Amazing apartment! Excellent kitchen—everything was there, including dishes and appliances (coffee maker, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, stove). Everything worked perfectly. Very good, firm mattress on the bed and high-quality linens. The bathroom, toilet, and toiletries were great, so we didn\'t have to buy any. The same goes for the cleaning products in the kitchen. The wine kindly left by the host was delicious, and the gesture itself was very nice! Large closet. And of course, the cleanliness was superb! The apartment is located directly opposite the Aiguille du Midi funicular and there is underground parking in the same building. Before our arrival, we were sent a DETAILED 10-page arrival plan! That was awesome! We haven\'t seen anything like it anywhere else :) We had a great rest! Thank you very much! We wish you good luck! Well done, guys! (Translated by deepl)

The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the city center. The apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of bed linens and kitchen utensils. The main drawbacks were the absence of Wi Fi and loud noise from the street below, which lasted all night until 5 a.m.

Appartement très bien placé, fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire, agence pour récupérer et déposer les clés juste a côté, très belle vue du balcon sur l'aiguille du midi. Juste aucun produit alimentaire de nécessité a l'arrivée, à prevoir.

Very good location, quiet but central. It’s is perfect for a couple, possibly younger family. Nit sure about 4 adults. I would stay here again .

Good organisation to pick up and drop the keys, thank you for the pictures with helped to find the office, then the apartment easily. One dark point : you're not responsible for the huge parking, where you can get lost easily if you don't know the place. It could be very helpful to get a map of it when you get the keys ; ). We have been happy with the apartment wich was clean, well equipped and perfect located.

Excellent location 5 minute walk to main Chamonix Sud bus station and 10 minutes into town. More spacious than it looks with a little balcony for wet gear and skis. Well equipped for cooking. Quaint authentic vibe. Great view. Older building so can hear a bit of noise from neighbours and street. Single beds in living room are just couches, but they are comfy enough (except the pillows, bring your own). Only frustration was 10am check in and 4pm check out, and the only option for bag storage is to pay 5€ per bag at the convenience store over the road. This adds up to a lot if you need to store bags before check in and after check out.

L'emplacement , face au telepherique de l'aiguille du midi , à deux pas du centre ville et proche des parking Grepon (18 eu/jour) et surtout à 200m du parking gendarmerie gratuit H24 , que nous avons pu utiliser durant les 3 jours de notre séjour , en ayant un peu de chance pour trouver une place libre. L'appartement par lui-même était correct, la photo le rendant plus spacieux, mais pas de wifi comme pourtant annoncé sur booking , avec beaucoup d'accessoires de cuisine (appareil à raclette , four et micro-ondes etc, des piolets , casque pour randonneurs). Par contre , voisins de l'étage supérieur très bruyants les 3 soirs (Touristes ou résidents , je ne sais pas)

Great location with easy access to everything in Chamonix. The only inconvenience was the lack of Wi‑Fi, which is essential nowadays, especially given the poor mobile coverage in the area.

Un appartement au pied du téléphérique de l'aiguille du midi avec vue sur le mont blanc. Un petit cadeau d'arrivée sympathique. Un agencement intéressant et plutôt pratique. Un rangement quelque peu désordonné ( il nous a fallu ouvrir tous les placards pour reconstituer la cafetière), des sous draps taché mais vu à la fin du séjour. Une literie très inconfortable avec un matelas complètement affaissé au milieu ( lit 2 places). Très dommage après une grosse journée de randonnée pour la récupération. Un parking souterrain évitant de payer mais attention grosse voiture s'abstenir.

L emplacement est parfait et avec une vue magnifique, difficile d avoir mieux pour ce prix La taille de l appartement est juste bien pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Jeu de société, appareil divers pour fondu de fromage, bouquins, luges etc... dispo dans l appartement c était une belle surprise

Appartement très bien placé, fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire, agence pour récupérer et déposer les clés juste a côté, très belle vue du balcon sur l'aiguille du midi. Juste aucun produit alimentaire de nécessité a l'arrivée, à prevoir.

Very good location, quiet but central. It’s is perfect for a couple, possibly younger family. Nit sure about 4 adults. I would stay here again .

proximité du téléphérique de l'aiguille du midi, de la gare pour la mer de glace, d'un SPAR et petits commerces ainsi qu'un petit parking gratuit. Gare des Bus à coté également.

Good organisation to pick up and drop the keys, thank you for the pictures with helped to find the office, then the apartment easily. One dark point : you're not responsible for the huge parking, where you can get lost easily if you don't know the place. It could be very helpful to get a map of it when you get the keys ; ). We have been happy with the apartment wich was clean, well equipped and perfect located.

Excellent location 5 minute walk to main Chamonix Sud bus station and 10 minutes into town. More spacious than it looks with a little balcony for wet gear and skis. Well equipped for cooking. Quaint authentic vibe. Great view. Older building so can hear a bit of noise from neighbours and street. Single beds in living room are just couches, but they are comfy enough (except the pillows, bring your own). Only frustration was 10am check in and 4pm check out, and the only option for bag storage is to pay 5€ per bag at the convenience store over the road. This adds up to a lot if you need to store bags before check in and after check out.

L'emplacement , face au telepherique de l'aiguille du midi , à deux pas du centre ville et proche des parking Grepon (18 eu/jour) et surtout à 200m du parking gendarmerie gratuit H24 , que nous avons pu utiliser durant les 3 jours de notre séjour , en ayant un peu de chance pour trouver une place libre. L'appartement par lui-même était correct, la photo le rendant plus spacieux, mais pas de wifi comme pourtant annoncé sur booking , avec beaucoup d'accessoires de cuisine (appareil à raclette , four et micro-ondes etc, des piolets , casque pour randonneurs). Par contre , voisins de l'étage supérieur très bruyants les 3 soirs (Touristes ou résidents , je ne sais pas)

The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the city center. The apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of bed linens and kitchen utensils.

Great location with easy access to everything in Chamonix. The only inconvenience was the lack of Wi‑Fi, which is essential nowadays, especially given the poor mobile coverage in the area.

Un appartement au pied du téléphérique de l'aiguille du midi avec vue sur le mont blanc. Un petit cadeau d'arrivée sympathique. Un agencement intéressant et plutôt pratique. Un rangement quelque peu désordonné ( il nous a fallu ouvrir tous les placards pour reconstituer la cafetière), des sous draps taché mais vu à la fin du séjour. Une literie très inconfortable avec un matelas complètement affaissé au milieu ( lit 2 places). Très dommage après une grosse journée de randonnée pour la récupération. Un parking souterrain évitant de payer mais attention grosse voiture s'abstenir.

L emplacement est parfait et avec une vue magnifique, difficile d avoir mieux pour ce prix La taille de l appartement est juste bien pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Jeu de société, appareil divers pour fondu de fromage, bouquins, luges etc... dispo dans l appartement c était une belle surprise
