Situato al 6° piano di un moderno condominio (con ascensore), questo spazioso appartamento può ospitare comodamente 4 persone e gode di accesso condiviso a una piscina e una sauna privata. Godetevi la vita open space nell'elegante soggiorno, arredato con un divano a L, un elegante televisore satellitare a schermo piatto e un tavolo da pranzo. La cucina separata è dotata di piano cottura a induzione, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè e frigorifero con congelatore. All'esterno, gli ospiti possono gustare i pasti all'aperto sulla terrazza con vista sui tetti e sul mare. Le stradine acciottolate del centro storico medievale di Mentone sono raggiungibili in 10 minuti a piedi, dove i visitatori troveranno la basilica barocca di St Michel, il museo Jean Cocteau e il porto vecchio. Per i migliori prodotti locali, recatevi al mercato coperto, Le Marché des Halles, sul Quai de Monleon (a 5 minuti a piedi). Check in was poor. We never found out where the pool was, only the code which is not helpful if we did not know where the pool was located. It is in a different bldg. the video of the garage was unclear and we had to ask for the WiFi password. No description of which apartment was the right one. None of the apartments have numbers so the rental person had to describe how to identify the apartment. The apartment was excellent, well appointed and very comfortable. Great location

Lovely apartment in the centre of Menton. The sea was across the street and we were near the shops and the lovely old town too. Rail links to visit places along the coast only a 15 minute walk away. 2 large balconies with amazing views to the mountains and the sea. 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very clean and spacious lounge with huge internet tv. Kitchen very well equipped. Air conditioning. Excellent communication from the host. The swimming pool is in the apartments over the road but that was no problem. Plenty of sun beds by the pool and was never busy. The pool was a bit cold for swimming in! Would recommend the little sheltered bay at La Sablettes for swimming- Sandy underfoot rather than rocky. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again.

Das war Appartement war großzügig die Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Für uns war auch sehr wichtig, dass die Tiefgarage im selben Gebäude war. Um sich zurechtzufinden bekamen wir Videos. Leider hat das Video zum Tiefgaragenstellplatz gefehlt. Aber nach einem kurzen Telefonat konnten wir den Platz gut finden. Ganz außerordentlich toll war die Lage. Von beiden Balkonen aus konnten wir den Umzug des Zitronenfestes bewundern und auf einem der Balkone hatte man auch Meerblick. Die Einrichtung-vor allem die Couch im Wohnzimmer- war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Pool und Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt. Hierzu können wir nichts sagen.
