Perfekt lejlighed til 2 voksne på tur. Alt er nyt og i god stand. Dejlig altan med en markise der kan køres ud. Fin aircondition og mulighed for at køre skodder ned for alle vinduer og døre. Sengen er meget hård, savnede en topmadras. kan klart anbefales og vi kommer meget gerne igen.

Die Wohnung lag sehr zentral, gegenüber dem Busbahnhof den wir häufig genutzt haben, zu Fuß benötigten wir kaum 10 Minuten in die historische Altstadt von Riva. Die Wohnung war sehr chic mit einem hübschen Balkon. 1 Verbesserungsvorschlag: Zusätzlich zu den 2 Metallstühlen wären 2 Klappstühle zum Sonnen angenehm. Ansonsten war alles perfekt und die Betreuung durch das Happy-Rental-Team sehr gut.

We had a wonderful stay! We worked with Francesco, who was friendly, kind, responsive, and helpful, and the check-in and check out process was straightforward and easy. The location was quiet and private, with a great view of the city and mountains with a little peep of the lake. We were a 5-10 minute walk from everything and the area we stayed in wasn't crowded at all.

Sehr schönes Appartement, wir waren mit unseren beiden Maine Coon Katzen da. Die Küche ist für du funktional ausgerichtet. Sehr schöner großer Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Nur 15 min Fußweg ins Zentrum von Riva. Wir sind sehr nett begrüßt worden. Gerne wieder

Perfect apartment to stay in Riva del Garda. Apartment is big snd very clean. It has nice balcony. Fully equipment, newly renovated. City center is just 10 min by foot, beach is 15 minutes by foot. Strongly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying in this Airbnb apartment and was immediately taken by its brand-new condition and spacious layout. The interiors were both modern and comfortable. Located not far from the old city center, the apartment made navigating the city seamless with essential destinations just a walk away. It was impeccably clean, and the host ensured it was equipped with all the amenities one might need. This property truly felt like a home away from home and is a gem I'd highly recommend.

Wir hatten die Ehre im Juli 2023 die ersten Gäste in dieser Unterkunft zu sein 😉 Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, netter Kontakt! Man wurde mit einer Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch begrüßt 😀 Alles neu und ordentlich, vom Charakter her eher minimalistisch eingerichtet, aber alles nötige war da, inklusive Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Spülmaschine und Klima. Die Nachbarschaft und die Umgebung waren ruhig, an Paar Tagen wurde im Haus etwas lauter wegen Renovierungsarbeiten, ist aber bestimmt nicht für die Ewigkeit und stört eher nicht, wenn man viel unterwegs ist. Einen Kellerraum gibt es auch , haben wir aber nicht benutzt. Busstation ist direkt vor der Tür - sehr bequem, falls man die naheliegenden Städtchen erkunden möchte. Im Haus selbst gibt es ein Gemüseladen und Paar Meter weiter eine Pizzeria. Zum Seestrand läuft man entspannt 15-20 Minuten, in die Stadt 10-15 Minuten. Von der Gegend selbst muss ich nicht viel erzählen, sie ist einfach atemberaubend nur zauberhaft! Danke und gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes, neues Appartment mit Balkon ( NO-S, mit Markise) u d wunderschöner Aussicht/Blick auf die Umgebung/ grüne Berge; Klimaanlage, einfach, hell und sauber. Das Schlafzimmer-Doppelbett schläft sich super. Das kleine Wohnzimmer und Schlafcouch ist gut für 1 Person (1.20m breit) geeignet. Die Wohnung ist in Laufdistanz zum Zentrum ( ca. 10min) gut erreichbar. Auch noch machbar zum Segelclub Fraglia Vela Riva. WLAN ist ausreichend für mobile/handy, aber etwas zu wenig Kapazität um damit gut und schnell Online zu arbeiten. Es gibt keine Parkplätze an der Strasse oder Haus, aber einen öffentlichen Parkplatz ( gratis/Höhenbegrenzung) gleich nebendran. Der Parkplatz ist von der Wohnung sichtbar. Die Müllentsorgung war leider nur teilweise möglich (keine schwarze Restmülltonne, kein Platikabfall, gelbe Tonne ) vorhanden (dies trotz guter Hausbeschreibung). Die Kommunikation war immer schnell unf freundlich möglich. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Apartment was relatively well furnished and equipped except the bed mattress which seemed a bit firm. Apartment had everything needed but we missed electric kettle. Location was great, walking distance away from old town, in the area there were a few free parking fields. It was quiet (for a town) in a day time, but in the evenings there was quite loud music from some nearby bar.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und eine ruhige Lage. Zur Innenstadt sind es wenige Gehminuten. Alles war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Bis auf meine kleinen Bemängelungen war im großen und ganzen alles top👍

The apartment is located in a perfect spot in Riva. Supermarkets etc are nearby and it is only a few minutes walk to the historic city center. The view from the balcony is fantastic! You can see the lake and several attractions of Riva. The kitchen itself is very new and of high quality. The service provided by Happy Rentals has been very friendly and they solved any issue very quickly.

Von der Gegend selbst muss ich nicht viel erzählen, sie ist einfach atemberaubend nur zauberhaft! Danke und gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes, neues Appartment mit Balkon ( NO-S, mit Markise) u d wunderschöner Aussicht/Blick auf die Umgebung/ grüne Berge; Klimaanlage, einfach, hell und sauber. Das Schlafzimmer-Doppelbett schläft sich super. Das kleine Wohnzimmer und Schlafcouch ist gut für 1 Person (1.20m breit) geeignet. Die Wohnung ist in Laufdistanz zum Zentrum ( ca. 10min) gut erreichbar. Auch noch machbar zum Segelclub Fraglia Vela Riva. WLAN ist ausreichend für mobile/handy, aber etwas zu wenig Kapazität um damit gut und schnell Online zu arbeiten. Es gibt keine Parkplätze an der Strasse oder Haus, aber einen öffentlichen Parkplatz ( gratis/Höhenbegrenzung) gleich nebendran. Der Parkplatz ist von der Wohnung sichtbar. Die Müllentsorgung war leider nur teilweise möglich (keine schwarze Restmülltonne, kein Platikabfall, gelbe Tonne ) vorhanden (dies trotz guter Hausbeschreibung). Die Kommunikation war immer schnell unf freundlich möglich. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Apartment was relatively well furnished and equipped except the bed mattress which seemed a bit firm. Apartment had everything needed but we missed electric kettle. Location was great, walking distance away from old town, in the area there were a few free parking fields. It was quiet (for a town) in a day time, but in the evenings there was quite loud music from some nearby bar.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und eine ruhige Lage. Zur Innenstadt sind es wenige Gehminuten. Alles war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Bis auf meine kleinen Bemängelungen war im großen und ganzen alles top👍

We appreciated the quick support. Especially that we could rent a high chair for our baby and that this was brought to the apartment as well as how quickly the issue with the shower has been solved

The apartment is located in a perfect spot in Riva. Supermarkets etc are nearby and it is only a few minutes walk to the historic city center. The view from the balcony is fantastic! You can see the lake and several attractions of Riva. The kitchen itself is very new and of high quality. The service provided by Happy Rentals has been very friendly and they solved any issue very quickly.
