All'esterno, l'appartamento al piano terra dispone di un giardino privato, di una piscina in comune con lettini e di due luminose terrazze, dove potrete cenare o rilassarvi all'aria aperta sullo sfondo dell'incantevole Lago di Como. All'interno, l'appartamento con una camera da letto dispone di tutto il necessario per una piacevole vacanza in autonomia. C'è una zona giorno a pianta aperta con divani e TV a schermo piatto, e una cucina-sala da pranzo attrezzata con forno a microonde, forno, macchina per il caffè, frigorifero e lavastoviglie per preparare pasti casalinghi senza pensieri. Posizione Dall'appartamento per vacanze, il Lido di Colico, il Lago di Como, un campo da tennis e vari servizi per un soggiorno senza problemi sono raggiungibili in 5-7 minuti di auto. Piazza Garibaldi, situata vicino al centro del paese, è raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata di 20 minuti. Qui si trovano campi da calcio, scuole di vela e di surf. Il Sentiero Dei Forti, che è un'escursione intorno a Colico e porta ai forti militari di Forte di Fuentes e Forte Montecchio con ampie vedute alpine, si trova a 8 minuti di auto. A 20 minuti d'auto si trova invece l'Abbazia di Piona, dove oltre a godere di straordinarie viste sul Lago di Como, i visitatori possono anche degustare gli squisiti liquori prodotti dai monaci di Piona! Gli aeroporti internazionali più vicini sono Milano Linate e Milano Malpensa, a circa 1,5 ore di auto dalla casa vacanza.

Super nette Vermieter, die immer bemüht waren, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Der Pool war sauber und immer für eine Abkühlung gut. Zum See ca 2,5 km. Mit dem Fahrrad ist der Rückweg bergauf ein wenig anstrengend aber der tolle Blick auf den See von der Dachterasse belohnt die Anstrengungen.
