We spent two nights at Sonja’s place alongside a trip to Milan and we wish we could have stayed longer. The location was perfect and the views were fantastic. Facilities were great and two bathrooms were ideal for a family. Couple of supermarkets within walking distance although a bit of a hill on the way back but nothing we couldn’t handle with a teenager and 9 year old. We’ll definitely be back!

I loved the view and the location of the apartment, which includes parking and is also close to public transportation and the Lakefront, where you can walk the entire length of the property, surrounded by wonderful surroundings. Very comfortable and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

El Edificio en que se encuentra el Departamento tiene vistas escénicas de toda la bahía, lo que te permite descansar con vistas maravillosas. El Departamento es muy cómodo, tiene de todo lo necesario, hay un Bus que pasa a 1 cuadra, lo que facilita el transporte. Muy tranquilo el sector, se puede caminar al centro de Lugano fácilmente. La ciudad es preciosa, con miles de callecitas y lindas tiendas donde recorrer, muchos cafés y restaurantes, además de los Parques y la hermosa Costanera. Un lugar muy recomendable para descansar y disfrutar. Muy amables en la administración, facilitan las gestiones y coordinación.

Appartamento super consigliato! Bello, grande, spazioso e luminoso. Magnifica vista lago. Comodissimo per muoversi a piedi e raggiungere ogni posto in Lugano! Gentilissimo l’host. Torneremo sicuramente!

the lake view apartment is in a very well constructed, upscale and secure building. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and well organized. The view from the terrace to the lake is phenomenal particularly at night. The kitchen is modern but you do need to buy any condiments (cooking oil provided). Fans were provided for the hot weather which worked well. The garage is spacious with more than enough room for a SUV in the provided spot. The building is very quiet (I only saw 2 people in 3 days). One consideration is that an apartment building is being constructed just to the side across the street and during the day there is construction noise (but what are you doing there during the day?). After hours the area is very quiet (only small amount of traffic. The walk to the main promenade is only a few minutes. Picking up keys downtown is probably the most stressful part as the area is congested (double park and run in). All and all, a great value for the money.

Amazing views of Lake. Very spacious apartment with 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms. Easy to catch bus into town from nearby.

Schöne und grosse Wohnung, Sehr hell. Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Zwei Badezimmer, beide mit Dusche/Bad und beide mit WCs. Toll! Fernseher hat viele Kanäle, auch in anderen Sprachen.

The apartment is roomy and has a great view of the lake. It is conveniently located near the boardwalk, which makes it easy to stroll along the lake. The standing fans were appreciated given the heat of the summer, and we also made use of the kitchen for a family meal.Overall, we enjoyed our experience, but there were some things that need attention in the apartment, including lightbulbs that were burnt out in both bathrooms, a broken ironing board, and the lack of hand soap in the bathrooms. When I pointed these things out, we received a delivery of one travel-size soap & shampoo (we had a reservation for four people). Apartment access was also cumbersome as the key had to be picked up and dropped off at a location that was not near the apartment itself. For those traveling without a car, this could be a challenge.

It matched the photos perfectly, also it was supplied with everything we needed both the bathroom and the kitchen. The view was nice and we were able to reach the lake easily.

Condo great. Clean. Little coffee supplies. DO NOT stay here if you come on bus or train. Have to take bus to office and another bus to house or walk a mile with luggage. Was not told about this prior booking house. Could have had a lock box. Little to no personal attention.
