All’esterno, l’appartamento al piano terra dispone di un giardino privato, una piscina in comune con sedie a sdraio e due terrazze luminose, dove potrete cenare o rilassarvi all’aria aperta con l’affascinante Lago di Como sullo sfondo.
All’interno, l’appartamento con una camera da letto offre tutto il necessario per una piacevole vacanza in autonomia. È dotato di una zona giorno a pianta aperta con divani e TV a schermo piatto, oltre a una cucina-sala da pranzo attrezzata con microonde, forno, macchina per il caffè, frigorifero e lavastoviglie, per preparare pasti fatti in casa in tutta tranquillità.

Posizione
Dall’appartamento vacanze a Lido di Colico, sul Lago di Como, un campo da tennis e vari servizi per un soggiorno senza pensieri sono raggiungibili in 5-7 minuti di auto.
Piazza Garibaldi, situata vicino al centro del paese, è raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata di 20 minuti. Qui potrete trovare campi da calcio, scuole di vela e di surf. Il Sentiero dei Forti, un percorso escursionistico nei dintorni di Colico che conduce ai forti militari di Forte di Fuentes e Forte Montecchio, da cui si gode di una vista mozzafiato sulle Alpi, dista 8 minuti in auto da qui. L’Abbazia di Piona, invece, si trova a 20 minuti di auto: oltre a offrire una vista straordinaria sul Lago di Como, i visitatori possono anche degustare squisiti liquori prodotti dai monaci di Piona!
Gli aeroporti internazionali più vicini sono Milano Linate e Milano Malpensa, a circa un’ora e mezza di auto dalla casa vacanze.

Super nette Vermieter, die immer bemüht waren, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Der Pool war sauber und immer für eine Abkühlung gut. Zum See ca 2,5 km. Mit dem Fahrrad ist der Rückweg bergauf ein wenig anstrengend aber der tolle Blick auf den See von der Dachterasse belohnt die Anstrengungen.
