Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza. Ana è stata molto disponibile e accogliente. C'è stato qualche piccolo intoppo durante la nostra visita ma Ana ha sempre risposto immediatamente e in modo efficiente. L'appartamento molto bello e confortevole è stato il luogo ideale per passare un paio di giornate tranquille con la famiglia. La posizione offre una vista spettacolare sul lago e anche se l'ultimo tragitto per raggiungere la casa è un po' ostico, ne vale la pena. Ottima esperienza.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Unterkunft. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Prosecco und Wasser bereit! Schöner Pool. Für Aktivitäten wird ein Auto benötigt. Es gibt einen schönen Weg entlang am See in den nächsten Ort (ca. 3 km einfache Strecke), den man zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zurücklegen kann.

I let Pat know that we would be back next year. It was fantastic. The only thing I will say is if you have trouble with stairs or walking up hills, this might not be for you. There are quite a few stairs and a steep incline. We are in our 60s and 70s and Mateo arranged it so that we could have our car right in the driveway. He was fantastic. The view is gorgeous, the pool is beautiful and the olive trees and plants are breathing. I bought a basil plants and planted it in one of the gardens when I left. Hopefully whoever comes there next, can enjoy the basil.

Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Die Lage ist super und die Kommunikation mit Matteo und seinem Team lief ohne Probleme. Alles war so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben.

Sehr gepflegte und moderne Wohnung mit sehr großen Zimmern. Super geeignet für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Tolle Terrasse mit super Blick auf den Gardasee. Wunderschöner Pool zum abkühlen. Sehr zentrale Lage zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Bardolino etc.) Der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt. Gerne kommen wieder erneut.

Ci siamo sentiti incredibilmente bene in questo alloggio. Tutto era esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio. La vista sul lago è assolutamente da sogno, e la posizione dell’appartamento è perfetta. Anche l’arredamento e le dotazioni erano completi; la cucina era super attrezzata. Dopo poco tempo ci siamo sentiti come a casa. I padroni di casa sono stati estremamente disponibili, ci hanno contattato proattivamente e sono sempre stati raggiungibili per qualsiasi domanda. Davvero non si può chiedere di meglio. Torneremo sicuramente volentieri e consigliamo questo appartamento con tutto il cuore. È un posto dove ci si può davvero solo sentire bene. Grazie di cuore per tutto ai padroni di casa!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Ein Kaffee am Morgen auf dem Balkon war ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Den Sonnenaufgang auf der gegenüberliegenden Bergseite zu beobachten war unbeschreiblich. Selbst der Pool war noch in Betrieb und wurde in den ersten Tagen genutzt.

We had a nice stay at this apartment. It was clean, well-equipped and had good facilities, especially the pool, which was perfect after a day exploring Lake Garda. The location was also fairly convenient, with the nearest bus stop only around a five-seven minute walk away. The only downside was that we couldn’t find the nearby shop mentioned in the listing, and the closest one we found was about a 20-minute walk away. Because of that, having a car would probably make things a little easier. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Tolle Lage mit schönen Ausblick. Ruhig gelegen. Was problematisch war, war die Parkplatzsituation. Ein kleiner Parkplatz an der Strasse und 3 in der Einfahrt hintereinander. Man musste immer fremde Leute aus anderen Wohnungen im Haus herausklingeln, um parken oder ausparken zu können. Das war sehr mühsam. Der Garten war zwar wunderschön gelegen und angelegt, aber total ungepflegt, verwildert, überall Unkraut und alte Blätter. Keine Sitzkissen für die Stühle. Die Bettwäsche war viel zu klein für das Inlet. Ausserdem waren nach 2/3 Tagen total viele kleine hunderte tote Fliegen am Eingangsbereich am Boden. Ansonsten, wenn diese Punkt alle behoben würden, ist das eine sehr schöne Wohnung, toller Ausblick, gut eingerichtet, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, begehbarer Schrank mit Waschmaschine. Gut ausgestattet, schöner Garten, wenn gepflegt wäre

Super Wohnung zu Fahrt zu Wohnung ist anspruchsvoll für nicht so erfahrene Fahrer oder Leute die zum ersten Mal eine starke Steigung fahren aber mit Erfahrung kein Problem

Schöne Wohnung und Lage Probleme gab es leider mit den Parken ( Ana war sehr bemüht u für die letzten drei Tage ) da hat es geklappt. Minus leider auch das Inventar war für 4 Leute zu knapp. Tipp : Vielleicht noch eine Filterkaffeemaschine bereitstellen. Würden aber noch mal buchen bei Matteo👍

Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick. Schöne Bäder, schick eingerichtet. Die Betten inkl. Kissen und Decken waren sehr bequem. Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert, toll auch, dass die Fenster mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet waren. Die Außenanlage ist super schön. Leider war sie noch nicht von einem Gärtner für die Saison vorbereitet wurden. Erst am vorletzten Tag kam ein Team und hat Unkraut beseitigt und Rasen gemäht. Was sehr schade war. Der Pool ist toll und sauber, wir haben ihn täglich genutzt.

The location of the apartment is absolutely amazing, the view really does make it very special and there's lots to do in short driving distance from the apartment. The gardens were gorgeous with lots of seating options, albeit missing chair cushions as others have mentioned. However, the apartment itself did feel like it needed some maintainance, there were 3 broken door handles, a door frame was loose and the pool had lots of insects and leaves in (to the point we didnt use it). As others have said the parking was a real issue and we couldnt get parked at all on arrival. I called and texted to remedy this but the response was very slow which was a frustrating first impression. Overall, it was a lovely stay but not worth the luxury price tag with the issues mentioned.

The apartment WAS luxurious, now it is not very well maintained - broken door handle, broken shampoo pump, broken curtain hooks (very difficult to pull). There were dead flies in the corners of the living room. There were hairs on the handles in the bathroom. There are no pillows for the metal chairs outside. Communication is very slow - this is a company and a different person answers every time. They had promised to give me the sofa covers - they didn't. We had to call by phone. The opening instructions are sent from a different email address and were in my spam. It is good to send them through Airbnb so that they are tracked more accurately. Positives - the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the view is beautiful. At a lower price, I would recommend a stay.
