Overall, the apartment itself was great, with amazing views. Note: the approach is tight if you’re driving a larger vehicle. I mention that this listing isn’t really managed by “Thomas” but by Happy Rentals, who handle 190 listings on Airbnb. Because of that, you don’t get the personal touch you would with an individual host. For example, we raised the issue of a broken washing machine, which was clearly mentioned in the listing. Instead of simply acknowledging it and explaining that it was no longer available, we were flatly told that a washing machine had never existed with the listing hastily edited. A simple, honest response would have been much better. Similarly, we noticed a broken step and an outdoor light that was just exposed wiring, but we didn’t bring it up as seemed pointless. All in all, while the apartment itself is lovely, the impersonal and somewhat dismissive communication from Happy Rentals was disappointing.

Synes det er en svær anmeldelse at lave. Selve boligen var ren og køkken og bad var nyt. Men det samlede indtryk var lidt trist: man havde tydeligvis ikke malet mv. inden man satte nyt køkken/bad ind, og generelt mgl der bare en del finish for at det er rigtig godt… Dejlig udsigt fra altanen. Udenomsarealet er meget trist, det ligner noget der nærmest er forladt og der ligger lidt skrald mv udenfor og det ser ikke særlig indbydende ud når man ankommer. God vært der svarede med det samme da persiennen i stuen ikke kunne rulles op (automatisk virkede ikke).

Die Aussicht der Ferienwohnung war wirklich wunderschön und eines der Highlights unseres Aufenthalts. Auch die Einrichtung war schlicht und minimalistisch, aber dennoch völlig ausreichend für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
