Great appartment for groups with really an amazing view. Too bad the pool was not heated, so we couldn't really use it. But for the rest we had a great time there.

The stay was absolutely a disappointment. The property is not maintained and not cleaned. Things were broken and not in working condition. Some examples via photos submitted but not all inclusived. In addition, the internet is not functional! Simply put, the is not as advertised. If our stay was longer than 2 nights, we would of found other accommodations. A portion of the cost should be returned. Finally the porperty managers could care less about our experience!

Zeer goede ligging , leuk zwembad, prachtig zicht. Maar de airco werkte niet in 3 van de 5 slaapkamers, er waren maar 7 goede stoelen voor een huis met een capaciteit van 11 personen, aan een tafel voor maximum 8 personen, de afstandsbediening voor de ingangspoort en de garages werkte niet. 1 koffielepel voor 11 personen. Anders zou de emo helemaal positief schijnen.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Bianca. The view from the balcony is just fantastic. We stayed two nights in Menaggio and the Airbnb is perfect for larger groups. However, the cleanliness of the villa could be a little better.

This was a clean, spacious and comfortable rental. The view from the balcony was amazing. The flat (apartment) was in great shape, with a welcome package when we arrived. Overall, a really great rental. We would definitely go back.

Firstly the most important thing to say is we had a great holiday. The starter pack was much appreciated but the info left in the villa was misleading; it would have been helpful to know we could have done a full supermarket shop down the road toward Porlezza on Sunday rather than just saying that shops were shut on Sundays. Thank you for such a super stay this summer! We really enjoyed staying in Villa Bianca! It wasn't totally secluded but it did offer beautiful lake views and plenty of all day sunshine from its hillside location. The kids loved the private pools and I have to say we were very impressed by how well-equipped the villa was, which surpassed our expectactions! David and I were very impressed by all the villa's mod cons and luxury touches, which really helped make our stay so comfortable and great. The golf club was very nearby and the lakeside centre of Menaggio was also an easy drive away! We really loved exploring Lake Como and also Lugano for a more cosmopolitan feel. Thank you HHH for a really super-duper holiday!

Villa Bianca Grande was very convenient to drive to the Golf club and also the central lake. We were big fans of the two swimming pools and entertaining and relaxing areas. A very chic and contemporary retreat! Thank you Happy Holiday Homes for your service! We will certainly come back to look at buying.

What a fantastic holiday villa! It offered everything we'd expect from a luxury hotel! We wanted to either be in or nearby Menaggio, so Franco and I could reach his family easily throughout our stay. Our children really loved the outside pool and we thought the views towards Bellagio were just breathtaking. The garden was south facing so basked in all day sun. The inside of the villa was super modern and comfortable. Franco liked working out in the gym and I must confess I did more wine drinking and sunbathing than exercise! There was an indoors pool also, which i'm sure would be perfect for a winter break here! I would just like to say that some of the shallow steps etc could be a bother if you have very young toddlers. Saying that all our children were fine with them. I thought the open plan layout to the kitchen and living room was really stylish and family-friendly and it flowed really well out onto the lake view balcony terrace. Loved the chic outdoor furniture too! We drove here which is advisable because of the hillside location. The main road leads from outside the small residence to Menaggio and Lugano, so it was very accessible for reaching all the lake attractions. Thank you HHH for a fabulous stay!

Allotjament ampli en un bon lloc però li manca un manteniment adequat. Cuina espatllada, manquen vàries bombetes, instruccions confuses... Qualitat per sota de l'esperat.

Très bon emplacement, vue imprenable, piscine Mais qualité des prestations à l'intérieur de la villa qui laisse à désirer : sols, WC et salles de bain sales à notre arrivée, poussières dans les chambres au plafonds et sur les mûrs, blocs de climatisations poussiéreux, détériorations constatées sur les murs, les plafonds, les sols, les meubles... les photos mises en ligne n'ont malheureusement rien à voir avec la réalité. Dommage car l'emplacement est exceptionnel!

It's ok for the money. Sadly the kitchen was not properly equipped, which made cooking of 10ppl quite the challenge. Their Overall-Cleaning could be improved. The seating options in the pool area are not enough for a 10 person villa. Despite the above mentioned topics, the enjoyed the stay. The view is really great. You can see directly over the whole lake!

The house has a excellent view and has a good location. The condition of the house was OK, however somewhat run down. This was also the case for the outdoor area which was not maintained. The kitchen was underequipped for 10 people. Take especially note of the avaliability of the pool which is only from june to september (it is noted only in the "House rules". All in all a OK house with a great view.
