The apartment is very nice with amazing view. Near the complex you can find a grocery store which works on Sunday as well. The apartment has everything which you need. Nothing to compline . Thank you!

War schön, für 6 Personen, war der Essbereich etwas eng. War sehr schön, Waschmaschine Tumbler, Abwaschmaschine. Tip top.

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung und bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sie liegt direkt am See, und auch die Stadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders für Familien mit kleinen Kindern gibt es tolle Spielplätze in der Nähe. Ein Hinweis für Ruhesuchende: Hinter dem Garten befindet sich eine beliebte Picknickfläche, auf der sich oft viele Menschen aufhalten – teilweise mit sehr lauter Musik. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, könnte sich dadurch gestört fühlen. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass kein Staubsauger zur Verfügung stand – gerade für den Alltag zwischendurch wäre das praktisch gewesen. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung, und wir haben uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt.

Beautiful and peaceful location. We came for a vacation with 7 kids and the apartment was a bit small for that, but the surroundings are just so pleasant. There's a private garden and a huge lakeside park just out the gate. The bus stop and the grocery store are both about 10min away.

Praktische Wohnung direkt am Park & dahinter ist direkt der See. Park mit vielen Hunden.

We definitely loved our stay at Porto Letitzia ! Dalia 2 is a clean, well organised, comfortable and warm house. We only missed a barbecue. We've been a bit disapointed by the size of the pool. Our children were very happy with the lake but they also enjoy the pool and it´s not a very relaxing place for parents ! We didn't know they was a mini club, so it was an excellent surprise that allowed us to visit and practice a little sport. Tessa and Annebab did their best to make our children feel at ease despite the difficulties regarding language and our children apreciated them but they definitely miss means to achieve interesting activities. My son is 8 and I'm quite sure he would be reluctant going to the club next year. We personaly would accept paying 50€ per child to participate in the organisation of activities. The team was very helpful. Regarding restaurants, we went twice to a little pizzeria in the historic centre of Porlezza. I forgot the name but you surely see which one it is as we met many people from Porto Letizia there ! It was excellent and not expensive (particularly compared to what we can find in Lugano !!). The boat riding on the lake was incredible and the boat rental you work with very nice.

Prinzipiell eine gute Lage am See. Leider lässt man die Unterkunft, wie übrigens auch die benachbarten Grundstücke verwahrlosen und sind etwas ungepflegt. Gegenüberliegende Wohnreihen seit Jahren nicht fertiggestellt und noch im Rohbau, ein nicht wirklich toller Anblick. Unangenehmer Geruch in der Wohnung, Kästen und Kleiderschränken. Mobiliar abgenutzt. Gartenmöbel schäbig. Wir fanden das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht angebracht und würden nicht mehr buchen.
