Absolutely breathtaking view. Sofabed was also surprisingly more comfortable than expected. Everything about the place was great. Parking garage was more spacious than we thought (considering some earlier reviews), just needs some skilled manoeuvring to get in if you have a bigger car.

Great place to stay with amazing views. We asked to drop our bags a bit earlier which they didn’t allow and then also checked us in a bit later, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that everything else was great. It was really nice of the host to leave us a nice complimentary box filled with essentials, sweets and even wine for the group! I would definitely recommend. One thing to note is that you definitely need a car as it is about a 10-15 min drive up the mountain.

The great location of the apartment allowed to enjoy the extraordinary views. I couldn’t look away from the window. The owner answers questions quickly and is always happy to help. Very picturesquely located facility. Silence. A comfortable kitchen (only wine glasses were missing), Garden set - great for charming breakfasts. Nice and large beds. Beautiful view of the lake. Private garage and swimming pool!! Great stay. Recommended for 5-6 people. Very good place to explore the whole lake Como.

September 2017 Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub und sind ganz begeistert von der Ferienwohnung, dem tollen Ausblick etc. Auch der Empfang mit Prosecco, Milch und Marmeladehörnchen war sehr liebevoll. Auch hat uns zu guter Letzt Perledo bzw Varenna viel besser gefallen als Belaggio und Menaggio, wo wir eigentlich zuerst eine Unterkunft gesucht haben. Also, per Zufall genau richtig gelandet und sehr schöne 5 Tage verbracht. Gerne empfehlen wir Sie weiter. Herzliche Grüße + ganz herzlichen Dank für den guten Tipp und die super Vermittlung. Excellent communication with the very understanding and flexible property manager.The location, views, outdoor sitting areas and pool great for us. We did find that the place could have used a few more tea towels, plus some kitchen cloths and also a deep clean of all those corners considering the rather steep and unusual 160 cleaning fee…Would we go there again? Knowing what to expect, yes!

heel mooi gelegen. wel vlak naast weg. veel trappen van en naar appartement. binnen alles aanwezig. bedden zijn aan vernieuwing toe. poetsen kan iets beter. instructies aankomst en vertrek komen zeer laat toe (via verhuur bureau). maar zeker de moeite om te boeken.

La casa estaba correcta, pero no habia aire acondicionado y solo habia un ventilador que funcionaba mal. Solicitamos dos ventiladores y nos trajeron uno y no prendia. El wifi no funciono en ningun momento de nuestra estadia y no lo solucionaron. Buena y amplia cocina. Vstas muy bonitas dado que esta en la subida de un cerro. Pequeñas cosas a solucionar por parte del dueño y seria una muy buena experiencia.

The views from the apartment were amazing. There is some wear and tear and it shows that this is a rental. Nothing really stocked in the kitchen so make sure if you plan to cook you bring everything you need, even the basics. The lack of garbage disposal was also inconvenient. Do not plan on walking into Varenna, it's a steep elevation even with a car (if you are not an experienced standard driver, I'd very much suggest an automatic, switch backs are killer). A car is critical to stay here. The views are outstanding though.

The property had a wonderful, spectacular view. The access to a garage was nice and convenient. Loved all the space in the apartment. Did not like the drive up all the winding roads. Also did not like having the first garage. Parking in it was a hassle from the steep slope and narrow driveway.

War alles sauber und so wie beschrieben, man hatte immer einen Ansprechpartner am Telefon. Garage ist leider mit größerem Auto nicht nutzbar (VW Touran). Und wir hatten leider von Anfang an ein paar Ameisen in der Küche, die man aber mit sauber halten der Küche aushalten konnte.

The biggest advantage of the accommodation is its location. The panorama is stunning, the apartment is of good size and layout, the garage is convenient (let's say the parking requires some practice) the pool is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. The port (Varenna) can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

The most disappointing thing was the pool. It was left dirty and was not used or cleaned since last year. The water was brown/green and not usable.The contact didn’t return my call when I enquired about it. They sent me a part refund of €73 which was disappointing as we booked this property for the pool. View was absolutely stunning hence the rating. The property wasn’t very clean and appeared vacant since last year. Poor contact from host when I made a complaint that the pool was unusable. The view is amazing though. You will need a car to stay here and it is a 10 min drive up a hilly, winding road. Decent size apartment - plenty of good views from balconies and kitchen window.

Great view for sure but quite isolated. You need a car but not too big or it will not fit in the garage (small garage & narrow area in front of the garage). Smaller living room and terrasse than in images. Dark bedrooms and waredrobe full of cleaning equipments. Unclean kitchenware and ants in kitchen and living room. They are building on top of the road and a lot of trucks are passing on the road below the house. The pool is okay, it is over ground and quite old, but we were the only people using it during our visit so that was nice.

Hi, The view was amazing! The appartment is located quite far from the village, so you need to go with car. Pool was ok. Appartment was not cleaned before us, but I think it was just a mix up in the companys intetnal communication. View is the best part of the whole place!!!

