Situata al primo piano e dotata di 2 comode camere da letto, la villa può ospitare perfettamente fino a 4 persone. Entrando, una zona giorno a pianta aperta vi accoglie con una Smart TV, un accogliente divano e un tavolo da pranzo, creando uno spazio caldo e invitante per il relax. La zona giorno confluisce perfettamente in una cucina moderna e ben attrezzata, dotata di piano cottura, macchina per il caffè, bollitore elettrico, lavastoviglie, forno, frigorifero/congelatore e tostapane. Con sedie da bar aggiuntive per pranzi e cene informali, la cucina è stata progettata per garantire funzionalità e stile, rendendo Villa Na´ Lu´ una casa ideale in riva al mare. La sala da pranzo interna è perfettamente disposta lungo la cucina. Dalla zona pranzo si apre una porta sulla terrazza, dove gli ospiti possono gustare i loro pasti con una splendida vista sul mare. Dormire Camera da letto 1: Questa confortevole camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, una TV e un armadio. Camera da letto 2: luminosa camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e armadio. Bagno Bagno 1: Questo bagno è dotato di doccia, bidet e WC. Bagno 2: un bagno moderno dotato di doccia, bidet e WC - questo bagno si trova all'esterno dell'appartamento, al piano terra, nella lavanderia. Per chi preferisce guidare velocemente, un'altra bellissima area escursionistica è a soli 5 minuti di auto. Negozi di alimentari, ristoranti e bar si trovano nel raggio di 5-7 minuti di auto, per garantire la comodità degli ospiti. Nel raggio di 10 minuti d'auto sono presenti punti panoramici con viste pittoresche ed esperienze memorabili. L'aeroporto di Brindisi è a soli 35 minuti di distanza e garantisce un accesso agevole e facile a questa deliziosa destinazione.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was super clean, new, and well taken care of. The terrace is big and great for chilling out. It’s really close to a beautiful, quiet beach with an easy entrance to the sea — perfect for swimming. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the host was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
