Alloggio molto caldo e accogliente con un bel divano letto e un bel soggiorno. Cucina non troppo ampia ma perfetta per quello che ci si deve fare, non da tutti trovare la lavastoviglie. Posizione perfetta, a due passi dal centro per delle splendide passeggiate.

The apartment situation is very convenient to the city centre. Everything was clean, which is a must for us to be comfortable when staying there. Decoration makes you feel very comfortable, just the perfect balance to have the just and not overloaded. Little room in the master bedroom is very convenient for our clothes and items of luggage.

El departamento es amplio y está bien equipado, con luz natural, recientemente renovado. La ubicación nos resultó genial, y el estacionamiento a unos 80 metros –en un parking descubierto– también es práctico. Junto a la habitación hay un pequeño vestidor, útil para dejar las valijas y organizar la ropa. Te dejan un pequeño kit de elementos de baño y cocina.

Appartamento ampio e ben tenuto a 5 min a piedi dal lago e dal centro. Comprensivo di parcheggio riservato dall'altra parte della strada. Bella tv grande e arredo molto carino. Al ns arrivo abbiamo trovata una bottiglia di bianco ad attenderci :)

I liked the apartment. It was clean and comfortable + it was easy to check in and check out. The only thing missing for me was a hair dryer.

Everything was very clean. The location is fantastic. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable as the majority of sofa beds and the bathroom door needed oil as it makes lots of noise. Everything else was excellent.

This flat is managed through Happy Rentals, not through the owner. The flat is nice and clean, well located, but lacks of personality. Many details missing such as night lamps and tables, a bulb in the toilet and household items. On the second day we had to wash cutlery, dishes and glasses to use them again. The office sent too many messages through SMS, mail, the airbnb app and telephone, sometimes asking for the same through different channels. That was annoying since the information should run just through the app as usual. Instead of sending a message with all needed information such as estimated arrival time, if we had a car, passport numbers and so on, I got messages over a week. It would be great if the keys could be taken in the building where the flat is instead of picking them up from the office. Luckily we were close to the office so we didn't have to walk much longer (with two kids).

Dichtbij het centrum, restaurant’s en paar minuten lopen van het meer. Helaas is er geen airco aanwezig, in de avond uren is het uiteraard koeler buiten waardoor je de ramen wagenwijd kunt openen om binnen wat frisser te krijgen.

We were welcomed in a very nice way by Amazing Lugano, thank you. The location is fantastic. It was close to the center, and close to our chess tournament. And calm. Perfect. The kitchen appliances are simple but great. Fridge /freezer really big. The parquet is really nice. Nice shower. The space in general is nice.

Im Großen und Ganzen war die Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub ideal. In der Küche war die Grundausstattung perfekt. Eine kleine Anmerkung zur Gemütlichkeit wäre eine Tisch - oder Stehlampe empfehlenswert. So kann der Abend gemütlicher gestaltet werden.

Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Das Team in Lugano ist sehr freundlich. Ich hatte auch das Glück von einem Parkplatz in der Nähe profitieren zu können. Grazie tanto e alla prossima volta.

The apartment situation is very convenient to the city centre. Everything was clean, which is a must for us to be comfortable when staying there. Decoration makes you feel very comfortable, just the perfect balance to have the just and not overloaded. Little room in the master bedroom is very convenient for our clothes and items of luggage.

El departamento es amplio y está bien equipado, con luz natural, recientemente renovado. La ubicación nos resultó genial, y el estacionamiento a unos 80 metros –en un parking descubierto– también es práctico. Junto a la habitación hay un pequeño vestidor, útil para dejar las valijas y organizar la ropa. Te dejan un pequeño kit de elementos de baño y cocina.

Appartamento ampio e ben tenuto a 5 min a piedi dal lago e dal centro. Comprensivo di parcheggio riservato dall'altra parte della strada. Bella tv grande e arredo molto carino. Al ns arrivo abbiamo trovata una bottiglia di bianco ad attenderci :)

I liked the apartment. It was clean and comfortable + it was easy to check in and check out. The only thing missing for me was a hair dryer.

Schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen. Die Straße ist laut zu hören,bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber kein Problem.Parkplatz 5 Min fußläufig am Vermietungsbüro.

Everything was very clean. The location is fantastic. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable as the majority of sofa beds and the bathroom door needed oil as it makes lots of noise. Everything else was excellent.

This flat is managed through Happy Rentals, not through the owner. The flat is nice and clean, well located, but lacks of personality. Many details missing such as night lamps and tables, a bulb in the toilet and household items. On the second day we had to wash cutlery, dishes and glasses to use them again. The office sent too many messages through SMS, mail, the airbnb app and telephone, sometimes asking for the same through different channels. That was annoying since the information should run just through the app as usual. Instead of sending a message with all needed information such as estimated arrival time, if we had a car, passport numbers and so on, I got messages over a week. It would be great if the keys could be taken in the building where the flat is instead of picking them up from the office. Luckily we were close to the office so we didn't have to walk much longer (with two kids).

Dichtbij het centrum, restaurant’s en paar minuten lopen van het meer. Helaas is er geen airco aanwezig, in de avond uren is het uiteraard koeler buiten waardoor je de ramen wagenwijd kunt openen om binnen wat frisser te krijgen.

We were welcomed in a very nice way by Amazing Lugano, thank you. The location is fantastic. It was close to the center, and close to our chess tournament. And calm. Perfect. The kitchen appliances are simple but great. Fridge /freezer really big. The parquet is really nice. Nice shower. The space in general is nice.

Im Großen und Ganzen war die Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub ideal. In der Küche war die Grundausstattung perfekt. Eine kleine Anmerkung zur Gemütlichkeit wäre eine Tisch - oder Stehlampe empfehlenswert. So kann der Abend gemütlicher gestaltet werden.
