We had such an amazing stay at this Villa! Immediately you’re greeted by the most beautiful views of the lake. It feels private, open, airy and bright! We enjoyed every moment of this space. The windows all opened up to let the cool breeze and light into the space. They were also flexible with us and allowed us to have a late checkout the morning after our wedding. We would definitely stay here again!

Exhilarating view of Lake Como! House decor fabulous-matching Italian furnishing. A little pricey but worth the view! Upon return from a night tour, we found toilet seat/cover missing from one bathroom, when we locked all doors. No communication from Airbnb hosts regarding this issue. I did inform the hosts right away but received delayed response. Upon response from host, we had already checked out of the Airbnb. Disappointed in delayed response as this impacted our family from having two bathrooms to one bathroom and felt uncomfortable with someone entering the home without informing us. Did appreciate the gift box given upon arrival!

Great location, with a great view. The pictures on the site actually don't fully do it justice. The apartment has a balcony with a little terrace in front of the master bed room. Then there is also a nice terrace with a roof on top on the side of the apartment. Both have a stunning view on the lake. Then the interior is really authentic. Nice furniture. Lastly, the layout of the apartment is nice. Just a great place.

The view and patio from this apartment really is a thing of beauty and something that everyone will love. The apartment itself is spacious and good for a larger group and the kitchen has all the accessories you need for cooking. Como itself seems to struggle with solid public transit / taxi availability so if you’re not renting a car be prepared for the possibility of a very crowded bus / a steep uphill trek to get to this flat. The view overall was worth it

Het uitzicht vanaf het terras maar ook vanuit de grote slaapkamer, eetkamer en huiskamer kan niet beter! Het uitzicht op het meer was zelfs na een week nog geweldig. Je kunt heerlijk buiten op het terras zitten welke overdekt is. Dat is natuurlijk handig voor wat schaduw maar ook bij eventueel slecht weer. In de omgeving kun je veel leuke uitjes plannen. In het dorpje zelf zijn maar een paar restaurants en een bar. Voor een supermarkt moet je een stukje rijden. En het welkomstpakket was een erg leuke verrassing.

Le site est magnifique, le logement pratique et propre. Cependant, il serait souhaitable de changer les matelas. Boîte à clé très difficile à ouvrir. Indications pour accéder au logement claires. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis dans ce logement.

Un appartement extrêmement bien situé directement sur la Via Verde, et qui offrait donc des points de vue à couper le souffle. Spacieux et extrêmement propre, matériaux de qualité bien que la décoration soit passée de mode depuis quelques décennies… le tout est fonctionnel et la vie se passe en extérieur, avec cette vue juste incroyable. Nous avons énormément apprécié le souci du détail et les jolies attentions de notre hôte (éponges, pastilles de lave-vaisselle, sacs poubelle, produit vaisselle, papier toilette pour la durée du séjour, extrêmement pratique, sans oublier l’adorable colis de bienvenue). Très bon spot pour découvrir le triangle d’or, tout est à proximité, la villa del balbianello est à moins de 10 min… En revanche, la literie est pour nous à changer de toute urgence (nos dos s’en souviennent et nos nuits furent courtes), et la présence d’une machine à laver aurait été appréciée. Des indications plus explicites pour accéder au logement seraient aussi bienvenues.

We were there for the Sangiovanni festival and this location was great for watching the fireworks. The only downside is that unless you’re planning on staying in the property the entire time, you must have a car, as it is very high up on the hill and nearly impossible to walk from the bus stop with luggage. Great views of lake. The other downside to this property is it the key is located at the bottom of the hill and I had walked up to the property with luggage only to find out that I had to go back down and back up to retrieve the key. There should be access to the key at the site.

No AC during a heat wave made the stay uncomfortable and the furnishings were a bit outdated. Inconvenient parking required long walks. The views of Lake Como from the terrazzo were stunning however.

Die Anreise nach Sala Comacina verlief problemlos. Die Wegbeschreibung in Bildern, welche wir kurz vorher per Mail bekommen hatten, und der wirkliche Weg zur Ferienwohnung waren nicht mehr ganz so übereinstimmend wie wir es vorgefunden haben. Nach einen abenteuerlichen Weg zur Wohnung, welche aber mit Auto gut zubewältigen ist, fanden wir eine sehr saubere Wohnung in beeindruckender Lage vor. Nachdem wir die Wohnung inspiziert hatten, Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig auch zur unteren Wohneinheit, kleinere Probleme der Argentur gemeldet hatten (diese wurden am nächsten Tag behoben) durfte unser Urlaub starten. Was zur Lage zu erwähnen wäre, dass der Untermieter in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus diverse Bienenstöcke hat. Dort wo sie stehen, sind sie überhaupt nicht störend zur Wohnung, zum Balkon oder zur Terrasse. Leider hatte der Besitzer während unserer Woche Urlaub 6 Bienenstöcke davon mit zu sich auf seine Terrasse genommen und so konnten wir 3 Tage nicht die Fenster öffen, oder die Terrasse und den Balkon nutzen. Deswegen auch nur 4 Sterne, sonst wären es 5 Sterne geworden. Wlan ist kostenfrei, in der Beschreibung wird es mit kostenpflichtig angegeben. Die kleine Stadt Sala Comacina liegt in direkter Nähe zur großen Stadt Tremezzo. In beiden Städten ist die Nähe zum Wasser gegeben sei es in Form von Sandstrand oder Kieselstrand. Wer gerne shoppen geht, kann in die große Hafenstadt Como fahren. Dort ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Beautiful location, but we had great difficulty getting the key to the property because the key box was recently moved. There was no update online and there was no notice sent to us about this. Also there was no hot water for two days. On a positive note, the management team did respond to us about these issues.

The house is very big and with a wonderful view. Huge terrace with a lake view, awesome. Good check in logistics, everything was clear. Classy interior with old school furniture. House was clean, deal was okay.

Lieu trop difficile d'accès, avec un chemin d'accès étroit où 2 voitures ne peuvent se croiser (des camions peuvent en plus bloquer l'accès à cause de travaux sur le chemin). Boîte à clés non conforme aux photos (2 au lieu de 3 à l'arrivée et plus qu'une à la sortie) très loin de la maison et difficile à trouver surtout la nuit sous la pluie... Et ne pas compter sur l'assistance Airbnb qui est par téléphone à Chicago, en anglais of course ! Maison spacieuse et vue superbe mais décoration totalement vieillotte, literie a renouveler. Des lampes ou prises défectueuses, et plus d'eau chaude dans une salle de bains le 2eme jour. Quel dommage, la maison pourrait être si bien !

Fantastic view. Big house with lots of space. Wonderful outdoor terrace. Free wifi. Big kitchen. Easy to find keybox. Parking some days was a bit difficult. Despite the few problems mentioned, we would come and stay again.

Bad location - impossible to get taxis so have to walk everywhere. Note there are no proper footpaths. Also to access the property you have to climb a steep hill for 5-10 minutes

We really appreciated the view and the terrace! The flat was not very clean when we arrived and a few things in the bathroom were broken but the owner offered a quick fix and compensation, which we were okay with :)
