Posizione Situato nella località di Castagnola, l'appartamento offre un ottimo accesso a Lugano e a tutto ciò che la città ha da offrire. Vicino alla base del Monte Brè, gli ospiti potranno godersi un giro in funicolare da Cassarate (5 minuti) fino alla cima della montagna. Il terminal dei traghetti a Cassarate (3 minuti) consente di esplorare il lago in barca. Nel frattempo, la riva del lago e il Parco San Michele distano meno di 10 minuti a piedi da qui. Nel centro di Lugano (a circa 5 minuti in auto), c'è molto da vedere, tra cui il MASI, il Museo d'arte della Svizzera italiana, oltre a molti ottimi ristoranti e caffè nella storica Piazza della Riforma, dove potrete gustare il meglio della cucina italiana e svizzera. Per chi preferisce cucinare, il mercato contadino di Lugano (martedì e venerdì) in Via Carducci (7 minuti) è il posto giusto dove trovare i migliori ingredienti locali. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino si trova in Italia: Milano Malpensa, a 1 ora e 15 minuti in auto.

Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und genau wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die moderne und gepflegte Einrichtung – alles ist in ausgezeichnetem Zustand, ohne Abnutzungserscheinungen. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit gut erreichbar, sogar über Ostern, und immer freundlich sowie informativ. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann Happy Rentals uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Lage für einen Besuch in Lugano ist gut; nach einem kurzen Fußweg und anschließend mit dem Bus Nr. 2 ist das Centre mit Beachtung der Abfahrtzeiten in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Noch schneller ist man am Einstieg für die Bahn zum Monte Bre. Die Unterkunft bietet einen privaten Parkplatz für 8 Franken/Tag an - direkt am Eingang des Hauses. Die Wohnung selbst hat ein nett eingerichtetes Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Das Bad ist funktional (der Abzug folgt allerdings keiner Logik). Der Balkon ist für zwei Personen geeignet, der Blick ist - wie auf den Inseratfotos dargestellt - in die Wohnungen des Nachbarhauses. Schwachstelle der Wohnung ist die Küche. Hier ist dringend eine Renovierung erforderlich. Dies betrifft vor allem den Herd und die müffelnden Schränke. Für das teure Lugano ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen.

Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt in Lugano war das Apartment für uns perfekt. Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was wir brauchten und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Es hatte genügend frische Bettwäsche und Tücher für alle. Wir waren zufrieden - das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passte für uns. Ein paar Meter die Strasse runter befindet sich die Bushaltestelle, von wo aus man in max. 10 min in Lugano Zentrum ankommt.

Apartment looks exactly like the pictures, wish it had been on the lake view side but all good. Communication with the host was also great and timely, including on Good Friday which was a public holiday. Only disappointing thing was that the apartment was set up for only 2 persons arrival, while we had listed that we will be coming with our child. So all the towels, soap etc. were only set up for 2 people, not 3. Also from previous experience, when we listed we are coming with a child (under 3), the previous airbnbs provided a baby bed. Guess this doesn't apply to all listings but good to know for future.
