Situato a pochi passi dalle splendide rive del Lago di Como e dalla Spiaggia Amila, questo rifugio con 2 camere da letto e vista sulle montagne è ideale per piccoli gruppi di 4 persone in cerca di relax, riconnessione e divertimento in una posizione rilassata sul Lago di Como. All'esterno, il rifugio al secondo piano offre un ampio e vivace giardino e una terrazza privata con sala da pranzo all'aperto e barbecue da gustare nelle piacevoli serate estive. Anche all'interno, l'appartamento offre un perfetto relax grazie all'aria condizionata e al soggiorno con ampio spazio per l'intrattenimento, come il lettore DVD e la TV a schermo piatto. A disposizione degli ospiti c'è anche una cucina separata completamente attrezzata con un tavolo per la colazione e tutti i servizi essenziali come lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, tostapane e frigorifero. Dalla proprietà, i ristoranti sul lago, il Belvedere di Mezzegra (con splendide viste panoramiche) e il parcheggio sono raggiungibili in soli 5 minuti a piedi. Potrete anche passeggiare sul lungolago e raggiungere la famosa Villa Carlotta in circa 30 minuti; in auto, invece, è a soli 5 minuti. Dalla villa, il traghetto del Lago di Como (il principale porto passeggeri di Cadenabbia) per le città del Triangolo d'Oro, Menaggio, Bellagio e Varenna, è a soli 10 minuti a piedi. La sponda centro-occidentale offre inoltre un facile accesso in autobus/auto a Menaggio (a 13 minuti) e alle famose località turistiche di Varenna e Bellagio (tramite traghetto da Cadenabbia). Perfetto per le vacanze durante tutto l'anno, il rifugio è facilmente raggiungibile da Milano e dai suoi aeroporti (68 minuti di auto) e dalle località sciistiche delle Alpi italiane (a meno di 1,5 ore di auto).

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement. Au bord de l’eau, à proximité de toute commodité et avec un jardin au top, notre semaine en famille était parfaite. Un grand merci à nos hôtes qui étaient très sympathiques, au petit soin avec nous et nous ont donnés plein de très bons conseils pour nos visites, nos sorties … nous conseillons +++ la casa Caterina .

Sehr freundlich begrüßt worden man fühlte sich gleich wohl. Typisch italienische Wohnung ! Keine Probleme beim Check in oder sonst was. Haltestelle war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nur der Bus kam nicht immer (August ist wohl etwas voller in Italien). Sehr weiter zu empfehlen!

We did have a very nice vacation at the apartment. The pros: Excellent location int the town of Mezzegra which is very typical Italian with very few tourists. The garden is perfect for relaxing and dining. The price was fair. The bathroom is good, and clean. Kitchen OK. Cons: Beds are not very good. Coffee machine is not a machine - it's a very small, very low quality espressomaker - but works fine. Main problem: All the stuff you need on an everyday basis, i.e. cutlery, glasses, cups, and kitchen tools are of a very low quality. The only sharp kitchen knife is not sharp. I would recommend swapping all the really cheap (probably IKEA) things to higher quality. Thas also goes for the furniture outside. It works, but it's cheap and not very good. I also missed cushions for the outdoor furniture (sun bed + chairs). But again: You get what you pay for - and we had a fantastic holiday :-)

God lokation lige ved vandet. Hyggeligt havnemiljø. God terrasse. Badeværelset var fint og rent. Opvaskemaskinen var meget fin og nem at bruge. God lille have med parasol og både sol og skygge. Søde naboer. Meget autentisk. Virkelig hyggelige omgivelser.
