Вітаю!Я безмежно вдячна за організацію бронювання та заїзду гостей, також забезпечення всім необхідним у квартирі,а саме : свіжа постіль і рушники,теплі ковдри та додаткові подушки.Ще був гарний посуд та столові прибори,отже кухня забезпечена всім необхідним для готування їжі!Кондиціонери в кожній кімнаті,це важливо!Миючі засоби для прання речей та миття посуду,ще в кожній ванній кімнаті було надано гелі для душу,шампуні,мило,тобто гості не турбуються взагалі ні про що!Оператор був завжди на зв’язку,декілька разів перепитував чи маємо в чомусь потребу!Росташування справді зручне,5 хвилин пішки до пляжу,3 хвилин до магазину!Немає сусідів бо це окрема будівля з чудовою терасою,також облаштована двома шезлонгами та обіднім столом із парасолькою!Дуже вдячна за все!Гарних гостей вам і надалі.Від усього серця рекомендую вашу квартиру!

L'appartamento è nuovo, ordinato, pulito e dispone di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno e anche di più ! Roberto è stato disponibile in qualsiasi momento! Raggiungere il centro prevede una camminata di mezz'oretta, mentre la spiaggia più vicina è a soli 5 minuti.

We had a wonderful stay in this Sanremo accommodation. Everything inside was brand new, spotless and very comfortable. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from both the beach and the train station, which made it easy to get around without needing the car. Having secure shaded parking behind a locked gate was a huge plus, especially in the summer heat. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Sanremo.

Communication with Happy Rentals went smoothly, quick and was very clear. The apartment looked brand-new, was clean and had all the necessary appliances, towels and sheets. Nice to have a terras to sit outside in the mornings and evenings. The free parking space is small for a 'break' but was doable. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away, the center of SanRemo with nice restaurants and shops is about a 20min walk. Carrefour and Conad within 5min walking distance. We enjoyed our vacation time in SanRemo very much, we also visited nearby coastal villages with their markets, shops and restaurants, make sure to drive along the coastline when you do this to avoid toll fees. Worth visiting and only an hour drive is the city of Monaco.

L'espace, la déco, la terrasse, le parking, la clim, les deux salles de bains, tout était neuf mais fonctionnait. Le seul bémol était le confort du canapé-lit, seul élément ancien.

Het appartement zag er exact uit als op de foto’s. Alles was proper, verse lakens en handdoeken beschikbaar. 2 slaapkamers met airco, een ruime keuken en zitkamer ook met airco en een 2de badkamer met douche en apart toilet. Er is ook een wasmachine! Het terras is zalig om te ontbijten of ‘s avonds te vertoeven. Alles voorzien in de keuken, nespresso apparaat, oven, microgolf oven, frigo met diepvries, afwasmachine, voldoende glazen, bestek en servies.

Tout était neuf et fonctionnait (notamment cuisine et salles de bains), sauf le canapé-lit. Belle terrasse avec parasol, même au milieu des autres immeubles, mais normal, car en ville. Déco très sympa. Très bonne distribution des pièces et parking sur place et clim utiles !

Просторные аппарты. Чистота на 3. Месторасположение хорошее. Есть парковка. Но очень узкая.
