Cet appartement contemporain pour 4 personnes se trouve dans une jolie résidence, à flanc de colline, avec vue sur le lac de Côme. L'appartement du premier étage convient à un couple à la recherche d'une escapade romantique, ou à des amis qui souhaitent disposer d'un point de départ pour explorer cette magnifique région d'Italie. Le décor est contemporain et crée un environnement relaxant pour les hôtes. Le salon ouvert est meublé d'un canapé et d'une télévision à écran plat. La table à manger et les chaises se trouvent à côté de la cuisine, qui est équipée d'une plaque de cuisson à induction, d'un four à micro-ondes, d'un réfrigérateur, d'un congélateur et d'une cafetière. De grandes portes vitrées mènent du salon à un balcon privé offrant une vue panoramique sur le lac de Côme. La table et les chaises extérieures permettent de se détendre et de profiter du paysage avec une tasse de café ou un apéritif. Un escalier ouvert mène à la chambre en mezzanine. Couchage Chambre à coucher : La chambre dispose d'un lit double, d'un lit simple et d'une armoire. Supplémentaire : Le canapé du salon se transforme en un confortable lit double. Salle de bains La salle de bain carrelée est équipée d'une douche, d'un lavabo, d'un bidet et d'un WC. Supplémentaire - Balcon - Wifi gratuit - Repas à l'extérieur - Chauffage central - Ventilateur - Sèche-cheveux - Convient aux personnes âgées - Parking privé - voiture indispensable Situation L'élégante résidence se trouve dans un joli endroit, à 20 minutes à pied (5 minutes en voiture) des rives du lac. La ville de Menaggio (7 minutes) est charmante et moins animée que d'autres villes du lac. Elle dispose d'une jolie place avec un grand choix de cafés, de restaurants et de boutiques. Les clients peuvent prendre un ferry de Menaggio à Varenna ou à Bellagio et passer une journée dans ces villes réputées pour leur beauté. L'appartement est proche de nombreux restaurants et autres commodités. Il y a même un restaurant/pizzeria au rez-de-chaussée de la résidence pour le déjeuner, le dîner ou les plats à emporter. Pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner eux-mêmes, le marché de Menaggio a lieu les deuxième et quatrième vendredis du mois. Vous y trouverez les meilleurs ingrédients locaux. Lake Como Adventures (à 20 minutes en voiture) propose un large éventail d'activités, notamment l'escalade, le canyoning, la randonnée et le ski pendant les mois d'hiver. Pour plus de détente, le Lido Menaggio (8 minutes) est un lieu payant où les visiteurs peuvent se baigner dans le lac ou dans la piscine et prendre un bain de soleil sur l'une des chaises longues. L'aéroport international de Milan Linate se trouve à 1 heure 50 minutes de route de l'appartement et l'aéroport de Milan Malpensa à 1 heure 40 minutes.

L'un des plus beau panorama sur Menaggio et le lac de Come. Logement bien aménagé et équipé. Correspond au photos. Menaggio est accessible à pied en 25 par un chemin en escaliers ou bus c113 qui passe devant la résidence.

We verbleven 10 dagen in CORI appartement 5. Het uitzicht is fantastisch!! Je ziet een groot stuk van het meer en de dorpjes Varenna en Bellagio. We genoten elke dag van dit fantastische uitzicht op het ruime en goed uitgeruste balkon. Het appartement is eenvoudig ingericht maar was héél proper en het rook er ook heel fris! Het bed in de heel ruime slaapkamer op de vide is zeer goed. Het zetelbed beneden, waar onze dochter sliep, was ook heel goed. De keuken is vrij eenvoudig ingericht, het keukengerief is vrij beperkt, we misten bv. een schaar en een vergiet voor de pasta. We hebben ook maar één keer gekookt omdat er heel wat goede restaurantjes zijn in Menaggio. De badkamer is ook ruim en goed ingericht, het feit dat de douche een douchegordijn heeft, wat niet meer van deze tijd is, was zeker niet storend. We hadden één ochtend geen water, heel vervelend, maar hier kan de verhuurder niets aan doen natuurlijk. Tegen de late namiddag was het probleem opgelost. Al bij al, dit appartement is een aanrader voor een verblijf in het gezellige en mooie Menaggio!

Die Unterkunft liegt auf dem Berg von Menaggio. Der Ausblick von seinem eigenen Balkon aus ist einfach überwältigend. Das einzige was man wissen muss ist, das es ca. 20 min Fußweg in die Stadt sind, und der Weg nach oben auch etwas intensiver ist.

Die Unterkunft sticht heraus mit seinem atemberaubenden Balkon mit Sicht über den Comer See. Es ist sehr ruhig und alles notwendige vorhanden. Ein Restaurant ist gleich anschließend und empfängt einem sehr freundlich.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les photos sont fidèles : le mobilier est vintage mais propre et bien entretenu. Les atouts sont la terrasse et le parking privé. Nous recommandons cet Airbnb !

Vue exceptionnelle ! Logement lumineux bien situé dans les hauteurs de Menaggio et au calme. Parking attenant Cadeau de bienvenue très apprécié ! Dommage que la pizzeria était fermée pendant notre séjour, nous avions envie d’y aller. Mais du coup, c’était très calme ! Proche du ferry (30 minutes à pied) pour rejoindre Varenna et Bellagio.

Do obiektu z miasta trzeba iść sporo pod górę ale widok z balkonów (wszystkie mają widok na jezioro Como) jest CUDOWNY i rekompensuje wszystko. Restauracja pokoi serwuje pyszne pizze i wino.

The location of the property was great and the view from the balcony was simply stunning. Perfect sized apartment for our family of 3. The apartment was clean and true to the photos. The welcome box of goodies were a lovely touch. Easy and friendly communication with the property management team. We would definitely stay here again.

It was fine, just really not safe for children. Other than soap, there was nothing in the apartment. No paper towels or anything to clean with, not even salt or pepper. The restaurant downstairs was fantastic though.

Les photos correspondent, la vue est magnifique et le parking voiture est très pratique. L'arrivée dans le logement s'est faite très facilement en autonomie, mais durant toute la suite du séjour nous n'avons croisé personne pour savoir comment l'installation s'était passée, si il nous manquait des choses ou simplement pour discuter de la région et des activités à faire. Équipements de cuisine ok mais il manquait des éléments basique qu'il est dommage d'acheter pour seulement quelques jours : sel, sopalin, huile d'olive. Le bruit de chaise du resto en dessous un peu gênant également. A la sortie aucune interaction non plus pour quelconque consigne pour les poubelles, linge de maison ou simplement savoir comment s'était passé le séjour. Pour résumé, logement ok et vue top mais ne pas s'attendre à plus.

It was fine, just really not safe for children. Other than soap, there was nothing in the apartment. No paper towels or anything to clean with, not even salt or pepper. The restaurant downstairs was fantastic though.

Les photos correspondent, la vue est magnifique et le parking voiture est très pratique. L'arrivée dans le logement s'est faite très facilement en autonomie, mais durant toute la suite du séjour nous n'avons croisé personne pour savoir comment l'installation s'était passée, si il nous manquait des choses ou simplement pour discuter de la région et des activités à faire. Équipements de cuisine ok mais il manquait des éléments basique qu'il est dommage d'acheter pour seulement quelques jours : sel, sopalin, huile d'olive. Le bruit de chaise du resto en dessous un peu gênant également. A la sortie aucune interaction non plus pour quelconque consigne pour les poubelles, linge de maison ou simplement savoir comment s'était passé le séjour. Pour résumé, logement ok et vue top mais ne pas s'attendre à plus.
