L'appartement de vacances convient également pour des vacances tout au long de l'année et est équipé de la climatisation, du chauffage central et du chauffage par le sol. Il dispose d'un salon contemporain avec une télévision SMART et d'une cuisine complète pour préparer tous les repas. Un lave-vaisselle, un four, un micro-ondes, une machine Nespresso et un réfrigérateur avec congélateur sont à votre disposition. Veuillez noter que l'appartement a trois entrées. Si vous entrez par la Via Andreoni 9, l'appartement se trouve au rez-de-chaussée, sinon il se trouve au troisième étage si vous entrez par Largo Soldini ou Salita d'Opprio. Dormir Chambre à coucher : La chambre dispose d'un lit double et d'une armoire. Salle de séjour : Il y a un canapé-lit double pour 2 personnes. La ville elle-même est un élégant centre de bâtiments dignes d'admiration, qui lui ont valu le nom de "Il Borgo Maginifico", la ville magnifique. Mendrisio est également un excellent choix pour ceux qui souhaitent faire de la randonnée et du vélo dans la vallée de Muggio, qui se trouve à 15 minutes en voiture, ainsi qu'entre Monte Generoso et Monte Grigio, où se trouvent quelques-uns des plus beaux vignobles de la région. La région de Lugano compte de nombreux parcs magnifiques offrant des vues panoramiques époustouflantes, comme le Parco San Michele et le Parco San Grato, tous deux situés à 30 minutes de route. Pour les excursions, le musée Hermann Hesse et le plus joli village de Suisse, Morcote, ainsi que la SwissMiniatur, se trouvent tous à environ 15-25 minutes de l'hôtel. Pour les excursions d'une journée, les clients peuvent se rendre dans la vallée cristalline de Verzasca, qui se trouve à une heure de route. L'aéroport international le plus proche, Milan Malpensa, se trouve à environ 50 minutes de route. Un restaurant, un bar et un arrêt de bus pour rejoindre les autres villes du lac se trouvent à 10 minutes de marche.

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Mendrisio. Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Einzige Schwierigkeit war, dass sich die obere Etage sehr aufgeheizt hat und die Klimaanlage kaum dagegen angekommen ist. Viele Grüße

The place is set in the center of town, and everything is at walking distance. I come to Mendrisio once a year for work and this apartment was just great for my needs. Out of my own mistake I only downloaded the first page of the instructions to reach the location, and for this I must apologise to Happy Rentals.: the instructions are VERY CLEAR :) Like we say in my field: RTFM (Read The F*****g Manual) Thank you for your immense patience with this anxious traveler u.

Het appartement was in orde maar kleiner dan de foto’s doen vermoeden. Slaapkamer en badkamer zijn uitstekend, maar de woonkamer/keuken minimaal uitgerust. Eettafel is erg gammel en goede eeetkamerstoelen ontbreken. Keukenuitrusting is erg beperkt (o.a. geen snijplank, broodmes); kennelijk niet bedoeld om uitgebreid te koken.
