L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, si trova al piano seminterrato di un edificio di tre piani e dispone di un accogliente soggiorno open space arredato con un comodo divano letto, una grande TV satellitare a schermo piatto e un tavolo da pranzo. Questa zona si apre sul balcone e comprende una cucina moderna dotata di macchina da caffè Dolcegusto, piano cottura a induzione, forno a microonde e frigorifero con congelatore. La struttura dista 1 minuto a piedi dal porto turistico e dal lungolago, dove gli ospiti troveranno un bar, vari ristoranti, un piccolo supermercato, un museo e una bellissima scultura in bronzo intitolata "La Bagnante", dell'artista spagnola Luisa Granero. L'incantevole città di Malcesine, dominata dal Castello Scaligero, costruito nel XIV secolo, dista 10 minuti in auto dalla struttura. La città offre diversi ottimi ristoranti e caffè, molti dei quali con vista sul lago. Il paese ospita anche un mercato il sabato (dalle 8:00 alle 13:00) che offre i prodotti locali più freschi, oltre a moda e accessori. Dal Porticciolo di Malcesine (a 15 minuti di auto), è possibile prendere un traghetto per le località di Limone e Riva e godersi una giornata sul lago. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è il Valerio Catullo (VRN) di Verona, a circa un'ora di auto.

Nice, clean and big apartment with a great view over the lake! Easy check in. Unfortunately very cold inside, since we stayed in early March. After 3 Days of heating it was somewhat comfy.

The location and view was good. How ever we expected more. We were disappointed that 2 days in a row the water got cold very quick while having a shower.
