La località, ben servita, confina con lo storico villaggio di Ossuccio (che ospita un altro lido adatto alle famiglie, campi da tennis e la scalata del Sacro Monte di Ossuccio) e si trova a una distanza invidiabile dalla riva della Tremezzina (che ospita una fantastica serie di ristoranti, bar, lidi, la famosa attrazione di Villa Carlotta e il principale porto passeggeri e traghetti di Cadenabbia). Anche le famose passeggiate "Greenway del Lago" e "San Martino" sono a portata di mano, mentre una serie di altre attività come il noleggio di barche, kayak, quad, golf, trattamenti termali in hotel di lusso e ciclismo aspettano solo di essere godute. La sponda centro-occidentale offre anche un facile accesso in autobus/auto a Menaggio (a 13 minuti), alla mondana città svizzera di Lugano (a 54 minuti) e alla città di Como (a 41 minuti), nonché alle famose località di villeggiatura di Varenna e Bellagio (tramite traghetto da Cadenabbia). Perfetto per le vacanze durante tutto l'anno, il rifugio è facilmente raggiungibile da Milano e dai suoi aeroporti (68 minuti di auto), nonché dalle località sciistiche delle Alpi italiane (a meno di 1,5 ore di auto).

Wir haben die Tage in dem schönen und vor allem sehr sauberen Haus genossen. Die Ausstattung entspricht dem hohen Standard im Angebot, vor allem die zwei Bäder und die Küche. Allerdings hätten wir für die Ausstattung der Küche noch einige Verbesserungsvorschläge: Ein Geschirrhandtuch ist doch etwas wenig, hier wären ein paar mehr doch von Vorteil. Die riesigen Kaffeetaschen können für Tees, allerdings nicht für Kaffee verwendet werden. Hier wären kleinere Tassen und vor allem Tassen für Espresso wünschenswert gewesen. Wo wir doch Urlaub in Italien mit einer Kultur von Kaffee und vor allem Espresso verbinden. Beim Besteck könnte die Auswahl an Speisemessern sicher noch erweitert werd

Mooi en praktisch ingerichte woning. We verbleven hier voor 4 volledige dagen, spijtig dat het huis niet langer beschikbaar was. We wilden nog zoveel dingen doen. Onze hond Elvis had het hier ook naar zijn zin. Er is niets dat ontbreekt aan het huis.

Delightful house. Spotlessly clean. Aircon in each room, which was great as it was extremely hot. Easy walk down to the lake (as there is zero parking down there) to a selection of nice restaurants. Ferry to all destinations- Lenno stop - also there many easy access to all other towns on the lake. Highly recommend this stay 😁

The airbnb is beautiful and very clean! The host provided water bottles and a bottle of wine upon arrival — which I thought was so sweet! There is parking on site, which is convenient for those driving. It is a 10 min walk from the bus stop and to central lenno! I would 100% come back :)

Perfect place to stay with a dog and overall great location to explore Lake Como. Quiet area, close to the lake, grocery store and restaurants close by, and very clean and well equipped. The garden is lovely and well fenced.Had a great stay and definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Lenno Dolce Lago, the location was perfect and we didn’t use our car for the whole time - the villa is 10 minutes from the lake front, and 15 minutes from the ferry port. The secure parking was easy to use and find, and check in was easy. It had everything we needed and the rooms were very clean, we also really appreciated having two bathrooms! The garden is lovely and we made use of the barbecue one evening when it was cooler. The air conditioning was a life saver - especially as the walk back to the villa is up a fairly steep hill, meaning we could return to cool room! Overall, it was a great base for us and we would highly recommend it.

Tres belle maison, très bien pour deux couples, le jardin est bien clôturé, les chiens peuvent être laissé en liberté sans s'en préoccuper. La clim est vraiment un plus en cette période !! la maison est très bien situé, descendre jusqu'au lac à pied met 10 min, l'embarcadère est à côté, les restaurants sont juste en bas et en plus c'est très très calme ! Lenno est une très bonne destination ou séjourner pour découvrir les villages du lac de Côme et passer son séjour dans un petit village qui n'est pas hyper touristique où vous aurez la tranquillité et en même temps de quoi manger et boire un verre ou même prendre une glace et se baigner tout ça à pied. On reprendrait ce logement sans hésiter !

Lenno Dolcelago was the perfect place for our five-day stay. We were a group of five persons and the house fit our needs perfectly. Check-in was smooth and seemless. This house is located 10 minute walk uphill from the lake, Lago Como Greenway, Dino and Sigma Cetti supermarkets and 30 minute walk to Villa del Balbianello. Highly recommended and look forward to staying here again.

