Située au calme sur le front de mer de Cospicua, cette magnifique résidence de vacances pouvant accueillir 9 personnes est le point de départ idéal pour découvrir les trois célèbres villes de Malte. Répartie sur quatre étages, cette maison de ville historique a été restaurée avec soin et offre des équipements tout en conservant ses caractéristiques d'origine, notamment des murs en pierres apparentes, des volets, trois balcons typiquement maltais et une jolie terrasse sur le toit. Avec une vue incroyable sur la marina, cette maison de ville séduira ceux qui aiment explorer les environs à pied. Les villes historiques, le port pittoresque (d'où part le ferry pour La Valette) et toutes les commodités essentielles se trouvent à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Au premier étage, les hôtes trouveront une impressionnante salle à manger offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer et équipée d'une grande table. Au deuxième étage, les visiteurs pourront se détendre dans le confortable salon, élégamment meublé d'un canapé, de deux fauteuils et d'une télévision numérique HD à écran plat. Il y a également une cuisine séparée équipée d'une table à manger, d'une plaque de cuisson, d'un four, d'un micro-ondes, d'une machine à café, d'un lave-vaisselle et d'un réfrigérateur-congélateur. Cette pièce donne également sur un magnifique jardin rempli de bougainvilliers roses et orange. Ici, les hôtes peuvent se détendre et profiter du soleil maltais en toute intimité, au milieu des vieilles pierres et de la végétation méditerranéenne. Les trois cités (Birgu, Senglea et Cospicua) sont toutes accessibles à pied depuis la propriété et offrent un aperçu fascinant de Malte et de son histoire. Les jardins de Gardjola, à Senglea, se trouvent à 5 minutes en voiture ou 25 minutes à pied de la propriété et offrent une vue panoramique sur le Grand Port. Les visiteurs peuvent également se rendre à pied au port de Birgu, en 15 minutes, où se trouvent de nombreux autres bars et restaurants, tandis que le musée du patrimoine Bir Mula, à Cospicua, est accessible en 5 minutes à pied. La plage de sable de la baie de Rinella et le merveilleux centre scientifique interactif Explora sont à 25 minutes à pied / 5 minutes en voiture, et l'arrêt de bus de Rinella, situé à 5 minutes à pied, propose un service fréquent vers La Valette. Le climat méditerranéen typique de Malte est ensoleillé, avec en moyenne cinq à six heures d'ensoleillement par jour en plein hiver et 12 heures en été. Amazing townhouse in a wonderful location with beautiful views over the marina and just a few minutes walk to the ferry to Valletta . Property spacious and characterful . Lots of floors and steps - but mainly spent time on first and second floors . Beds comfortable . Great little lounge for the evenings . Lovely terraces but they need some attention and upkeep - roof terrace not really useable as no furniture Garden terrace lovely but we didn’t use much at all as needs cutting back and tidying and pigeon poo removing beteeen guests visiting . Overall loved it - looked forward to coming home each day - and would certainly return .

Charming accommodation in a nice part of town. There are very steep stairs inside the house, so be mindful of this if you have mobility issues. I would happily stay in the accommodation again if I return to Malta.

The house was an old Maltese house in which everything was perfectly provided. The place was magical and perfectly located. Our host was very friendly and responsive. I would definetely recommend.

we enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely and the children liked having their own bedroom each. All bedrooms are air-conditioned which was needed in the heat. The sitting are is not air conditioned but there was a big pedestal fan that cooled us down just fine. The house is on the main road along the waterfront, right across from the ferry to Valetta which made it very easy to get there. Alternatively the water taxis are a few minutes walk along the waterfront at Birgu. Being on a main road also made it easy for taxis to find us. It does mean there is some traffic noise in the bedrooms but that did not affect us at all. We had a great time and would happily stay here again.

Świetna lokalizacja w klimatycznym miejscu . Miasto Bormla daje wiele możliwości , miedzy innymi długie wieczorne spacery pięknymi uliczkami . Możliwość dostania się do Valletty w 6 minut promem . Wszystko zgodne z opisem , dużo przestrzeni , zielone patio , taras widokowy na dachu apartamentu , z widokiem na całe Trójmiasto .

casa fantastica perfetta per dei ragazzi di 20anni, io e il mio gruppo di amici ci siamo trovati benissimo, nonostante la posizione scomoda rispetto alle varie discoteche e paceville ci sono i bolt, host super disponibile, una sera siamo rimasti chiusi fuori casa in 20 min sono arrivati ad aprirci, consiglio molto

The location was perfect. Exactly at the ferry point, easy access around island. Walking distance to restaurants and bars without the noise. Lovely outlook onto water front. Parking availability mixed but we always found a spot, just maybe back a street or two. Very responsive host. Good points, big rooms, Clean and functional. Lounge ok, not overly comfortable for an evening in front of a film, and not for 6 people. The house is tired and needs updating in parts, Outside very over grown and as such not that pleasant to sit outside. Overall location was perfect, thus our ranking any negatives. It’s a typical Maltese home which needs a bit of a refresh .

