Lovely apartment, very secure, spacious, clean and well equipped. The only very small downside was no English speaking channels on the tv, and although there was a firestick on tv there was no remote control for it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the main attractions in Como and the town centre, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and filled with natural light thanks to the large windows. It felt airy and comfortable throughout our stay. The shared areas were equally impressive: generous in size, clean, and fully functional. Everything was in good working condition, and the kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality cutlery and utensils — a nice touch that made us feel right at home. There were 6 adults in our group and the apartment was great. Each couple had their own room with en suite plus plenty of room for us to be together. The only thing I missed was a washer and to my own mistake of thinking there was one. At this point of our vacation we were all in need of laundry service. Lovely stay, bit of a walk to the lake and old town but that was no surprise to us.

We had a truly wonderful time here. It was easy to reach all the nearby restaurants and cafés, just a 10–20 minute walk. We also walked to the 24-hour Carrefour. The apartment exceeded our expectations. We were a group traveling with a baby, and it was perfect for us. The apartment offers a spacious parking area right in front of the building. If you're lucky and it's available, you can park there—it's free at night, and there's a small fee during the day. It was raining during our visit, and the host even provided umbrellas for us. All the amenities were well-prepared; we didn’t need to request anything extra. The host even left us a welcome box, which was such a thoughtful touch.We were surprised and grateful. The box included cornflakes, tea, coffee, milk, snacks, and wine. I haven’t even received that kind of welcome at a five-star hotel! Highly recommended. I will definitely suggest this place.

Very clean and well located apartment. You should provide instructions on how to use the induction range in the kitchen...and for some reason, it could not heat the Mocka coffee maker, so we had very hard time making coffee...thank you...

This apartment is in a very good location and the apartment is as described on the web. It's a great place to stay for a family or three couples as each couple would have their own bedroom and bath. The apartment is comfortable and does have everything you need for a few days with the exception of coffee. It has a Nespresso machine but the only place in town is about a ten minute walk. I believe two improvements could be easily made which would make it easier for renters. 1) The internet security code is ridiculous. Must be 16 letters and numbers with some being capital letters and small case. It should be made much easier to log in. Adding a QR code login would be a great addition 2) The lock box is about 30 or 40 yards from the door. It's a challenge to find. Diego was a great help in having us find the lockbox when we could not. Overall, the apartment is clean and well maintained.

The only disappointment was the fact there was not a washing machine in the apartment. We had to take laundry for a family of seven in the rain and wait 2 hours when we could have be doing something more fun. Other than that we were happy.

The place was as beautiful as advertised and close enough (short walk)to main attractions and restaurants. There was a nice welcome package and we were able to checkin quite earlier than the norm which was great. It would have been nice to have extra towels and blankets- there should have been at least 2 per person for our 4 night stay (especially since they’re thin). Communication was difficult - I was given 3 different numbers and neither answered when I called. I did get an email a bit later and when I replied with other questions I never got a reply. Luckily it was not anything urgent (a clogged sink, and laundry ). However I must say I did not notice “chat” option. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and as noted on my review would not hesitate to book it again and or recommend it.

Das Apartment ist wunderschön! Jedes Zimmer besitzt ein separates Bad, was bei 8 Frauen echt genial war. Ebenfalls ist die Küche super ausgestattet und hatte alles was wir gebraucht haben. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top. Zu Fuss hat man ca. 15 Minuten ins Zentrum. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super ruhig (abgesehen von der Kirchenglocke am Sonntag.. :)). Check-in und Check-out waren mit der Schlüsselbox ebenfalls super easy und der Gastgeber hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet.

Great property about 10 minute uphill walk from Como. Very clean, little bit quirky. Communication with host only via email, no personalised check in process. If first time visiting Como probably best to stay at hotel for guidance on ferry etc.

Comfortable apartment but the bathrooms are a little outdated. Nice residential neighbourhood. Easy 15 min walk to the town center with major attractions & restaurants. Easy check in with clear instructions. Management responds promptly to questions.

Location. Apartment was beautiful WHAT I DID NOT LIKE: no cleaning supplies in the unit. For our 11 day stay only one set of sheets/bed and only 2 towels/person in an apartment with no laundry facilities. Not good management in this respect

Good location, great space - good size bedrooms and living area, great showers. Easy to find, just a short walk out of town. Easy to access with detailed instructions. Good communication with venue managers. Would have been great to have some capsules for the Nespresso machine.