Great place to stay with amazing views. We asked to drop our bags a bit earlier which they didn’t allow and then also checked us in a bit later, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that everything else was great. It was really nice of the host to leave us a nice complimentary box filled with essentials, sweets and even wine for the group! I would definitely recommend. One thing to note is that you definitely need a car as it is about a 10-15 min drive up the mountain.

super appartement parfait pour 4 à 6 personnes emplacement parfait vue magnifique. endroit tres calme. à recommander . vacances parfaites attention il y a pas mal de marches pour accéder soit à la piscine ou à la voiture.

The great location of the apartment allowed to enjoy the extraordinary views. I couldn’t look away from the window. The owner answers questions quickly and is always happy to help. Thank you for the wonderful service. It seems to me that it's very beautiful there for Christmas and New Year. My family and I are thinking about visiting these appartment on holidays.

Very picturesquely located facility. Silence. A comfortable kitchen (only wine glasses were missing), Garden set - great for charming breakfasts. Nice and large beds. Beautiful view of the lake. Private garage and swimming pool!! Great stay. Recommended for 5-6 people. Very good place to explore the whole lake Como.

September 2017 Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub und sind ganz begeistert von der Ferienwohnung, dem tollen Ausblick etc. Auch der Empfang mit Prosecco, Milch und Marmeladehörnchen war sehr liebevoll. Auch hat uns zu guter Letzt Perledo bzw Varenna viel besser gefallen als Belaggio und Menaggio, wo wir eigentlich zuerst eine Unterkunft gesucht haben. Also, per Zufall genau richtig gelandet und sehr schöne 5 Tage verbracht. Gerne empfehlen wir Sie weiter. Herzliche Grüße + ganz herzlichen Dank für den guten Tipp und die super Vermittlung. Excellent communication with the very understanding and flexible property manager.The location, views, outdoor sitting areas and pool great for us. We did find that the place could have used a few more tea towels, plus some kitchen cloths and also a deep clean of all those corners considering the rather steep and unusual 160 cleaning fee…Would we go there again? Knowing what to expect, yes!

heel mooi gelegen. wel vlak naast weg. veel trappen van en naar appartement. binnen alles aanwezig. bedden zijn aan vernieuwing toe. poetsen kan iets beter. instructies aankomst en vertrek komen zeer laat toe (via verhuur bureau). maar zeker de moeite om te boeken.

La casa estaba correcta, pero no habia aire acondicionado y solo habia un ventilador que funcionaba mal. Solicitamos dos ventiladores y nos trajeron uno y no prendia. El wifi no funciono en ningun momento de nuestra estadia y no lo solucionaron. Buena y amplia cocina. Vstas muy bonitas dado que esta en la subida de un cerro. Pequeñas cosas a solucionar por parte del dueño y seria una muy buena experiencia.

The views from the apartment were amazing. There is some wear and tear and it shows that this is a rental. Nothing really stocked in the kitchen so make sure if you plan to cook you bring everything you need, even the basics. The lack of garbage disposal was also inconvenient. Do not plan on walking into Varenna, it's a steep elevation even with a car (if you are not an experienced standard driver, I'd very much suggest an automatic, switch backs are killer). A car is critical to stay here. The views are outstanding though.

The property had a wonderful, spectacular view. The access to a garage was nice and convenient. Loved all the space in the apartment. Did not like the drive up all the winding roads. Also did not like having the first garage. Parking in it was a hassle from the steep slope and narrow driveway.

War alles sauber und so wie beschrieben, man hatte immer einen Ansprechpartner am Telefon. Garage ist leider mit größerem Auto nicht nutzbar (VW Touran). Und wir hatten leider von Anfang an ein paar Ameisen in der Küche, die man aber mit sauber halten der Küche aushalten konnte.

The biggest advantage of the accommodation is its location. The panorama is stunning, the apartment is of good size and layout, the garage is convenient (let's say the parking requires some practice) the pool is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. The port (Varenna) can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

The most disappointing thing was the pool. It was left dirty and was not used or cleaned since last year. The water was brown/green and not usable.The contact didn’t return my call when I enquired about it. They sent me a part refund of €73 which was disappointing as we booked this property for the pool. View was absolutely stunning hence the rating. The property wasn’t very clean and appeared vacant since last year. Poor contact from host when I made a complaint that the pool was unusable. The view is amazing though. You will need a car to stay here and it is a 10 min drive up a hilly, winding road. Decent size apartment - plenty of good views from balconies and kitchen window.

Great view for sure but quite isolated. You need a car but not too big or it will not fit in the garage (small garage & narrow area in front of the garage). Smaller living room and terrasse than in images. Dark bedrooms and waredrobe full of cleaning equipments. Unclean kitchenware and ants in kitchen and living room. They are building on top of the road and a lot of trucks are passing on the road below the house. The pool is okay, it is over ground and quite old, but we were the only people using it during our visit so that was nice.

Hi, The view was amazing! The appartment is located quite far from the village, so you need to go with car. Pool was ok. Appartment was not cleaned before us, but I think it was just a mix up in the companys intetnal communication. View is the best part of the whole place!!!
