Perched on a hillside, this holiday apartment is a vibrant and peaceful getaway for families with children as well as couples on a romantic vacation. Outside, the ground-floor apartment features a private garden, a shared pool with sun loungers and two bright terraces, where you can enjoy dining or lounging in open air against a captivating Lake Como background. Inside, the one-bedroom apartment features everything you will need for a pleasant, self-catered vacation. There is an open-plan living area with sofas and a flat-screen TV, and an equipped kitchen-diner with a microwave, oven, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher for carefree homemade meals. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The lake-view bedroom has direct terrace access, a double bed and 2 single-seater sofas. Extra: There is a double sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom Bathroom 1: The bathroom has a bath with hand shower, WC and bidet. Consumption for heating (EUR 4.50/mc) and a tourist tax of 1 EUR/Person/Day is to be paid on the spot. Please note that tourists below the age of 16 are exempt from paying tourist tax. Location From the holiday apartment, Lido di Colico, Lake Como, a tennis court as well as various amenities to facilitate a hassle-free stay are within 5-7 minutes’ driving distance. Piazza Garibaldi, located near the town centre, is a pleasant 20-minute walk away. Here, you can enjoy soccer fields, sailing and surfing schools. Sentiero Dei Forti, which is a hike around Colico and takes one to the military forts of Forte di Fuentes and Forte Montecchio with sweeping alpine views, is at an 8-minutes’ drive from here. Meanwhile, the Abbey of Piona is located at a 20-minutes drive away, where apart from extraordinary views of Lake Como, visitors can also taste exquisite liquors made by Piona monks! The closest international airports are Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa, about a 1.5 hour’s drive from the holiday rental.

Super nette Vermieter, die immer bemüht waren, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Der Pool war sauber und immer für eine Abkühlung gut. Zum See ca 2,5 km. Mit dem Fahrrad ist der Rückweg bergauf ein wenig anstrengend aber der tolle Blick auf den See von der Dachterasse belohnt die Anstrengungen.