The apartment location was very good. Unfortunately, it is in a very nice neighborhood but the restaurants are about a 10 to 15 minute walk. The rooms and baths are fine and are as described. One downside is the bedroom on the left side of the apartment does hear the church bells which on a Sunday, go off every 15 minutes. It would also be nice if they at least provided some coffee to start and then provide a location where you can buy Nespresso pods. Only the department store COIN sell Nespresso pods which is about 10 minute walk. The lockbox instructions could be improved a little as they are about 50 yards past the door. Overall if we were to go back we would stay there again.

The apartment was fantastic, a great position and plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again although we were disappointed with Lake Como holidays not responding to our messages and became frustrated wasting time trying to get the fridges to work. There was no iron, the blow dryer was not working and there needs to be more than 1 very soft pillow each. The lady who checked us in was helpful by offering to carry a bag up the many stairs but just didn’t follow through after we checked in.

The communication was a bit spotty. I’d recommended having one channel aka airbnb for communications or at least having both airbnb and email being used. A lot of information typically provided in the app wasn’t and I felt they asking through messages bothered the corespondents and the delayed/lack of timely responses was disappointing.

The apartment was nice, very clean, and well furnished. However, it was disappointing that there were no coffee pods for the coffee machine, especially considering we were a group of 8, and no water bottles provided. There was a breakfast kit, but it was only for 2 people. Additionally, in our bedroom, the hairdryer couldn’t be used because it had a US plug.

Apartment was a little ways from the middle of Como, but not bad. It is located on a hillside, so be ready for a little uphill, walk. Restaurants around the area closed early and there wasn’t too much to do unless you walked a little ways to town. House was very basic with some cooking supplies but no cooking oil of any kind. On the description they talked about the Nespresso machine multiple times and come to find out that the coffee pods were the wrong size. I contacted the company and they said they do not provide coffee or kitchen supplies to the apartment. For about $600 a night you don’t get much other than a place to sleep. Bathrooms are small, but that should be expected in a lot of places in Italy.

The apartment was beautiful, perfect for a group of friends traveling together. It was well situated with only a short walk to the center and to the marina. We would definitely book again!

Lovely apartment, very secure, spacious, clean and well equipped. The only very small downside was no English speaking channels on the tv, and although there was a firestick on tv there was no remote control for it.

Loved how much space we had here, had ensuites for most of the bedrooms, location was great easy to walk to main square. We would recommend to future travellers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the main attractions in Como and the town centre, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and filled with natural light thanks to the large windows. It felt airy and comfortable throughout our stay. The shared areas were equally impressive: generous in size, clean, and fully functional. Everything was in good working condition, and the kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality cutlery and utensils — a nice touch that made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Como. We'd definitely return!

There were 6 adults in our group and the apartment was great. Each couple had their own room with en suite plus plenty of room for us to be together. The only thing I missed was a washer and to my own mistake of thinking there was one. At this point of our vacation we were all in need of laundry service. Lovely stay, bit of a walk to the lake and old town but that was no surprise to us.

We had a truly wonderful time here. It was easy to reach all the nearby restaurants and cafés, just a 10–20 minute walk. We also walked to the 24-hour Carrefour. The apartment exceeded our expectations. We were a group traveling with a baby, and it was perfect for us. The apartment offers a spacious parking area right in front of the building. If you're lucky and it's available, you can park there—it's free at night, and there's a small fee during the day. It was raining during our visit, and the host even provided umbrellas for us. All the amenities were well-prepared; we didn’t need to request anything extra. The host even left us a welcome box, which was such a thoughtful touch.We were surprised and grateful. The box included cornflakes, tea, coffee, milk, snacks, and wine. I haven’t even received that kind of welcome at a five-star hotel! Highly recommended. I will definitely suggest this place.

Very clean and well located apartment. You should provide instructions on how to use the induction range in the kitchen...and for some reason, it could not heat the Mocka coffee maker, so we had very hard time making coffee...thank you...

This apartment is in a very good location and the apartment is as described on the web. It's a great place to stay for a family or three couples as each couple would have their own bedroom and bath. The apartment is comfortable and does have everything you need for a few days with the exception of coffee. It has a Nespresso machine but the only place in town is about a ten minute walk. I believe two improvements could be easily made which would make it easier for renters. 1) The internet security code is ridiculous. Must be 16 letters and numbers with some being capital letters and small case. It should be made much easier to log in. Adding a QR code login would be a great addition 2) The lock box is about 30 or 40 yards from the door. It's a challenge to find. Diego was a great help in having us find the lockbox when we could not. Overall, the apartment is clean and well maintained.

