Questo appartamento luminoso e arioso occupa il secondo piano di un edificio a due piani e si trova a un minuto a piedi dal lungolago. Situato alla fine di una terrazza, l'appartamento dispone di balconi su due lati e può ospitare comodamente quattro persone. All'interno, l'appartamento dispone di un ampio soggiorno a pianta aperta arredato con un comodo divano, una smart TV a schermo piatto, un tavolo da pranzo e una cucina completamente attrezzata con piano cottura, forno, lavastoviglie, Mokka per il caffè e frigorifero con congelatore. Quest'area gode di un fresco pavimento in cotto e conduce a un piccolo balcone che si affaccia sulla strada sottostante, il luogo perfetto per un caffè mattutino mentre si guarda il mondo passare. Meta della nobiltà europea nel XIX secolo, la città vanta numerosi edifici e ville in stile Belle Époque ben conservati. Le principali attrazioni della città sono l'Isola Bella, l'Isola Madre e l'Isola dei Pescatori, le Isole Borromee. Questo gruppo di isole pittoresche è raggiungibile tramite uno dei traghetti del porto (a 3 minuti a piedi) ed è noto per i suoi palazzi sfarzosi e i giardini ben curati. Anche il vicino monte Mottarone è una meta popolare che offre viste panoramiche sul lago; i visitatori possono salire in funivia fino alla cima e praticare escursioni e sci. L'area escursionistica della Passeggiata Lungo Lago dista 9 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento, mentre la spiaggia locale si trova a 6 minuti di cammino. Per gli amanti del golf, il Golf Club Alpino di Stresa si trova a 14 minuti d'auto, mentre per gli amanti della natura, le bellissime ville di Stresa, tra cui il Park Villa Pallavicino (a 2 minuti d'auto/12 minuti a piedi), sono vicine e facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Il supermercato più vicino si trova a 4 minuti a piedi e a pochi passi dall'appartamento si trovano varie boutique, bar, caffè e ristoranti. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Milano Malpensa (MXP), a circa 52 minuti di auto dall'alloggio.

This place was great. Located right in the center of Stresa, yet on a quiet street. Close to shops, restaurants and the lake, with everything on your doorstep. Free parking just 2 minutes away. Inside was big and spacious with two balconies, all spotlessly clean.

Die Lage ist herausragend. Bäckerei, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Parkplatz, Lago sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung an sich ist äußerst geräumig, wenn auch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, was aber überhaupt kein Mangel darstellt. Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, ...). 2 Bäder, eines mit Wanne und eines mit Dusche. Auch wenn das Duschbad nicht so gemütlich ist. 2 Große Schlafzimmer mit großzügigen Schränken. 2 Balkone und ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer. Alles wurde gut gereinigt vorgefunden. In der Wohnung hat der Vermieter diverse Hinweise hinterlegt. Bspw. Welche Müllbeutel für welchen Müll und wann welcher abgeholt wird, aber auch Hinweise zu der Wohnung und Check Out...Das Büro des Vermieters ist lediglich 100m entfernt. Zusätzlich bekommt man per WhattsApp Hilfe und Informationen, bei Bedarf. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Le logement est très bien situé dans le centre ville, très proche du lac et avec un parking gratuit à même pas 200 mètres. La prestation de ménage par contre ne vaut pas le prix facturé. Pour ce prix tout doit irréprochable ce qui n'était pas le cas. L'hôte a cherché une résolution au problème qui ne nous a pas satisfaite, dommage. Malgré cela nous recommandons cette location.

Die Lage des Appartments ist ideal, nah am Supermarkt, den Restaurants und Bars, aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Der Fähranleger ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar, also eine tolle Basis für Ausflüge. Das Appartment ist schön renoviert, hell und genauso, wie in den Bildern gezeigt. Aber auch nicht mehr. Wir fanden wir die Wohnung leider nicht gemütlich, was sehr schade ist, weil sie wirklich gut geschnitten ist. Die Möbel und Bilder wirken wie vom Dachboden oder sehr günstige IKEA-Stücke und passen nicht recht zusammen. Das große Bett (weder King- noch Queensize, sondern nur ein Doppelbett mit 1,40m Breite), federt so sehr, dass der Bettnachbar jede Bewegung mitbekommt. Das Sofa ist durchgesessen und das WLAN wirklich lausig. Der zusätzliche Esstisch im Wohnzimmer war für uns unnötig, lieber noch ein bequemen Sessel und ein Couch-Tisch zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen. Evita von Happy Rentals hat stets schnell und unkompliziert reagiert.

Great location in beautiful Stresa - you can walk to everything and the area is calm. Seems to be a good choice for a small group. There’s two bathrooms and space for dining both in the kitchen and the leaving room. So, my fairest recommendation would be: the flat is perfect if you need a central spacious place to crash. Not more than that. I travelled with my family (that’s including a two and a four year old), so if you’re somewhat like me, meaning you need more than what’s outlined above, namely cook more than VERY basic meals and a stable wi-fi connection, this probably isn’t it. The kitchen was equipped with the very bare minimum and the WiFi was super patchy - sometimes non-functional. Hosts were nice and communicated well.

Appartement très bien situé, à deux pas du débarcadère, immense, bien agencé (lave vaisselle, micro-ondes, lave linge, une salle de bain et une salle de douche,...), lumineux, nombreux rangements.

Die Lage des Appartments ist ideal, nah am Supermarkt, den Restaurants und Bars, aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Der Fähranleger ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar, also eine tolle Basis für Ausflüge. Das Appartment ist schön renoviert, hell und genauso, wie in den Bildern gezeigt. Aber auch nicht mehr. Wir fanden wir die Wohnung leider nicht gemütlich, was sehr schade ist, weil sie wirklich gut geschnitten ist. Die Möbel und Bilder wirken wie vom Dachboden oder sehr günstige IKEA-Stücke und passen nicht recht zusammen. Das große Bett (weder King- noch Queensize, sondern nur ein Doppelbett mit 1,40m Breite), federt so sehr, dass der Bettnachbar jede Bewegung mitbekommt. Das Sofa ist durchgesessen und das WLAN wirklich lausig. Der zusätzliche Esstisch im Wohnzimmer war für uns unnötig, lieber noch ein bequemen Sessel und ein Couch-Tisch zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen. Evita von Happy Rentals hat stets schnell und unkompliziert reagiert.

Great location in beautiful Stresa - you can walk to everything and the area is calm. Seems to be a good choice for a small group. There’s two bathrooms and space for dining both in the kitchen and the leaving room. So, my fairest recommendation would be: the flat is perfect if you need a central spacious place to crash. Not more than that. I travelled with my family (that’s including a two and a four year old), so if you’re somewhat like me, meaning you need more than what’s outlined above, namely cook more than VERY basic meals and a stable wi-fi connection, this probably isn’t it. The kitchen was equipped with the very bare minimum and the WiFi was super patchy - sometimes non-functional. Hosts were nice and communicated well.
