À quelques pas du lac de Lugano, dans un complexe d'appartements agréablement ensoleillé, cet appartement de vacances moderne d'une chambre à coucher pour 4 personnes est parfait pour des vacances reposantes mais aussi pour qui est à Lugano pour le travail et les affaires. L'appartement climatisé est situé au sixième étage (avec accès à l'ascenseur) et dispose de deux balcons privés, où vous pourrez prendre la première gorgée de votre café matinal avec de belles vues. À l'intérieur, l'appartement dispose d'un salon clair et aéré avec un canapé-lit, un accès Internet et une Smart TV. L'appartement convient aux personnes âgées et accueille également vos amis à quatre pattes avec des équipements adaptés aux animaux de compagnie, comme des écuelles et des couvertures. L'appartement n'est pas équipé d'une cuisine mais dispose de tous les équipements essentiels comme un four à micro-ondes, une machine Nespresso et une chaudière pour un séjour confortable. Un charmant restaurant, le Ristorante Casa Emilia, se trouve juste en dessous de l'appartement. Le restaurant sert le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner tous les jours de la semaine et le dîner les jeudis et vendredis. Les clients également accéder facilement au Monte San Salvatore et au Monte Bre en quelques minutes pour des visites naturelles et de la verdure. Ces magnifiques sommets sont également idéaux pour les randonneurs et les amateurs de cyclisme (Lugano dispose de 300 km de réseau cyclable, le plus grand de Suisse). Great stay in Lugano right near everything! Most things are walking distance, and the train station or Monte Bre was an easy bus ride away. Apartment easily fit 3 adults and a child and had great balconies. It is more like a hotel though as there is no kitchenette, but we were fine with that. Overall great stay in a breathtaking country.

Air conditioner is a lifesaver for the July heat. The operation instruction of the A/C is not in an obvious place - had to message management company to get it to work for the second night, but they were responsive.

Nice place at Lugano! property is very well kept and equipped. Location is great; just a block from the lake front. Had a small issue with the A/C as it was not working when we arrived but the breaker was off. Staff communicated very well. 100% recommended

Overall great stay in Lugano. My only complaint would be there is no sink in the kitchenette area. Loved all the big windows and very comfy beds.

The apartment was very clean and beautiful, the only downside was that the shower drain wasn’t working and tried to contact property management and had no answer. But the place is beautiful and I would recommend it

Wir waren für 3 Nächte dort. Das Appartement wirkte auf den Bildern viel großzügiger als es war. Auch die beiden Balkone waren eine Miniaturausgabe. Mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern war es unmöglich auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Man hatte selbst im Stehen keinen Platz. Die Balkonstühle und Tische waren schmutzig und abgeranzt.Wir wussten, dass es keine direkte Küche gab, aber in der detallierten Beschreibung von Fewo-direct war eine Herdplatte bzw. ein Herd mit aufgeführt. Diesen hab es aber nicht. Direkt auf der Seite von Happy Rentals war das gleiche Appartement ohne Herd in der Beschreibung aufgeführt. Es gab auch keine Töpfe, also konnte man sich nicht mal Nudeln kochen. Es gab eine mobile "Spülschüssel" zum Abwaschen des schnutzigen Geschirrs. Das war nicht so optimal..Die Betten / Schlafcouch war ok, man konnte gut darauf schlafen. (Außer der Kühlschrank, der war sehr laut in der Nacht. Schlecht für die schlafenden Personen auf dem Schlafsofa)Die Dusche im Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Ich, als 170cm schlanke Frau, hatte dort schon Probleme mich zu duschen, da man keinen Platz hatte und sich überall gestoßen hat. Wie mein Mann das mit 195cm geschafft hat, bleibt mir immer noch ein Rätsel..Die Klimaanlage war goldwert. Wir hatten Temperaturen von über 30 Grad und freuten uns jedes Mal in unser klimatisiertes Zimmer zu kommen.Die Lage war super. Fußläufig war alles in kurzer Zeit super zu erreichen. (Restaurants, Cafés, Lido, See..)

Great location and easy to access. Without a kitchen as describe but even without a sink to clean the dishes which makes quite complicated a longue stay. What disturb us is that you can hear your neighbour, and a simple interior door separates the two flats. Door being next to the bedroom door.

The apartment was very clean and beautiful, the only downside was that the shower drain wasn’t working and tried to contact property management and had no answer. But the place is beautiful and I would recommend it

Wir waren für 3 Nächte dort. Das Appartement wirkte auf den Bildern viel großzügiger als es war. Auch die beiden Balkone waren eine Miniaturausgabe. Mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern war es unmöglich auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Man hatte selbst im Stehen keinen Platz. Die Balkonstühle und Tische waren schmutzig und abgeranzt.Wir wussten, dass es keine direkte Küche gab, aber in der detallierten Beschreibung von Fewo-direct war eine Herdplatte bzw. ein Herd mit aufgeführt. Diesen hab es aber nicht. Direkt auf der Seite von Happy Rentals war das gleiche Appartement ohne Herd in der Beschreibung aufgeführt. Es gab auch keine Töpfe, also konnte man sich nicht mal Nudeln kochen. Es gab eine mobile "Spülschüssel" zum Abwaschen des schnutzigen Geschirrs. Das war nicht so optimal..Die Betten / Schlafcouch war ok, man konnte gut darauf schlafen. (Außer der Kühlschrank, der war sehr laut in der Nacht. Schlecht für die schlafenden Personen auf dem Schlafsofa)Die Dusche im Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Ich, als 170cm schlanke Frau, hatte dort schon Probleme mich zu duschen, da man keinen Platz hatte und sich überall gestoßen hat. Wie mein Mann das mit 195cm geschafft hat, bleibt mir immer noch ein Rätsel..Die Klimaanlage war goldwert. Wir hatten Temperaturen von über 30 Grad und freuten uns jedes Mal in unser klimatisiertes Zimmer zu kommen.Die Lage war super. Fußläufig war alles in kurzer Zeit super zu erreichen. (Restaurants, Cafés, Lido, See..)

Great location and easy to access. Without a kitchen as describe but even without a sink to clean the dishes which makes quite complicated a longue stay. What disturb us is that you can hear your neighbour, and a simple interior door separates the two flats. Door being next to the bedroom door.
