Posizione
Gli ospiti si trovano a 3-4 minuti in auto dalla stazione ferroviaria di Stresa, dal suo centro congressi, dalla location per matrimoni Villa Muggia e dal vivace centro lacustre di Stresa, con le sue imbarcazioni turistiche pronte a condurvi alle Isole Borromee. Con una passeggiata di 10-20 minuti potrete raggiungere l’inizio del sentiero escursionistico dei Castagni e la splendida Villa Pallavicino, oltre a numerosi ristoranti e un supermercato.
Il pittoresco percorso sul lungolago, noto come “Passeggiata Lungo Lago”, offre inoltre un luogo perfetto per godersi una passeggiata senza tempo, un gelato o un aperitivo al tramonto. La funivia Mottarone-Alpino di Stresa offre inoltre un divertente viaggio panoramico in tre tappe fino al Mottarone, per visitare l’esclusivo giardino alpino, Alpyland, i percorsi per mountain bike e lo Snowpark del Mottarone. Il lido pubblico più vicino all’appartamento si trova a Baveno (a 10 minuti di auto), dove sono facilmente disponibili sport acquatici e il noleggio di ombrelloni, sedie a sdraio e lettini. Stresa offre inoltre frequenti collegamenti in traghetto sul Lago Maggiore, il modo perfetto per esplorare le principali attrazioni turistiche e le gemme nascoste del Lago Maggiore.
Anche il Lago di Varese, il Lago di Monate e il Lago di Lugano sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto, così come il centro di Milano (raggiungibile in treno in 50 minuti). L’aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Milano Malpensa, a circa un’ora di auto da questa casa vacanze a Stresa.

Nachdem die Bewertung uns hier auf Airbnb etwas abgeschreckt hatte, haben wir auf anderen Plattformen nachgeschaut und die Bewertungen waren Top, dem kann ich nur zustimmen. Die Aussicht war einzigartig. Man ist zu Fuß schnell in der innenstadt mit leckeren Restaurants (Taverna del Papagallo zu empfehlen). Das Haus war wirklich toll Riesen Garten, Küche gut ausgestattet. Kommunikation war top. Auch die Fliegengitter waren Dankbar. 3 Kleinigkeiten habe ich anzumerken: Der Weg zum Haus könnte mit einem größeren Geländewagen knapp werden (Wir hatten einen Vw Taigo und das war schon eng), Bettbezug waren zu 100% aus Polyester dementsprechend wurde es Nachts sehr warm, und die Anweisungen für den Schlüssel waren nicht ganz klar, das Problem konnte Danke Lorena schnell gelöst werden. Wie gesagt hierbei handelt es sich nur um Kleinigkeiten. Wir alle waren sehr überzeugt, unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen.

Les plus de la location : la vue sur le lac depuis la terrasse est magnifique, nous avons apprécié manger sur la terrasse avec le coucher de soleil. Le lieu est très calme. L'étage qui contient la salle à manger, la chambre, la cuisine et la salle de bain a été rénové avec goût et est très agréable. Les (gros) moins de la location : la résidence est difficile à trouver la première fois avec les instructions de l'agence qui ne sont pas claires. Il faut revoir tout le document d’accueil. La voie pour accéder à la résidence est très étroite (les larges voitures ne passent pas) et les pavés n'ont pas été refaits. Enfin, l'étage du grenier de la maison est étouffant (n'est pas pour les personnes de grande taille) et le lit double est très inconfortable et doit être changé.

Die Wohnung besticht besonders durch ihre fantastische Lage. Der Blick auf den See und die umliegenden Berge ist fantastisch. Auch ist man in wenigen Minuten in Stresa. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, es fehlt an nichts. Evita von Happy Rentals war sehr freundlich, der Umgang reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Parksituation war anfangs für uns nicht deutlich, was sich dann aber klären ließ. Alles in allem schön!

Hallo Francesca Tolles Haus - aber wir durften für diesen Preis nur ca. 30% des Mobiliars benutzen, alles andere war gesperrt. Wären wir wie geplant, 5 Personen gewesen, hätten wir erhebliche Platzprobleme bekommen. Die Küche war gut ausgerüstet nur die ausgeschrieben Mikrowelle war leider nicht vorhanden. Die Besteckschublade war sehr unsauber und unordentlich und in der Maschine befand sich übelriechendes ungewaschenes Geschirr (Keine Geschirrmaschinen-Tabs, kein Toilettenpapier und kein Haushaltpapier und nur ein Geschirrtuch (Handtuch oder Geschirrtuch?)- ist wohl euer Konzept?". Die beschriebenen 2 Min. zur Seepromenade stimmen auch nicht, es sei denn, man ist ein Spitzensportler! Es gab kein Handtuch im Badezimmer. Ganz wichtig: Die sehr schmale Strasse bis zum elektr. Haupttor bitte besser ausschreiben. Dennoch haben wir uns als unkomplizierte Gäste wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank Nick Calvetti
