist sie laut und auch dunkel. Die zentrale Lage ist gut, und im Coop, der direkt gegenüber ist, kann man die Dinge des täglichen Lebens einkaufen.
