Godetevi "la dolce vita" in questo appartamento confortevole e luminoso al terzo piano di una residenza contemporanea. È la base ideale per famiglie o amici che amano le escursioni e vogliono esplorare questo bellissimo angolo d'Italia. La zona giorno a pianta aperta è dotata di doppie porte in vetro che danno su un balcone privato con vista panoramica sul lago. Sono presenti un tavolo e delle sedie per consentire agli ospiti di gustare una tazza di caffè o un bicchiere di vino ammirando l'ambiente circostante. All'interno, il soggiorno è elegantemente arredato con un divano, una TV a schermo piatto, una sala da pranzo e una cucina a pianta aperta. C'è un mercato settimanale (giovedì mattina) per i prodotti freschi locali. Il Lungolago Lesa è una splendida passeggiata a qualsiasi ora del giorno. I visitatori possono anche noleggiare barche e godersi le spiagge. Particolarmente apprezzata è la Spiaggia dell'Erno (11 minuti). Stresa (13 minuti) è un'incantevole città turistica proprio sul lago. È nota per le sue ville e i suoi palazzi in stile art déco. Trascorrete la giornata esplorando le Isole Borromee con una gita in barca hop-on-hop-off o visitate il mercato del venerdì mattina per acquistare i migliori ingredienti locali da cucinare a casa. Per gli ospiti più sportivi, il campo da golf Iles des Borromées è a soli 11 minuti di distanza. Altrimenti, ci sono molte belle escursioni attraverso le foreste e i prati nelle vicinanze. L'aeroporto internazionale di Milano Malpensa si trova a 55 minuti di auto.

We loved the stunning lake view apartment. The place was very clean and it’s well taken care of. To get to and from this place, you’ll need a car. One of the two bedrooms didn’t have an AC which we didn’t need since we stayed in September but could be needed in other months of the year. I definitely recommend this place

Appartement joliment décoré bien situé pour visiter le lac majeur en voiture Magnifique vue Climatisation dans le salon et dans une seule chambre Bonne literie Les photos correspondent bien à l’appartement L’agence immobilière a été très réactive : à notre arrivée nous avons eu un problème qui a été résolu dès le lendemain Le seul petit point négatif est l’insonorisation de l’appartement mais compte tenu de la vue magnifique et de l’emplacement cela ne nous a pas beaucoup gêné. Endroit calme. Bonne communication avec l’agence par message.

Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe fern vom Touristen-Trubel ist und sich nicht scheut, durch etwas abenteuerlich wirkende Sträßchen bergauf und bergab zu fahren, ist in dieser Wohnung genau richtig. Wir haben relativ spontan (3 Tage vor Reisebeginn) diese Wohnung gebucht und es hat alles prima geklappt. Dank Navi und einer guten Beschreibung für den Zugang zur Wohnung (Schlüssel ist versteckt hinterlegt und man ist dadurch nicht auf jemanden angewiesen, was wir prima fanden), haben wir die Wohnung gut gefunden. Die Wohnung selbst ist groß, hell, sehr sauber und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, was man für ein paar ruhige Tage benötigt. Der Blick über den See ist großartig und so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Der Kontakt zu happy rentals - und hier insbesondere zu Evita Tosi - war unkompliziert und lief über WhatsApp. Danke dafür.

Francesca’s place is magnificent! The flat is spacious and all is new inside, as described, . The view is stunning and the surroundings are beyond peaceful! You can hear the birds sing and the water from small waterfalls running. A walk in the near woods in the morning was beyond my expectations! The house is located in a quiet area with extraordinary views of Lago Maggiore! 10/10🫶 You definitely need to have a car to travel around the area, as the place is high on a hill. We spent an amazing week in Francesca’s house and we will definitely be back again! The team of Francesca was super responsive to all our questions and queries. We had a late check in as our flight was a bit late but this was no problem for Evita to answer my calls and return with propositions for food arrangements and local restaurants so we can have dinner. Super thankful for everything ! Also an Italian sparkling wine was offered to us on our arrival! Thank you Francesca and Team❤️ We will surely be back!

Bel appartement, fonctionnel La vue sur le lac est magnifique, correspond à la description Cependant à notre arrivée, nous remarquons un nid de frelons dans le coffre/volet de l’appartement, nous prévenons immédiatement la propriétaire qui nous renvoie vers l’équipe locale qui nous fait part qu’une équipe maintenance interviendra au plus vite sauf que nous n’avons vu personne et bien évidemment nous n’avons pas pu ouvrir les fenêtres et profiter de la terrasse, inadmissible !!!

Нам очень понравилось следующее: 1.Квартира светлая 2. Прекрасный вид на озеро 3. Спокойный район 4. Удобные кровати 5. Наличие необходимого 6. Наличие парковочного места 7. Всё работает прекрасно, кроме интернета и телевизора. Хотелось бы иметь возможность выставить больше фото, не только негативных.
