Добрый день. Расположение квартиры отличное, вид из балкона очень шикарный!!! Но: WiFi отсутствует и сотрудники не решают этот вопрос. Кондиционер работает просто как вентилятор, не охлаждает. На первом этаже не работает смыв туалета. Гараж очень узкий, только для маленьких авто или велосипедов. Чтобы включить свет на балконе надо включить тумблер, который включает кондиционеры на первом и на втором этаже, но на втором этаже его выключить нельзя ни пультом не кнопкой, а гудит он как пролетающий самолёт с туристами.

Absolutely beautiful place! I was a bit anxious after seeing some negative reviews but I can say with confidence that any negative reviews are so untrue. This place is amazing, clean, well stocked with appliances, comfy beds and the view of lake como from the balcony is one I’ll never forget. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and it’s made an incredible holiday. The staff managing the property were lovely and quick to respond to help us with any queries. Wearing swimming caps and having one sun lounger weren’t an issue for us, just respect the rules and you will have a good time. The only negative I could possibly think of is that the hill to the property is steep and may not be suitable for anyone who can’t hack the walk. Other than that I would go back to this place in a heartbeat. Una vacanza perfetta. Lago di Como ci manchi già!!!

Our holiday was amazing, to reach the location better to have a car, the apartment was great, and the view is stunning. Is a large apartment and quiet, but 3 things I don't like, 1 apartment was a lot of dust looks like a long time nobody stay there, 2 there is a church near so the bells ring every 30 minutes, and at night as well, so it wakes me up many time 3 and this one piece me off, the lady who was living there came to tell me the rules and how I have to use the swimming pool area, she was so rude, for an apartment with 4 people they give u just one sunbed we were 3, she told me to stand up because I allow having just one. I was abused she broke my day .

Great apartment with beautiful view from the balcony. we also loved the bath. cleanliness could be improved a bit dusty but nothing to worry about too much.

The accommodation looked like the photo’s online, and in a great location. However, the bed had two mattresses, with a torn headboard. The sink wouldn’t flow water, so we had a blocked drain, and a window was permanently closed until repaired which meant we had no air flow. The property needs upgrades and basic repairs immediately and the price would be justified, however, had no sleep and resulted on the sofa downstairs on the final night. Overall, enjoyed the trip but a little disappointed with the price for the overall stay.

We are now back at home in Brisbane Australia! We found it easy to book our apartment using your service and the information and directions you provided by email were good. There was no problem finding the place as one of your staff escorted us to the property and showed us the basic details. We found the apartment to be well equipped with the only item missing a microwave. As we were in Mezzeggra during March we found that eating options were limited and we had to travel to Lenno or Tremezzo for meals. While this was not a problem a list of nearby restaurants and their opening hours would be useful to have in the apartment. A restaurant we would recommend is L’Osteria near the church in Lenno. We ate there twice. Also Azalea in Tremezzo was very good. The apartment is in a good location for access to the many villages, villas, lake trips etc in the area. We particularly enjoyed Varenna, the cable car ride to Pigra, and Villa del Balbianella is a must. The corner Cafeteria Gelateria in Mezzegra has great coffee and cake and the local bakery (if you know where to find it!) has good breads. We would like to thank Viviana for her help and prompt replies to our emails while we were at the apartment. We would recommend the services of Happy Holiday Homes to anyone looking to stay in the Lake Como area.

Thank you very much for this email. We do have some feedback.. The office staff were very happy, and helped contribute to a sense of engagement and interest in our visit, we were escorted to our property and given a tour. This helped us settle in! The office was easy to find, and the service and communications excellent. The instructions for returning the keys were also clear. The flat itself is in a brilliant location with easy access to a number of venues. In the area, we really enjoyed La Darsena, the walk up to church San Martino, and the boat trips across to Bellagio and Como. There are lots of beautiful villas and properties around. Hope this helps, thank you!

Brentano Elegante was just superb! The standard of accommodation was very high and the condo was fascinating to explore. It also offered tennis facilities and a great outdoor pool. The complex was a short walk from the grocery shops in Mezzegra and a 5 minute drive from the nearby visitor attractions so it was ideal for us!!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a fantastic stay in this holiday apartment. It was a really good size for just 2 people and we loved the contemporary style and the unique complex surroundings. The pool and tennis courts were so much fun and we found loads to do on the central lake. Mezzegra had some useful supermarkets and also a really good little bakery. It was such a great location for reaching the villas, Tremezzo and the main ferry stop in Cadenabbia. The lido in Lenno was fun in the evenings as it doubled as a small nightclub. There were lots of restaurants and local bars to enjoy along the Tremezzo shore too. We drove here but noticed there was a bus service in the town so I think this place would suit most people. A really great holiday so thanks!

My husband and I enjoyed a really fabulous stay in Brentano Elegante. The apartment was just perfect! Very stylish and comfortable throughout. There was a great little sunny balcony and the views were really pretty. It was lovely to soak in that tub! The village was easily accessible from Villa Carlotta and Villa Balbianello. We enjoyed lots of great restaurants nearby like La Darsena and Locanda la Trilindana. Thank you Happy Holiday Homes for recommending those great places to us! The friendly guys in the Menaggio office were so great at helping us with our itinerary. We had a rental car with us which I guess helped us alot during our stay. The ferries were really fast and took us to Varenna and Bellagio - which were just so dreamy! Thank you for a wonderful stay on the lake!

We enjoyed a beautiful week on Lake Como as part of our vacation in Italy. We didn't want to leave! It was like paradise! We loved our apartment and found all the central lake activites and attractions really nearby. The complex was great and offered us a pool, tennis and also lake views from our balcony towards Lenno. Thanks so much for making this place a real highlight for us!

Appartement avec superbe vue et bien décoré. Région tres belle et propriété bien entretenue. J’ai dépendants quelques remarques : - les clefs du portail ne fonctionnait pas - Climatisation ne marche pas / grosse chaleur en plein mois d’août - parking ne convient pour voiture normale, le box est beaucoup trop petit - odeur d’égouts dans les toilettes - 1 seul transat réservé / habitation et port du bonnet de bain est demandé - la gérante de la résidence est peu aimable - pas de raquette à disposition pour le cour de terrain de tennis Le séjour était tout de même agréable mais nous aurions aimé avoir vent de ces informations

Conditioners are not working. Local people who lives in this house said what all guests are saying the same. Sadly that hosts are not repairing it. In our stay weather was very hot more than 35 so for us was imposible to sleep or be at home. The view from the balcony - amazing. A swimming pool is very good 10/10 only it helped at our stay to be alive:)

Overall great stay! There were some very good and not so good parts of the stay. The apartment is clean and the view is gorgeous! The pool is great too. However the location is hard to get to if you have luggage. You also cannot use the lift (as this was for residents not to holidayers) so climbing stairs with luggage is very hard. The most difficult part is travelling to pick up the keys. You need to travel more then 1 hour from the train station to first pick up the keys then to go back 15/20 minutes to the place. All made much harder with the hills and traffic in the summer. Do not recommend staying here if you have big luggage. Otherwise it’s probably fine!
