Situato in un residence di recente costruzione dotato di ascensore, questo elegante appartamento con due camere da letto è un rifugio luminoso e contemporaneo che può ospitare fino a sei persone, ideale sia per le famiglie che per i gruppi. Il soggiorno climatizzato è accogliente e luminoso, arredato con un comodo divano e una TV HD di ultima generazione, e si affaccia su un balcone privato dove una zona pranzo dedicata per quattro persone invita a consumare lunghi e piacevoli pasti all’aria aperta. Le spiagge del lido, i Bagni Garibaldi e i Bagni Vittoria, distano solo 5 minuti a piedi, mentre la stazione ferroviaria di Finale Ligure Marina è a meno di un minuto a piedi, rendendo semplicissimi sia gli arrivi in tutta tranquillità che le gite di un giorno lungo la Riviera di Ponente. Ristoranti, bar, negozi e un supermercato sono tutti raggiungibili con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. A poco più di un chilometro nell’entroterra, a circa 15 minuti a piedi, si trova Finalborgo, il centro storico medievale di Finale Ligure e uno dei borghi più belli d’Italia. Qui potrete passeggiare per i vicoli acciottolati fino alla Basilica barocca di San Biagio e al Museo Archeologico del Finale, oppure salire al Forte San Giovanni per ammirare una vista mozzafiato sui tetti e sul mare. Per i più attivi, le colline circostanti sono una meta rinomata per escursioni a piedi, in mountain bike e arrampicate su roccia. Alassio dista solo 30 minuti in auto, mentre la bellezza della città costiera di Genova vi attende a circa un’ora da qui. L’aeroporto Cristoforo Colombo di Genova dista circa un’ora in auto da questo appartamento per le vacanze a Finale Ligure.

Very nice penthouse! We had a blast staying there en enjoyed every minute. Nice that we got some prosecco, the service from the local support was fast and almost everything was there what we needed. Washmachine, dryer, towels, hairdryer, even soap en dishsoap. A few minor things that could be better: there is no powerplug easy to reach for the coffee machine, we had a extra socked with us and used it on de powerplug in the wall but than the sliding-door cabinet didn't fully open. The mattress of the room with single beds was very hard. Maybe some information about the alarm in the shower (tirallarme), we didn't know how to shut it off and not much foreigners know why there is this rope in the shower. A vacuumcleaner or floorcloth would have been nice to keep it a bit more clean, especially for the terrace when there is water on the floor from te jacuzzi. These are just extras to make it perfect but it still was very nice to stay here. We will definitely come back!

Es war eine wunderschöne und bezaubernde Woche! ☀️ Die Unterkunft und die Umgebung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders schön waren die traumhaften Sonnenauf- und -untergänge, die tolle Promenade sowie die wunderschönen Strände und Spielplätze für Kinder. Zum Abschluss gab es sogar noch einen tollen Markt direkt an der Promenade – ein wunderschönes Erlebnis. Auch für Hundebesitzer ist die Umgebung ideal, da sie sehr hundefreundlich ist. Es empfiehlt sich jedoch, Hundekotbeutel mitzunehmen. Das Essen war ebenfalls köstlich. Besonders die Pizza neben dem Apartment war hervorragend, ebenso wie der Wein aus der Umgebung. Das absolute Highlight war für uns der Jacuzzi! 🥂 Dort konnte man wunderbar entspannen, die Korken knallen lassen und dabei die herrliche Aussicht auf die Berge geniessen. 🏔️✨ Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. ❤️ Lg

Le penthouse est incroyable tout neuf vraiment bien équipée avec des matériaux de qualité, une terrasse super grande avec jacuzzi manque juste un parasol pour créer de l’ombre car le matin le soleil tape très fort ! Et Gloria est aux petits soins avec nous. Emplacement idéal proche de tout

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, ist sehr sauber und hat alles, was man im Alltag benötigt. Die Küchenutensilien samt Töpfe, Pfannen und das Geschirr waren neu. Es gibt nichts, was man negativ anmerken kann.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement est identique aux photos et très propre. Sheyla a été particulièrement réactive pour réponse à nos questions. Très bon emplacement pour aller à la plage à pied. Le logement est entièrement climatisé, ce qui est un atout l'été. Je recommande fortement !

Anweisungen über andere Kommunikationskanäle sehr präzis und informatif. Die Registrierung bei happy rentals war etwas verwirrend, aber nötig um die Zugangsdaten zu erhalten, sowie die Gäste zu registrieren. Sehr hilfreiche Verwalterin im Empfang (half auch unmittelbar bei Problemen mit der WCSpülung). Super Wohnung im Neubau. Sensationelle Dachterrassen. Alles da was es braucht. Leistungsstarke Klimaanlage. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenns etwas weniger Arbeiten in der Nacht gibt…

Zentral beim Bahnhof gelegen. Zentrale Lage bedeutet jedoch auch Verkehrslärm, den wir in Kauf genommen haben. Zuoberst im Gebäude ist dieser nach unserem Empfinden jedoch nicht störend. 👍 Reservierter Parkplatz steht 200m von der Unterkunft am Dorfeingang zur Verfügung. Zu Fuss einfach errwichbar. Es gibt keine Parkplätze direkt bei der Unterkunft, jedoch Platz zum ausladen. 👍 MTB-Keller mit Waschmöglichkeiten stehen zur Verfügung. 👍 Wunderschöne geräumige Penthouse 2 Wohnung in einem gerade fertiggestelltem Gebäude mit da und dort noch Kinderkrankheiten und Fertigstellungen 😋 War für uns jedoch kein Problem. Arme Gloria, die da und dort dadurch wohl Sondereinsätze leisten muss/musste. Habe mal bei uns in der neuen Wohnung spontan das Geberit Dusch-WC selbständig in Betrieb genommen, wenn auch nicht gebraucht. 😅 Es war wunderbar, wir haben die Zeit genossen. Very nice penthouse! We had a blast staying there en enjoyed every minute. Nice that we got some prosecco, the service from the local support was fast and almost everything was there what we needed.
