All'interno, la spaziosa casa vacanze offre due piani di stile modernista completati da viste sul lago e dotati di tutti i comfort indispensabili. Un luminoso e spazioso soggiorno e zona pranzo a pianta aperta crea la scena per il relax e l'intrattenimento con vista sul lago. Arredata con un'accogliente area salotto, una cucina contemporanea completamente attrezzata e un'elegante zona pranzo con vista sul lago, gli ospiti possono facilmente abbracciare la libertà di un soggiorno senza stress in self-catering. L'accesso laterale al soleggiato giardino privato offre un'ottima scusa per trascorrere la giornata con un buon libro sulle sedie a sdraio o con un bicchiere di vino ghiacciato e una cena al tramonto, sulla terrazza con vista lago. Il primo piano del duplex è raggiungibile tramite una rampa di scale aperte e offre una sistemazione altrettanto elegante e accogliente. Le coppie possono facilmente riposare nel letto matrimoniale della camera da letto principale con vista sul lago, mentre i bambini possono rilassarsi nella seconda camera da letto, arredata con un moderno letto a due piazze. Due moderni bagni con doccia accompagnano in modo adeguatamente chic le spaziose sistemazioni per la notte. *Si prega di notare che il segnale WiFi può essere debole a causa della posizione collinare*. All'esterno si trova un parcheggio all'aperto e una favolosa piscina con vista sul lago, condivisa da altri 19 appartamenti del residence. All'esterno gli ospiti possono usufruire della piscina in comune. Il vicino lungolago di Bellano offre una serie di servizi moderni come negozi, caffè, ristoranti e bar. Il frequente servizio ferroviario è ideale per chi desidera esplorare Lecco e Milano, mentre il servizio di traghetti per auto e passeggeri di Varenna è facilmente raggiungibile a soli 5 minuti di auto. Oltre alle opportunità di praticare sport acquatici a Bellano, gli ospiti possono facilmente dedicarsi all'arrampicata sugli alberi al Jungle Raider Park o a un pomeriggio di visite turistiche a Villa Monastero e al Castello di Vezio, prima di un'autentica cena fuori nella graziosa Varenna! Bellano is a cute Italian village, by train and boat you van discover the lake. The house is just beautiful! And so is the swimming pool. The last 100 meters of the road is very steep, with stressed me because of our old car.

August 2018 Nous avons adoré nos vacances à Bellano. Le logement était juste super, moderne, climatisé et fonctionnel. La vue juste magnifique sur le lac de Côme, et la piscine fort agréable également. Le site était vraiment très calme. Nous avons pu faire appel au contact du site pour avoir une serviette qui était manquante très rapidement .. Les enfants (adoslecents) ont apprécié également et ont pu sympathises dans la piscine avec d’autres adoslecents étrangers..pour des parties de ballons dans la piscine.. Nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouvé à l’arrivée malgré les explications car nous n’avons pas osé monter la cote ..finalement nous avons trouvé grâce aux photos ! Merci Seul bémol, les personnes qui se garent en haut du parvis de manière permanente, et empêchent les voitures de pouvoir déposer les personnes ne pouvant pas monter la côte abrupte et empêchant de pouvoir faire demi tour correctement pour rejoindre le parking... Cote découverte nous avons apprécié la ville de Varenne et Bellagio..et notre balade sur le lac en bateau électrique, notre restaurant à lecco. Nous étions 5 (2 adultes et 3 ados) dans cette location à Bellano, avec vue sur le lac de Como juste magnifique. L’ensemble du logement est climatisé ce qui est appréciable par grosses chaleur. Nous y avons trouvé toutes les commôdites nécessaires (machine à laver la vaisselle. machine à laver le linge, télévision...parking). Le logement est moderne et relativement récent. Il y’a également une petite terrasse extérieure ,abritée par les feuillages.. Nous avons apprécié la vue et la piscine partagée avec les autres locataires de la résidence. À noter que la résidence est située en hauteur, donc il y à une côte à monter et des escaliers également. Il y a de plus du personnel sur place en cas de besoin Bref nous avons adorés. Nous recommandons cette adresse..

August 2017 This was a lovely modern property, very clean when we arrived and very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning very welcome in the bedrooms! Stunning views, and the children loved the pool. You would need a car really as the town is a short drive away, but down steep twisty roads. We would highly recommend this property as a great holiday rental. The management agency were very helpful and answered our questions promptly. The area is lovely, although there were only a few places to actually access the lake directly. It was easy to drive around the lake, and the train station in Bellano is good for day trips to Milan and Lecco. We hope you find the review useful. Stuart, UK

Le logement est confortable, la vue magnifique, la piscine splendide. Attention, si vous êtes sensibles à la lumière, pas d'occultation efficace dans les chambre. Bien imprimer les instructions d'arrivée car sur place, le pdf de 30mo était, pour nous, impossible à re-telecharger sur un téléphone. Pour le parking, il doit y avoir une place de réservée, mais les instructions sont incompréhensible. Certains prennent le dépose minute pour un stationnement permanent, ce qui est très gênant pour ceux qui respectent les règles.
