Ceux qui recherchent des excursions tranquilles dans la nature trouveront les pistes cyclables et piétonnes du parc national du Stelvio (à moins d'une heure) parfaites pour eux. Quant aux amateurs de shopping, ils pourront profiter des boutiques hors taxes de Livigno. Beautiful traditional house situated almost directly on the ski slopes and next to the ski school. Plenty of space for 8 people. Short walk to supermarket, great restaurants and the center of Livigno. Marco was extremely welcoming, helpful and always available to answer questions. Wonderful holiday!

Chalet Lidia is a wonderful space with incredibly easy access to trails (T-bar 18). The beds were firm with great linens, there’s ample communal space, and the kitchen has lots of tools and pans if you plan to cook. The whole house is clearly treasured by three owner with lots of personal touches that make it feel homey (I’m sure it’s truly home to someone!) I would stay again, and there are a few things I would keep in mind: (1) basic supplies like toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels/rags were not provided. The host Marco assisted once we pointed this out, so I would check ahead of time. (2) Driving directly up to the house is not an option in winter due to snow and ice (the driveway is not plowed because it is used by skiers to access trails)

Super dejligt og hjemligt sted! Marco er meget imødekommende og svarer rigtig hurtigt. Hytten er stor og der er gode opholdsrum. Dog skal man være opmærksom på, at der ikke er direkte ski-out, da man skal gå ca 200 m hen til pisten op ad en bakke. Der er dog ski-in heldigvis :) jeg vil klart anbefale dette sted til andre. Livigno er et dejligt sted!

Das Haus ist angenehm angerichtet, mit ausreichend Platz für alle Bewohner. Die zufahrt ist sehr schmal und mit dem Bus muss Mann schon sehr guter Fahrer sein. Es gibt 3 Duschen , aber sobald untere Dusche benutz wird fehlt der Druck in beiden Anderen. Fand ich unangenehm. Mann fühlt sich trotzdem sehr wohl in dem Haus , obwohl fand ich preislich zu teuer für den Angebot.

We verbleven met onze familie in dit huis. De ligging is ideaal op de skie piste, dichtbij winkels, restaurants. Huis is wel moeilijk te bereiken met de auto. Je moet een hele smalle weg op met veel slijk/sneeuw. Met een 4x4 geen probleem! Ze waarschuwde hier voor dus we wisten dit. Het huis is gezellig. Keuken/eetkamer=heel basic. Alles was super proper en ruim genoeg. In de kelder een leuke ruimte voor kinderen om te spelen. Uitzicht = waanzinnig! Marco is een super host, hij reageert super snel zowel voor vertrek als tijdens het verblijf. Hij is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Badkamer op 2de verdiep was niet in orde. Er kwam geen water uit de douchekop+de badstop was kapot. We contacteerde Marco en hij zocht snel een oplossing.Spijtig dat de loodgieter dit niet opgelost kreeg. We hebben geen bad kunnen nemen, zeer lastig met onze kleuter. Ondanks dit mankement komen we graag nog eens terug! Dankjewel Marco voor al je hulp en snelle reactie. Super leuk huis, lekker dichtbij alles.

Liked the fact that one had a comfortable seating area and a kitchen to cook in. Was disappointed that even after 2 requests we did not receive any blankets - the house heating is patchy and some people were cold at night while others were too warm.

The size of the house and the location close to one of the skilifts I would recommend to have tool for moving snow at the property - it would have been nice if we had been able to remove the snow for the entrance area. We could recommend to do a littler extra about storing the skiing equipment - by that close and boots. Eg only very few hooks in the house for out wear. Especially one of the bed room had very limited space for close, no shelves An oilcloth on the table instead of the cotton cloth might be an idea.