Casa molto accogliente e funzionale, con un bel giardino e una vista stupenda; solo il letto matrimoniale era un pò scomodo a causa della rete metallica. Unica critica, le istruzioni e le indicazioni solo in inglese: siamo in Italia, sarebbe giusto e corretto che prima venga utilizzata la lingua italiana e poi quelle straniere.

Wir waren 10 Tage mit unserer Hündin in Lenno. Der Garten ist voll eingezäunt und bietet genug Platz zum spielen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es ist auf Grund eines Sturms einmal das Gas ausgefallen, es war super schnell jemand da und hat sich um Alles gekümmert! In 5-10 Minuten Fußweg ist man unten an der Promenade. Es gibt dort tolle Restaurants und einige schöne Dinge zu erleben.

La maison était conforme aux photos du site. Nous l’avons trouvée très propre et avec toutes les commodités pour passer un très bon séjour en famille avec un petit chien. Jardin agréable. Un emplacement voiture non négligeable dans cet endroit. La maison est située en haut d’une côte. Vous mettrai 10 minutes à pied pour descendre au bord du lac. Nous y avons trouvé des restaurants sympathiques et une magnifique promenade au bord de l’eau. Vous avez la possibilité d’aller faire vos courses dans une supérette à 10 minutes de voiture de la maison. Nous remercions l’hôte pour son accueil et les conseils à notre arrivée.

A beautiful home on Lake Como, nestled just off of the main road with a sprawling fenced in yard and plenty of space. The accommodation was immaculate and we loved the large living and kitchen space. Wir waren mit Freunden dort. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt was für die Hunde besonders toll war. Bei Ankunft konnte man eigenständig einchecken da der Schlüssel in einer Schlüsselbox hinterlegt war. Im Haus gab es vom Gastgeber eine Flasche Prosecco und Kekse als kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Vielen Dank...

June 2017 We were very pleased with the property. It was very clean and comfortable. Nice clean shower rooms and nice towels too. Unfortunately the weather was unkind and we experienced several days of thunderstorms. It did clear up on our departure! The wedding we were attending had to be held inside the lovely villa in Tremezzo so, unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the botanic gardens (had to dash as quickly as possible from A to B to try to avoid the downpour. We did enjoy our stay though and would definitely recommend Happy Holiday Homes who provided an excellent service. Christine, UK

+ Sehr sauberes und praktisch eingerichtetes Haus. Hübsche Terrasse. Kurzer, schattiger Fußweg bis zum See neben der engen Straße möglich. - Es ist recht laut. Das Haus steht über 2 Hausseiten direkt an einer Straße. Die Einheimischen hupen immer zweimal, wenn sie vorbeifahren, um den Gegenverkehr zu warnen. Der Parkplatz ist sehr eng und für mich nicht nutzbar, weil ich beim Einfahren aufgesessen habe.

Die Lage war sehr schön und ein tolles Restaurant (Il Chris) war in nächster Nähe erreichbar. Dass der Garten eingezäunt war, hat uns gut gefallen (Hundebesitzer). Auch die zwei Badezimmer waren wichtig für uns, da wir mit zwei Familien dort waren. Zu Waschmaschine, Herd etc. gab es auch Infovideos, sodass die Bedienung nirgends ein Problem war. Wir hätten uns etwas mehr Besteck und große Wassergläser gewünscht.

Casa di nuova ristrutturazione e modernamente arredata, un pò defilata ed in posizione strategica per visitare i ditorni, e le località più famose. 2 bagni molto spaziosi. Grande e bel giardino per chi viaggia con gli animali. Si arriva al lago comodamente a piedi. C'è il bar della bocciofila a 20 passi dalla casa per la colazione.

Wir haben die Tage in dem schönen und vor allem sehr sauberen Haus genossen. Die Ausstattung entspricht dem hohen Standard im Angebot, vor allem die zwei Bäder und die Küche. Allerdings hätten wir für die Ausstattung der Küche noch einige Verbesserungsvorschläge: Ein Geschirrhandtuch ist doch etwas wenig, hier wären ein paar mehr doch von Vorteil. Die riesigen Kaffeetaschen können für Tees, allerdings nicht für Kaffee verwendet werden. Hier wären kleinere Tassen und vor allem Tassen für Espresso wünschenswert gewesen. Wo wir doch Urlaub in Italien mit einer Kultur von Kaffee und vor allem Espresso verbinden. Beim Besteck könnte die Auswahl an Speisemessern sicher noch erweitert werd

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Top ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt (Haus und Garten), tolle Lage und sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Fast perfekt, bis vielleicht auf das in die Jahre gekommene Doppelbett. Vielen lieben Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

Mooi en praktisch ingerichte woning. We verbleven hier voor 4 volledige dagen, spijtig dat het huis niet langer beschikbaar was. We wilden nog zoveel dingen doen. Onze hond Elvis had het hier ook naar zijn zin. Er is niets dat ontbreekt aan het huis.