Really enjoyed staying at the house. Spacious bedrooms, kitchen and dining area. Plenty of bathrooms. Air con in the bedrooms worked really well. A number of restaurants and shops nearby. A number of attractions in the Three Cities area. House is 1 min walk from the passenger ferry to Valetta. Smaller gondola types boats to Valetta about 5 mins walk away.

Le logement est fidèle à la description et bien situé. Cependant, attention car beaucoup d’escaliers (pas ultra pratique pour des personnes âgées et enfants) et pour les chambres donnant sur la rue on entend beaucoup le bruit de la circulation (assez intense sur la rue des le petit matin).

Location was fantastic, brilliant for exploring three cities and Valletta with ferry just outside. View from the terrace was amazing, especially for sunsets and fireworks. Great outdoor space, good kitchen for cooking and a mice living room.

This house is lovely, lots of space and lots of room to relax in. It's really well located close to the ferry into Valetta as well as having all the restaurants and cafe's of the three cities on your doorstep. The garden is beautiful and really made our stay extra special. A couple of small negatives - there are a few things that could be added to make the stay even better for guests (Hairdryer, bottle opener, more dishwasher tables, coffee pods, spare key to name a few)

The house and location was very cute with nice outdoor spaces with flowers, rooftop, aesthetics, and views. Nice and cozy and ideal to stay with a big group. Very unique. Good value for money.

We arrived at the property in the afternoon and used the lock box to enter, which was smooth. We were immediately greeted by a lot of stairs, and with heavy luggage, it was not easy, but we managed. Up to the main floor, there was a dining room with balcony, kitchen, powder room, and courtyard. The kitchen was somewhat supplied, enough plates (almost none matching) and cutlery. But very few pots and pans for cooking. Not many mugs for coffee either. Glassware was small. Water is not potable, and a small bottle was supplied. Store down the road where you can buy more. Up one floor to a bedroom and living room, and bathroom with shower. The switch for this bathroom needs to be turned on to get hot water, which we did not know at first. The room was hot the entire time, and a door opened to the second courtyard, which was not at all maintained or clean, and had bird poop all over it. Could not use it at all. Another floor up and there are the other 2 bedrooms. The bed in the room with the shower and toilet was broken, the slats were bowed and the guests rolled to the middle. Had to move the mattress to the floor to get a decent sleep. There was no hand soap provided in any bathroom, so we had to buy some. The dining table collapsed at the first touch, but management was quick to fix it. The neighbour's water tank sprung a leak and made a horrible noise. The area is good for transit, but not for noise. Busy street, parties all night at nearby venues.

As this is a self-catered apartment rather than a hotel, we provide a small welcome kit, but guests are expected to bring or purchase their own supplies before or during their stay. Malta is a vibrant and lively country, and renting a property in the city center naturally means being aware that the area can be busy and traffic-filled. The location of the house could not be better, close to the ferry to Valletta and with the Three Cities right out the front door. It’s an oldMaltese house with balconies, a courtyard and a garden. Having laundry was ideal, and the kitchen had appropriate appliances/utensils. That said, this is the first place that we have rented in which the kitchen was bare - you’ll have to buy anything that you need from oil, salt and pepper to soaps and disposables.There are a few things that the property badly needs, which, for a limited investment, would turn the inside of the property from a 4-5 to an 8-9. The mattresses and pillows were quite uncomfortable and the bedding, clearly inexpensive when purchased, has seen better days and need replacing. Same with the bath towels, which were exhausted/ineffective. There is paint peeling off the interior walls in numerous places; this may be a concern for those with small children. Bathrooms are obsolete, functional but only just that.The ad should include pictures of the stair configuration on the top floor, or you should ask for a pic. This property may not be appropriate for people with mobility issues or small children if they need to access the top floor.The layout is odd. The most interesting room in the house is the first floor room with a Maltese balcony overlooking the marina, but this is fitted with uncomfortable, formal dining room furniture and could instead be a very welcoming living room with a couch and chairs.

The location is absolutely great. And it is nice to stay in a traditional house. The house is spatious with lots of room for six people. It is nice to have a small garden. But the house needs renovation. The living room and bedroom and and toilet on the top floor has a bad smell of mould. The toilet on the ground floor does not flush. There is no warm water in the kitchen. The water pressure and temperature when taking baths changes a lot.
