Tranquillo ,lontano dai rumori stradali . Raggiungibile a piedi senza difficoltà il lago ,varie ristoranti in torno. Anche la stazione ferroviaria non è tanto lontano . L’appartamento pulito e ordinato.

La situation du logement est top, proche des commerces, des restaurants et du port. Parking gratuit à proximité. Pour l'appartement , quelques réserves, 50 marches d'escalier (3 étage), l’équipement de la cuisine est minimaliste (pas de passoire, ni de bols), il faut débrancher le frigo pour mettre en marche le micro-ondes. Salle de bains, propreté un peu douteuse. Nuits très calmes certains soirs, mais une sur deux avec un bar à bière juste en bas qui fait du bruit jusqu'à 1H du matin. La région est magnifique.

The apartment is very comfortable and well located in easy walking distance of the ferries, restaurants, shops etc. It was clean and tidy but was very hot at the top of the building. The fan provided in the bedroom was not adequate for the high temperatures.

L’emplacement est très pratique et il est facile de se garer gratuitement aux alentours (avril). L’appartement est modeste mais a une belle vue sur les montagnes. Le lit deux places de la chambre est en fait 2 petits lits, très confortable. Le canapé lit du salon en revanche ne l’est pas. Malheureusement le ballon d’eau chaude n’est pas suffisamment performant pour deux personnes , il y a des coupures d’eaux aussi, il faut attendre plusieurs minutes pour que cela cesse spontanément. Globalement le séjour était agréable malgré ces petits désagréments

The appartment is near the center, almost in the center, and 2 minutes to the lake shore : amazing location ! At the same time, there is a birreria (beer bar) right next to the building. The terrace of this birreria can be annoying if you need to sleep with the windows open (noise from 9-10 pm to 12pm-2am). It’s okay but it would be fair to mention this in the description. There is a mention that there is a kitchenette in the description and a kitchen in the key words but there is only one cookingplate and no oven. A little bit short for a kitchenette. And mostly the kitchen was not appropriate for a one week stay (lack of kitchen tools). Few things were not clean in the kitchen. Except those things the place is nice ! One last thing, it was weird for us that we didnt even see Francesca and before the checking we undestood that this flat is not rented by a private person but by a company (Happy Rentals). We would like that the company name is mentionned in the users name.

We had a lovely stay in beautiful Stresa. The flat was really well located, walkable, and with stunning views from all windows in the flat. Sometimes communication with the host was a little difficult, as there were multiple methods of communication. It would have been great if we'd been provided with some more kitchen basics such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper and oil. There was not enough toilet paper or washing up liquid for two people for a week, and unfortunately some of the plates were moudly when we arrived. Happy Rentals were responsive and helpful when we reached out to raise an issue with the shower. Overall, we had a great time in Stresa.
