A soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, nel centro di Camogli, questo moderno appartamento per 5 persone è la base perfetta per una divertente vacanza al mare. Si trova al terzo piano (con ascensore) di un elegante edificio moderno. Camogli è una città turistica perfetta, costruita intorno a un antico villaggio di pescatori. Incastonata tra le colline liguri e il Golfo Paradiso, la città è il luogo perfetto per una vacanza varia e rilassante. L'arioso appartamento gode della brezza marina, poiché si trova all'angolo dell'edificio e ha finestre su due lati. L'ampio soggiorno/sala da pranzo è elegantemente arredato con divano, poltrona e TV a schermo piatto. Le porte-finestre si aprono sul balcone privato con una splendida vista sul Mar Ligure. Il balcone, parzialmente ombreggiato, è dotato di sedie e tavolo per rilassarsi con una tazza di caffè o un aperitivo al tramonto. Tornando all'interno, la sala da pranzo si trova all'altra estremità del soggiorno. Dispone di un tavolo da pranzo con sedie e di una credenza. La cucina separata è stata arredata di recente con mobili moderni. È dotata di piano cottura, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè e frigorifero/congelatore. C'è anche un tavolo da cucina con sedie per spuntini veloci. Posti letto Camera da letto 1: La luminosa camera da letto principale dispone di un letto matrimoniale e di un armadio. Camera da letto 2: La spaziosa seconda camera da letto è arredata con 2 letti singoli, cassetti e un armadio. Extra: Il divano del soggiorno si trasforma in un comodo letto singolo. Bagno Il nuovo bagno è dotato di una grande doccia in vetro, lavabo, bidet, lavatrice e WC. Accessori - Wifi gratuito - Balcone - Riscaldamento centrale - Ventilatore - TV a schermo piatto - Lavatrice - Asciugacapelli - Adatto ai bambini - È permesso fumare - Parcheggio pubblico a pagamento - L'auto non è necessaria Posizione Camogli è una località più tranquilla rispetto ai suoi vicini più famosi, Portofino o i paesi delle Cinque Terre, ma c'è molto da godere qui. Il suo colorato lungomare ospita molti ottimi ristoranti e bar. Per chi ama il self-catering, il mercato settimanale di Camogli (mercoledì mattina) è il posto migliore per acquistare i prodotti locali più freschi e si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. La spiaggia della città è libera e popolare tra le famiglie. Lontano dalla costa, ci sono alcuni spettacolari percorsi di trekking nelle vicinanze, sul promontorio tra Camogli e Portofino. Portofino è raggiungibile a piedi in 3 ore. In alternativa, l'Abbazia di San Fruttoso (2 ore di cammino) è una bella gita di un giorno. L'abbazia è raggiungibile solo in barca o a piedi. I visitatori possono immergersi nell'atmosfera di questo luogo tranquillo. In acqua c'è molto da fare. I visitatori possono noleggiare una barca nel vecchio porto (13 minuti a piedi) o un kayak ed esplorare questa splendida costa. L'aeroporto internazionale di Genova si trova a soli 40 minuti di auto dall'appartamento.

Tout était parfait. On se sent tres bien dans ce logement. Bon emplacement au sein de Camogli (tout a pied) et pour visiter la région. Jolie vue su balcon. Parking facile au pied de l'immeuble. Appartement spacieux, propre moderne, bien équipé. Qqs condiments sucre etc dans la cuisine, essuie tout, liquide vaisselle, éponge...très appreciable ! Lave vaisselle, lave linge. Literie confortable. Ascenseur. Bonne communication avec l'agence, arrivee facile, hraires souples à l'arrivée et au départ. Rien a dire. Merci pour le séjour vraiment parfait !!

Great little apartment in a great location. loved that it was close to the train station, so we didn't have to walk far without bags. it was also a short walk down to the waterfront which was great!

Zentrale Lage in einem sehr schönen Ort. Leider war die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach gehalten … die Betten waren bequem. Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage. Durch die Zentrale Lage ist viel und lauter Verkehr incl. dem nahe gelegenen Bahnhof zu hören. Preis/Leistung stimmt leider nicht !
