Stresa vanta numerosi edifici e ville in stile Belle Époque, ma le sue attrazioni principali sono le pittoresche Isole Borromee, famose per i loro palazzi sfarzosi e i giardini ben curati. Le isole sono raggiungibili con uno dei traghetti del porto (a 14 minuti di auto). Il bellissimo Parco Villa Pallavicino e due spiagge locali distano 15 minuti in auto e ci sono due ristoranti a 3 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento, uno dei quali funge anche da piccolo negozio durante la stagione estiva. Per gli appassionati di golf, il Golf Club Alpino di Stresa dista 10 minuti in auto e il Golf Des Iles Borromees 8 minuti. Anche il vicino monte Mottarone è una destinazione molto popolare che offre una vista panoramica sul lago; i visitatori possono raggiungere la vetta in funivia e dedicarsi all'escursionismo e allo sci. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Milano Malpensa (MXP), a circa 42 minuti di auto dalla struttura.

Appartement propre et bien équipé Vue et terrasse très agréables Aucune surprise Personnel réactif Pas de ventilateur c'est un système d'aération un peu bruyant mais qu'on peut éteindre si on aere les pièces. Attention pour arriver au logement et se garer route étroite. Nécessite de bien manœuvrer. Selon le véhicule peut être compliqué.

Die Terrasse mit dem tollen Seeblick. Küche gut ausgestattet, allerdings keine Grundausstattung von Salz, Zucker oder anderen Gewürzen. Dafür kleines Shampoo und Duschgel und Geschirrspülmittel. Die Kaffeemaschine ist eine Nespresso, man muss also Kapseln mitnehmen. Allerdings hatten wir um eine Mokkamaschine gebeten und diese wurde uns am nächsten Tag gebracht. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür.

La casa, si trova in una frazione di Stresa un po\' in alto, quindi per arrivarci c\'è da fare un stradina stretta ma comunque fattibile. La fatica viene subito ripagata da una meravigliosa vista sulle isole Borromee. L\' appartamento è ben arredato con una cucina super attrezzata: c\' è veramente tutto!!! Perfetto per chi ama stare nel silenzio ma a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro città. Host molto disponibili e soprattutto presenti in caso di problemi. Ho gradito moltissimo il kit cortesia della cucina, utile quando ci si ferma pochi giorni.

Die Wohnung ist an sich schön, schlicht-modern eingerichtet und der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See ist wirklich atemberaubend – definitiv das Highlight.Leider gab es aber mehrere gravierende Punkte, weshalb wir die Wohnung im aktuellen Zustand nicht weiterempfehlen können. Vor allem die Sauberkeit war enttäuschend: Staub- und Spinnenweben in vielen Ecken, eine verdreckte Kaffeemaschine, ungeputzte Schubladen, verschmutzte Küchenfronten, Asche vom Vorgänger im Grill und allgemein vieles, was lange nicht gründlich gereinigt wurde. Wir mussten zuerst selbst putzen, um uns halbwegs wohlzufühlen.Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein. Man kann sich kaum bewegen, sitzt auf der Toilette sehr beengt und der Einstieg in die Dusche ist sehr schmal. Das war auf den Online-Bildern so nicht erkennbar.Auch die Küchenausstattung ist teils stark abgenutzt: verkratztes Schneidebrett, fehlende brauchbare Käsereibe, unpraktische Plastikutensilien, fusselndes Geschirrtuch und Töpfe mit beschädigter Beschichtung. Viele Dinge könnte man günstig ersetzen.Dazu kommt, dass es keine Fliegengitter gibt, was bei Sommerhitze und vielen Mücken sehr störend ist. Das WLAN war schwach und unzuverlässig, Streaming kaum möglich. Außerdem löste der Gasmelder mehrfach extrem laut aus, sobald man Deo oder Reinigungsmittel sprüht.Fazit: Der Blick ist wunderschön, aber Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Komfort passen leider nicht zum Preis. Hier müsste deutlich mehr investiert und besser gereinigt werden.

Außerdem löste der Gasmelder mehrfach extrem laut aus, sobald man Deo oder Reinigungsmittel sprüht.Fazit: Der Blick ist wunderschön, aber Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Komfort passen leider nicht zum Preis. Hier müsste deutlich mehr investiert und besser gereinigt werden.
