Situato al terzo piano di un edificio storico, questo elegante appartamento offre una sistemazione spaziosa per un massimo di 4 persone e si trova in posizione ideale nel cuore del caratteristico centro storico di Mentone. La pittoresca spiaggia di Plage des Sablettes, la Basilica barocca di St Michel e il Porto Vecchio della località sono tutti a circa 3 minuti a piedi dalla porta d'ingresso. All'interno, l'appartamento dispone di un ampio soggiorno arredato con un comodo divano a L e un tavolo da pranzo. Grandi finestre a vetri inondano le stanze di luce naturale. La moderna cucina si apre su un piccolo balcone ed è dotata di piano cottura, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè e frigorifero. Posti letto Camere da letto 1 e 2: Entrambe le camere da letto sono arredate con un letto matrimoniale e un armadio La seconda camera da letto dispone anche di una TV a schermo piatto Culla disponibile su richiesta (per evitare rischi di soffocamento non forniamo lenzuola o cuscini per la culla). Posizione La struttura si trova sulla Costa Azzurra, nel quartiere della Città Vecchia dell'incantevole località costiera di Mentone. Gli ospiti troveranno servizi come una panetteria, una farmacia e un supermercato a meno di 5 minuti a piedi. Per i migliori prodotti locali i visitatori possono recarsi al mercato coperto, Le Marché des Halles, su Quai de Monleon (a 4 minuti a piedi). Ogni giorno della settimana si possono trovare i migliori prodotti regionali, tra cui formaggi, pesce e salumi. La città è nota per il suo clima temperato, i giardini esotici e le bellissime spiagge. Ci sono tre spiagge a 5-10 minuti a piedi, tra cui la pittoresca Plage des Sablettes e l'Esplanade Francis Palmero Park, a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla porta d'ingresso. Altri 4 giardini sono raggiungibili in meno di 10 minuti di auto. La Basilica barocca di St Michel e il Porto Vecchio sono entrambi raggiungibili in 3 minuti a piedi. I visitatori possono anche visitare il Museo Jean Cocteau, che espone un'ampia collezione di opere dell'artista, mentre a febbraio l'esclusiva Fête du Citron celebra i rinomati agrumi di Mentone. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Nizza (NCE), a 35 minuti di auto dalla struttura.

This is a lovely apartment, really spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, so close to the sea and main sites. The apartment has loads of beach things you can use -parasols, chairs etc. There were a couple of problems with the place when we arrived but Filippo from the local office soon sorted them out.

Sehr schöne Wohnung an zentraler Lage mitten in der Fussgängerzone. Tolle Betten, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber. In der Nacht teilweise recht laut.

Très très bel appartement vraiment conforme à la description même mieux ! Meublé avec beaucoup de goût , rien ne manquait Tout est à proximité mer,parkings,commerce ,restaurants …. Literie super confortable tout était impeccable et le logement était vraiment très propre et super calme Excellente adresse pour un séjour à menton Je recommande ++++++++

Comfortable, spacious and well-maintained 2 bedroom apartment in a prime location. The apartment is on the top floor of an old town house (no lift as it is a historic old building) with great views and a small balcony. Swimming beaches are a few minutes walk away.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Menton. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, war sehr sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegen und zum Strand sind es nur ganz wenige Minuten zu laufen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ausreichend vorhanden und günstig, so dass man kein Auto benötigt. Einzig kleines Manko der Wohnung ist vielleicht, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Zumindest sollte man bei der Reiseplanung bedenken, dass es im August tagsüber sehr heiß wird und sich auch zur Nacht hin kaum abkühlt. Trotzdem hatten wir einen traumhaften Familienurlaub und können Emanuelas Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen! Danke für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!

This is a lovely apartment, really spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, so close to the sea and main sites.
