Beautiful property right in the heart of the Old Town. We were literally a few minutes walk to all the key locations. Overall we had everything we needed and we were lucky enough to have a late checkout, which made our final day so easy, thank you!

Gorgeous property with lots of space, we were just 2 pax but you could easily fit 4 adults comfortably. Very Close to all the beautiful sites in the Old Town. Great communication throughout process.

Terra Mia in Centro Storico is wonderful. It has everything you need including a washer (an unexpected bonus). It's close to everything, a great place from which to explore Lecce. Go out the front door and walk; nothing is more than 10 minutes away. Happy.Rentals made it easy to check in and out, were great with communication.

Appartement très agréable et typique idéalement situé dans le centre de la ville historique de Lecce. Spacieux et propre. Gianvitto et son équipe ont été très réactifs et nous ont bien aidés. The apartment feels even bigger than we'd expected, it was nicely cool in summer and there was everything we needed. Super smooth communication with the host, she was more than accommodating. Die Wohnung war sauber und perfekt gelegen, um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Mitarbeiterin von HappyRentals war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung war deutlich dunkler, als auf den Fotos. Das Badezimmer erreicht man durch eines der Schlafzimmer, was nachts wirklich störend ist. Das ist aus den Fotos nicht erkennbar. Die Reinigungsgebühr war sehr hoch.

This is city centre! Right in the middle of the old town and 5 mins to the Main Street where there’s loads of fab places to eat - but there also is one right on the corner (that we didn’t try) Beds are nice and firm, bed linen and towels were all spotless. Place was clean. To be honest there could be better utensils As others mentioned there’s no wine opener (shocking in Italy!) and lack of utensils in general so we just ate out (and we were gone a lot)

Lägenheten var originell, nyrenoverad och ren. Lite för mörk i vårt tycke. Happyrent var inte så hjälpsamma, men värden själv kom med köksknivar som saknades. Köket behöver fler verktyg, såsom sax och korkskruv för att innan det är helt funktionellt, men det ordnar man säkert. Bra läge i centro storico.

The accomodation was quite good, however the lack of a seperate bathroom/toilet for the second bedroom made it quite difficult for having to use the toilet at night and at showering time it took a long time for three people to have showers, and would’ve of been worse if there were four people sharing the accomodation

Cool older building in the old city. Happy Rentals was very responsive to what we needed. However, found 5 cockroaches in our 3 night stay. Only bathroom is located through one of the two bedrooms.

Die Wohnung war sauber und perfekt gelegen, um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Mitarbeiterin von HappyRentals war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung war deutlich dunkler, als auf den Fotos. Das Badezimmer erreicht man durch eines der Schlafzimmer, was nachts wirklich störend ist. Das ist aus den Fotos nicht erkennbar. Die Reinigungsgebühr war sehr hoch.

This is city centre! Right in the middle of the old town and 5 mins to the Main Street where there’s loads of fab places to eat - but there also is one right on the corner (that we didn’t try) Beds are nice and firm, bed linen and towels were all spotless. Place was clean. To be honest there could be better utensils As others mentioned there’s no wine opener (shocking in Italy!) and lack of utensils in general so we just ate out (and we were gone a lot)

Lägenheten var originell, nyrenoverad och ren. Lite för mörk i vårt tycke. Happyrent var inte så hjälpsamma, men värden själv kom med köksknivar som saknades. Köket behöver fler verktyg, såsom sax och korkskruv för att innan det är helt funktionellt, men det ordnar man säkert. Bra läge i centro storico.

The accomodation was quite good, however the lack of a seperate bathroom/toilet for the second bedroom made it quite difficult for having to use the toilet at night and at showering time it took a long time for three people to have showers, and would’ve of been worse if there were four people sharing the accomodation

Cool older building in the old city. Happy Rentals was very responsive to what we needed. However, found 5 cockroaches in our 3 night stay. Only bathroom is located through one of the two bedrooms.