This property was perfect for our group with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. It was walking distance to a lot of food options and the dock for ferries.

The only disappointment was the fact there was not a washing machine in the apartment. We had to take laundry for a family of seven in the rain and wait 2 hours when we could have be doing something more fun. Other than that we were happy.

The place was as beautiful as advertised and close enough (short walk)to main attractions and restaurants. There was a nice welcome package and we were able to checkin quite earlier than the norm which was great. It would have been nice to have extra towels and blankets- there should have been at least 2 per person for our 4 night stay (especially since they’re thin). Communication was difficult - I was given 3 different numbers and neither answered when I called. I did get an email a bit later and when I replied with other questions I never got a reply. Luckily it was not anything urgent (a clogged sink, and laundry ). However I must say I did not notice “chat” option. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and as noted on my review would not hesitate to book it again and or recommend it.

Das Apartment ist wunderschön! Jedes Zimmer besitzt ein separates Bad, was bei 8 Frauen echt genial war. Ebenfalls ist die Küche super ausgestattet und hatte alles was wir gebraucht haben. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top. Zu Fuss hat man ca. 15 Minuten ins Zentrum. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super ruhig (abgesehen von der Kirchenglocke am Sonntag.. :)). Check-in und Check-out waren mit der Schlüsselbox ebenfalls super easy und der Gastgeber hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet.

Great property about 10 minute uphill walk from Como. Very clean, little bit quirky. Communication with host only via email, no personalised check in process. If first time visiting Como probably best to stay at hotel for guidance on ferry etc.

Comfortable apartment but the bathrooms are a little outdated. Nice residential neighbourhood. Easy 15 min walk to the town center with major attractions & restaurants. Easy check in with clear instructions. Management responds promptly to questions.

Location and size, both excellent for our family of six. Apartment was clean and spacious and the view from the dining area window was soooo Italian and lovely. Plenty of delightful and delicious dinner venues within 10 minutes walk.

Location. Apartment was beautiful WHAT I DID NOT LIKE: no cleaning supplies in the unit. For our 11 day stay only one set of sheets/bed and only 2 towels/person in an apartment with no laundry facilities. Not good management in this respect

Good location, great space - good size bedrooms and living area, great showers. Easy to find, just a short walk out of town. Easy to access with detailed instructions. Good communication with venue managers. Would have been great to have some capsules for the Nespresso machine.

The apartment location was very good. Unfortunately, it is in a very nice neighborhood but the restaurants are about a 10 to 15 minute walk. The rooms and baths are fine and are as described. One downside is the bedroom on the left side of the apartment does hear the church bells which on a Sunday, go off every 15 minutes. It would also be nice if they at least provided some coffee to start and then provide a location where you can buy Nespresso pods. Only the department store COIN sell Nespresso pods which is about 10 minute walk. The lockbox instructions could be improved a little as they are about 50 yards past the door. Overall if we were to go back we would stay there again.

The apartment was fantastic, a great position and plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again although we were disappointed with Lake Como holidays not responding to our messages and became frustrated wasting time trying to get the fridges to work. There was no iron, the blow dryer was not working and there needs to be more than 1 very soft pillow each. The lady who checked us in was helpful by offering to carry a bag up the many stairs but just didn’t follow through after we checked in.

The communication was a bit spotty. I’d recommended having one channel aka airbnb for communications or at least having both airbnb and email being used. A lot of information typically provided in the app wasn’t and I felt they asking through messages bothered the corespondents and the delayed/lack of timely responses was disappointing.

The apartment was nice, very clean, and well furnished. However, it was disappointing that there were no coffee pods for the coffee machine, especially considering we were a group of 8, and no water bottles provided. There was a breakfast kit, but it was only for 2 people. Additionally, in our bedroom, the hairdryer couldn’t be used because it had a US plug.

Apartment was a little ways from the middle of Como, but not bad. It is located on a hillside, so be ready for a little uphill, walk. Restaurants around the area closed early and there wasn’t too much to do unless you walked a little ways to town. House was very basic with some cooking supplies but no cooking oil of any kind. On the description they talked about the Nespresso machine multiple times and come to find out that the coffee pods were the wrong size. I contacted the company and they said they do not provide coffee or kitchen supplies to the apartment. For about $600 a night you don’t get much other than a place to sleep. Bathrooms are small, but that should be expected in a lot of places in Italy.
