A solo 1 minuto dalla spiaggia, il Lovely Flat Monterosso è un arioso appartamento al 1° piano per 4 persone. Questo appartamento contemporaneo, con vista sul mare, si trova nel cuore di Monterosso, nelle Cinque Terre. L'ingresso avviene attraverso un'incantevole serie di gradini che attraversano un bosco ombreggiato. È ideale per tutte le età, sia per una vacanza al mare che per esplorare i sentieri panoramici lungo la costa. L'appartamento d'angolo è pieno di luce. Il soggiorno soleggiato è dotato di divano, TV a schermo piatto, camino e tavolo da pranzo in vetro per 4 persone. Le porte-finestre si aprono sul balcone privato, con vista sulla spiaggia. Gli ospiti possono rilassarsi qui con un bicchiere di vino e godersi la brezza marina. La cucina separata e moderna è ben attrezzata con un grande piano cottura, un forno, una macchina per il caffè Moka, una lavatrice e un frigorifero/congelatore. In cucina c'è anche un bar per la colazione per spuntini veloci. Posti letto Camera da letto 1: La camera da letto principale è dotata di un elegante letto matrimoniale con ampio spazio per riporre gli oggetti. Camera da letto 2: La seconda camera da letto è arredata con 2 letti singoli e dispone di porte-finestre che si aprono su un piccolo balcone. I visitatori più avventurosi possono noleggiare un kayak ed esplorare la costa nelle vicinanze. La città è nota per l'annuale Festa del Limone, che si svolge il terzo sabato di maggio. Le case sono splendidamente decorate e i visitatori possono assaggiare tutti i tipi di cibi e bevande a base di limone. Lontano dalla spiaggia, i visitatori potranno fare spettacolari escursioni lungo il Sentiero Azzuro, che collega tutti e 5 i paesi delle Cinque Terre. Esiste anche un servizio regolare di traghetti lungo la costa e un servizio ferroviario. La stazione ferroviaria di Monterosso dista solo 3 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Per il self-catering c'è un mercato agricolo settimanale (giovedì mattina) dove si possono trovare i migliori prodotti locali. Per la spesa quotidiana, c'è un supermercato in paese. Tuttavia, i visitatori troveranno nelle vicinanze molti ottimi ristoranti e caffè per tutte le tasche. L'aeroporto internazionale di Pisa dista 1 ora e 40 minuti e l'aeroporto internazionale di Genova 1 ora e 45 minuti di auto dall'appartamento.

This apartment is fantastic. We LOVED the balcony and spent all our time out there - looking at the beach, listening to the birds and watching the trains go by below. Despite the train being close by, we had no issues with noise. There are many (!!) stairs to access this apartment from the street level, but this wasn't a problem for our group, just something to be aware of. The apartment was clean, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and a decent kitchen. We didn't cook so not sure how well stocked it was. The location so close to the train station and beach was a huge asset for our stay in the Cinque Terre. We LOVED this apartment!

Sehr ruhige Ferienwohnung auf einer kleinen Anhöhe in der Nähe vom Meer, nur 3 min bis zum Strand. Meerblick von der Terrasse aus. Supermarkt auch ca. 3 min entfernt. Sehr schöne Wohnung allerdings fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine in der Wohnung.er

Steps to the beach from the main entrance, not the place. Was very difficult for my parents to climb the 144+ deep and winding stairs. Pack lightly because you have to carry your luggage up them too. Absolutely stunning view once you get there, although the photo shown is a little deceptive - that view is not from the deck where you would sit.

Nice apartment, in a good location in the town of Monterosso, however many stairs to climb to get to the apartment from the street. The apartment was spacious and clean with a beautiful balcony and view. However the apartment without air-conditioning made it pretty much unbearable to be in or sleep in the summer heat, floor fans did not do anything.

There is a great view of the water from this air bnb just as listed and a nice balcony to enjoy. However, there was trash left behind when we arrived and it was a bit dusty and dirty. The space was missing some basic items such as coffee but did have the bare minimum you needed to get by. There was no description on how to get to the air bnb so I basically guessed based on my map and it was unclear which unit it was. However, the host was responsive and willing to let us check in early and helped us find our way which we did appreciate. We did not receive any check-out instructions. We probably would not stay here again but it was a walkable location close to the train station and the beach.

A seguito della conferma di prenotazione, abbiamo compilato un form dove indicare gli orari di check-in e check-out previsti dal nostro piano di viaggio. All’arrivo, una volta entrati nell’appartamento, abbiamo notato che le pulizie non erano ancora state effettuate. Abbiamo contattato l’host, che è intervenuto tempestivamente, offrendosi anche di rimborsarci le spese di pulizia (rimborso che, ad oggi, stiamo ancora aspettando). A causa di ciò, abbiamo potuto accedere all’appartamento pulito solo due ore dopo il nostro primo ingresso. Per quanto riguarda il check-out, nonostante avessimo comunicato precedentemente l’orario previsto, ci è stato chiesto di lasciare l’alloggio in anticipo. Al netto della nostra esperienza, la casa si trova in un’ottima posizione, offre un ottimo panorama e corrisponde alle foto fornite dall’host. Piccoli limiti: Le tante scale, e che per utilizzare il piano a induzione, è necessario spegnere lo scaldabagno e gli altri elettrodomestici.

The location is nice with a beautiful view over the sea and beachfront. A word of caution though: the stairs from street level (109 steps, not smooth nor level) are not for everyone. If you have issues with walking without assistance, this place will be challenging.
