Mooi huis op een schitterende locatie. Het uitzicht is adembenemend. Je kunt heerlijk in de tuin vertoeven, er is altijd een plek met schaduw en bij regen kun je heerlijk beschut zitten. Vanaf de tuin kun je zo heerlijk het water in lopen. Een klein minpuntje is de uitrusting in de woning, zo ontbreekt het bv aan wijnglazen, bierglazen, bakjes, ovenschaal e.d. En het huis is gelegen aan een drukke doorgaande weg maar dit went snel.

Es war ein wahrer Glücksgriff. Es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war sehr sauber, hell und offen. Der innenbereich war sehr geräumig und der Außenbereich unglaublich gemütlich.

Très beau logement avec une vue magnifique ! Attention néanmoins pour les personnes sensibles au bruit, le logement pourrait être mieux isolé.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cima. The house was very well upkept and the private lake access was incredible. It took us quite some time to get used to not being able to jump in every morning any more when we came back home :)

August 2016 The house at the lake was a great choice for us (9 people). A lot of space. Direct Access to the lake was super! Its not a super luxury House but The house is kept well and was clean. If I had questions to the Owners i got help very quickly! I would recommend this House to others any time. Thank you for this lovely stay. Lalaskus, Switzerland

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am See mit privatem Seezugang. Nur die stark befahrene Strasse stört lärmtechnisch und fürs Sicherheitsgefühl zu Fuss.

We liked the view / the lake / capacity. But furniture / decoration very old fashioned not super comfortable. Also nothing in the kitchen (even salt). Quite noisy also with the road. But 'Lake Como Agency' was very responsive.

Sehr schönes Haus mit direkter lage am See. Ist verwohnt und könnte eine kleine Renovierung gebrauchen. Hat aber vier Spaß gemacht.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has a direct and privat access to the lake which is awesome if you want to go swimming anytime you want. The outdoor area is nice to relax and eat together as a group of many people. There are two parking spots next to the house and by car it takes about 5min to get to Porlezza and about 20min to get to Lugano. There are some nice restaurants and a bakery in Cima which you can reach easily in 5min by foot.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, das Seegrundstück mit dem Steg aufs Wasser super.. Mängel: es müssten dringend Renonovierungsarbeiten gemacht werden (Spülung am oberen WC, Wasserhahn am oberen Waschbecken, um nur 2 Dinge zu nennen). Leider ist die Strasse sehr laut die ganze Nacht, aber das wussten wir, da wir bereits zum 4. Mal dort waren für Familienfeste.

Alloggio molto bello con diretta entrata sul lago. Alloggio cosí come il giardino tenuti in ordine e molto puliti. A 5/10 min. a piedi è situata una panetteria, altrimenti in 5/10 min. di auto vi è il primo negozio alimentare. Unica nota negativa è la riva del lago intorno alla casa; sul „fondale“ sono situati dei rimasugli di (presumo) vasi di terracotta. Inoltre la pedana per l‘accesso al lago non è dotata di scala, il che rende difficile e direi un po‘ pericoloso la risalita su di essa. Per il resto, ottimo posto!👍

June 2016 Well we did indeed have a very happy holiday at Villa L’Approdo. Our main intention was to relax, swim and fish and this villa provided us with all of that + wonderful views and a good standard of comfort. We immediately appreciated the fact that gaining access to the water’s edge on the lakes is not so simple and therefore to have our own little beach was a true bonus. As some of our party was keen to fish, we were glad to be able to do that from our garden, as well as have barbecues,. The welcome basket of goodies was a particularly nice touch and our younger, hungry travellers set upon it immediately. Thank you. All communication with your team in the office was prompt, helpful, friendly and accurate. The village of Cima is charming and we used the local shop, bakery and a couple of the bars. There is a small one-roomed bar which apparently will not allow ladies in! Otherwise we shopped in Porlezza and were amazed at the number of supermarkets and other shops. The Tourist Information guy was helpful, we purchased fishing licences in the post office and were easily able to get hold of fishing bait. The walk in to Porlezza along the busy road does not have pavements for most of the way so it didn’t feel terribly safe. But in Porlezza we had the best ice cream imaginable in– Visconti Gelateria close to the lakefront and enjoyed great pizza in Pizza Pronto. On Saturday morning we strolled through the market and although the fresh foods were wonderful, it was an expensive experience compared to the supermarket shopping. Lovely, lovely people. Our best experience was hiring motor boats on Como for 2 hours and admiring the villas of the rich & famous, choosing the one we’d buy when we win the jackpot and jumping in the water for a refreshing swim. We visited Lugano but this certainly did not represent a highlight of the trip – it’s a pleasant enough Swiss city but without the Italian charm. Our holiday was very enjoyable and the villa is located in a scenic part of Italy. Unfortunately I am not in a position to think about buying a villa of my own but am certainly thinking about returning to the lakes for a future holiday. Thank you so much for making it all happen. We had an excellent holiday! The house was perfect for our two families, and the garden was great! We had no trouble finding the property, and the only negative issue we had was that the property was quit close to the road with quit heavy traffic. We contacted the office a couple of times (trouble with hot-water, dishwasher and swimming-facilities). Prompt response every time, and all solved to our satisfaction! La Taverna: Great service! Great pizza! We enjoyed take-away pizza several times during our stay, and we also had our final meal the last day at the restaurant. Jhonny's Marked: Everything we needed for breakfast (and some dinners)! Great meat, hams, salamis etc! :) Most of our main shopping were done at the supermarkeds in Porlezza. La Terrazza: Great service! Great food! Great view! Thank you for a great holiday!

The location by the lake is amazing, with direct access from the property. The covered outside area is where we spent most of our time and this was fantastic

Mooie locatie aan het meer met prachtig uitzicht! Echter binnen erg oud en gedateerde meubels, defecte koelkast boven, kapotte wc bril. Bedden oncomfortabel, wifi erg traag. Slaapbanken erg vies en vol spinnenwebben.

- - no towels upon arrival - no wifi - broken glasses on the beach, one of our kids cut their feet twice. When I called you, you checked the pictures, replied that the beach was public and you couldn't come clean. The beach is of the property, totally closed on each side and only accessible via the house gates. When I mentioned it, you said you would call back but never did. I suggest you pay closer attention to the properties you "manage" and actually manage them - the floors were disgusting and feet black after 2 mn of walking barefeet - bunk bed in the bottom floor is broken - one of the lounge chairs on the terrace is broken - noise in the house is outstanding, separating walls with the second house non efficient and the noise from the neighbours was ridiculously loud, making our nights complicated - right on high traffic road, dangerous for kids & have to stop traffic to be able to park & leave the parking spots - 2 bathrooms for 14 people facility is not a lot + - Location in the Italian villages is cute - pontoon and access to the lake, but the lake is unfit for swimming because highly contaminated - views and sunrise - nice welcome goodie box
