Cet élégant appartement contemporain peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes et offre une vue imprenable sur le lac de Lugano. À moins de 10 minutes du centre de Lugano, il constitue un excellent point de départ pour explorer le lac et les montagnes environnantes. Situé au deuxième étage (avec ascenseur), l'appartement dispose d'un balcon ombragé, à côté de la salle de séjour principale, qui offre de magnifiques vues sur le lac. Le balcon est meublé d'une table et de chaises, ce qui permet de dîner à l'extérieur. À l'intérieur, le salon aéré est équipé d'un canapé, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'une table et de chaises. La cuisine séparée est bien équipée avec une plaque de cuisson, un four, un micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur-congélateur et une machine à café. Couchage Dans le salon se trouvent un lit double et un canapé-lit double, ainsi qu'une armoire de rangement. Salle de bains La salle de bain carrelée toute neuve est équipée d'une douche, d'un lavabo et de toilettes. En plus Wifi gratuit - Repas à l'extérieur - Chauffage central - Climatisation - Sèche-cheveux - TV satellite HD à écran plan - Plaque à induction - Bouilloire - Cafetière - Lave-vaisselle Voiture non indispensable. Réservation d'une place de parking : En cas de besoin, vous pouvon réserver une place de parking à l'avance ou le jour même de votre arrivée, au prix de 8 CHF par jour. Nous réserverons une place numérotée et vous en communiquerons le numéro. Un pass, qui se trouvera dans la maison, devra alors être affichée dans votre voiture comme preuve de réservation et de paiement. Situation Dans la ville de Castagnola, l'appartement offre un excellent accès à Lugano et à tout ce qu'elle a à offrir. À proximité de la base du Monte Brè, les clients apprécieront une promenade en funiculaire depuis Cassarate (5 minutes) jusqu'au sommet de la montagne. Le terminal de ferry de Cassarate (3 minutes) vous permet d'explorer le lac en bateau. Dans le centre de Lugano, il y a beaucoup à voir, notamment le MASI, le musée d'art de la Suisse italienne, ainsi que de nombreux excellents restaurants et cafés où vous pourrez déguster les meilleures cuisines italiennes et suisses. Si vous souhaitez cuisiner vous-même, le marché de Lugano (les mardis et vendredis) à Via Carducci (7 minutes) est l'endroit idéal pour se procurer les meilleurs ingrédients locaux. L'aéroport international le plus proche se trouve en Italie, à Milan Malpensa, à 1 heure 15 minutes en voiture.

Amazing stay, beautiful view and very clean place apart from a fair few ants on the kitchen counter. If you’re walking to the property from Lugano, the hills to it are quite tough, however if you get used to the bus services there it’s a great location as the main bus stop is just a 4 min walk away. Overall would recommend and would stay again!

This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes away from a large supermarket. 20 minutes away from a local park and center. Bus #2 takes you there from the train station. The view is stunning, absolutely breathtaking. We couldn’t gat enough of it. The team is very responsive. We had some alarm noise coming out from a neighbor’s apartment. When it lasted over 12 hours we addressed the team and it disappeared later on. I would definitely come back.

The view was fantastic. The apartment was clean and organized. The balcony was private and a great spot to sit and have a meal or just relax and enjoy the view. The buses were easy to use from this location.

We had great views from the balcony and that was the main reason why we booked this place. It’s a comfortable stay for 2 nights with the necessary amenities. It’s a good location for those who prefer to be slightly away from the city and experience some authenticity - it’s still accessible via buses to get to the centre.

The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular. Inside, everything is in good condition and works well, and the location is great for central Lugano - really easy public transportation into the city centre.

Super Airbnb!! Die Aussicht war wunderschön, die öffentichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr nahe und die Wohnung war allgemein toll und hatte alles, was man braucht. Einzig der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war etwas schwach, aber ansonsten sind wir begeistert und würden immer wieder kommen :)

It was a great experience. As well as great panoramic view. Very clean and arranged. The only one thing didn’t like that there is a coffee machine capsule but there is no capsules, it’s not a big deal but I went to two supermarkets to find. I will come again if I came to Lugano. I recommend this apartment.

Die Wohnung scheint neu renoviert zu sein und daher was auch alles ser sauber. Der Ausblick auf den See ist fantastisch und der Bus fährt bis 200m vor die Unterkunft. Im Sommer könnte es sehr eiss werden, aber jetzt im Frühling war es herrlich. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und es wurde raach geantwortet.

Het uitzicht was schitterend. Rust gelegen, uitzicht over de baai. Vriendelijke staff die snel een herstelling kwam uitvoeren. Kinderen blij met het grote tv scherm. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Kleine flat maar alles bij de hand.

This was a wonderful stay. However, if you do not have a vehicle, every trip to the city is easily $35-$50 each way. The city is very clean with great food & great service! The property manager does not respond very quickly. I needed a taxi and never got a response. If we go back to Lugano, we will stay closer to town!!

This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes away from a large supermarket. 20 minutes away from a local park and center. Bus #2 takes you there from the train station. The view is stunning, absolutely breathtaking. We couldn’t gat enough of it. The team is very responsive. We had some alarm noise coming out from a neighbor’s apartment. When it lasted over 12 hours we addressed the team and it disappeared later on. I would definitely come back.

The view was fantastic. The apartment was clean and organized. The balcony was private and a great spot to sit and have a meal or just relax and enjoy the view. The buses were easy to use from this location.

We had great views from the balcony and that was the main reason why we booked this place. It’s a comfortable stay for 2 nights with the necessary amenities. It’s a good location for those who prefer to be slightly away from the city and experience some authenticity - it’s still accessible via buses to get to the centre.

The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular. Inside, everything is in good condition and works well, and the location is great for central Lugano - really easy public transportation into the city centre.

Super Airbnb!! Die Aussicht war wunderschön, die öffentichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr nahe und die Wohnung war allgemein toll und hatte alles, was man braucht. Einzig der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war etwas schwach, aber ansonsten sind wir begeistert und würden immer wieder kommen :)

We had a wonderful stay at Christian's place. The location was great and the views absolutely beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our little getaway.

It was a great experience. As well as great panoramic view. Very clean and arranged. The only one thing didn’t like that there is a coffee machine capsule but there is no capsules, it’s not a big deal but I went to two supermarkets to find. I will come again if I came to Lugano. I recommend this apartment.

Der Titel sagt eigentlich schon alles. Wir hatten in dem Apartment alles für die eigene Verpflegung. Super Lage auch mit Bus alle 15 Minuten ins Zentrum.

Die Wohnung scheint neu renoviert zu sein und daher was auch alles ser sauber. Der Ausblick auf den See ist fantastisch und der Bus fährt bis 200m vor die Unterkunft. Im Sommer könnte es sehr eiss werden, aber jetzt im Frühling war es herrlich. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und es wurde raach geantwortet.

This apartment is sick! It has just the most beautiful view in my life! It was really nice to stay there and watch sunsents from the terrace. It’s not so close to the city center, but it is totally worth it! Thank u for all!

Het uitzicht was schitterend. Rust gelegen, uitzicht over de baai. Vriendelijke staff die snel een herstelling kwam uitvoeren. Kinderen blij met het grote tv scherm. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Kleine flat maar alles bij de hand.

This was a wonderful stay. However, if you do not have a vehicle, every trip to the city is easily $35-$50 each way. The city is very clean with great food & great service! The property manager does not respond very quickly. I needed a taxi and never got a response. If we go back to Lugano, we will stay closer to town!!