Delightful house. Spotlessly clean. Aircon in each room, which was great as it was extremely hot. Easy walk down to the lake (as there is zero parking down there) to a selection of nice restaurants. Ferry to all destinations- Lenno stop - also there many easy access to all other towns on the lake. Highly recommend this stay 😁

The airbnb is beautiful and very clean! The host provided water bottles and a bottle of wine upon arrival — which I thought was so sweet! There is parking on site, which is convenient for those driving. It is a 10 min walk from the bus stop and to central lenno! I would 100% come back :)

Perfect place to stay with a dog and overall great location to explore Lake Como. Quiet area, close to the lake, grocery store and restaurants close by, and very clean and well equipped. The garden is lovely and well fenced.Had a great stay and definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Lenno Dolce Lago, the location was perfect and we didn’t use our car for the whole time - the villa is 10 minutes from the lake front, and 15 minutes from the ferry port. The secure parking was easy to use and find, and check in was easy. It had everything we needed and the rooms were very clean, we also really appreciated having two bathrooms! The garden is lovely and we made use of the barbecue one evening when it was cooler. The air conditioning was a life saver - especially as the walk back to the villa is up a fairly steep hill, meaning we could return to cool room! Overall, it was a great base for us and we would highly recommend it.

Tres belle maison, très bien pour deux couples, le jardin est bien clôturé, les chiens peuvent être laissé en liberté sans s'en préoccuper. La clim est vraiment un plus en cette période !! la maison est très bien situé, descendre jusqu'au lac à pied met 10 min, l'embarcadère est à côté, les restaurants sont juste en bas et en plus c'est très très calme ! Lenno est une très bonne destination ou séjourner pour découvrir les villages du lac de Côme et passer son séjour dans un petit village qui n'est pas hyper touristique où vous aurez la tranquillité et en même temps de quoi manger et boire un verre ou même prendre une glace et se baigner tout ça à pied. On reprendrait ce logement sans hésiter !

Lenno Dolcelago was the perfect place for our five-day stay. We were a group of five persons and the house fit our needs perfectly. Check-in was smooth and seemless. This house is located 10 minute walk uphill from the lake, Lago Como Greenway, Dino and Sigma Cetti supermarkets and 30 minute walk to Villa del Balbianello. Highly recommended and look forward to staying here again.

Casa molto accogliente e funzionale, con un bel giardino e una vista stupenda; solo il letto matrimoniale era un pò scomodo a causa della rete metallica. Unica critica, le istruzioni e le indicazioni solo in inglese: siamo in Italia, sarebbe giusto e corretto che prima venga utilizzata la lingua italiana e poi quelle straniere.

Wir waren 10 Tage mit unserer Hündin in Lenno. Der Garten ist voll eingezäunt und bietet genug Platz zum spielen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es ist auf Grund eines Sturms einmal das Gas ausgefallen, es war super schnell jemand da und hat sich um Alles gekümmert! In 5-10 Minuten Fußweg ist man unten an der Promenade. Es gibt dort tolle Restaurants und einige schöne Dinge zu erleben.

La maison était conforme aux photos du site. Nous l’avons trouvée très propre et avec toutes les commodités pour passer un très bon séjour en famille avec un petit chien. Jardin agréable. Un emplacement voiture non négligeable dans cet endroit. La maison est située en haut d’une côte. Vous mettrai 10 minutes à pied pour descendre au bord du lac. Nous y avons trouvé des restaurants sympathiques et une magnifique promenade au bord de l’eau. Vous avez la possibilité d’aller faire vos courses dans une supérette à 10 minutes de voiture de la maison. Nous remercions l’hôte pour son accueil et les conseils à notre arrivée.

A beautiful home on Lake Como, nestled just off of the main road with a sprawling fenced in yard and plenty of space. The accommodation was immaculate and we loved the large living and kitchen space. The showers were wonderful and the two bathrooms much appreciated. Such a lovely stay and we would return again and again!

Wir waren mit Freunden dort. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt was für die Hunde besonders toll war. Bei Ankunft konnte man eigenständig einchecken da der Schlüssel in einer Schlüsselbox hinterlegt war. Im Haus gab es vom Gastgeber eine Flasche Prosecco und Kekse als kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Vielen Dank...

Das Haus hatte für 3 Personen und 2 Hunde die optimale Grösse. Der Garten war gross und mit Zaun gesichert. Das ist für einen Aufenthalt mit Hunden super!

June 2017 We were very pleased with the property. It was very clean and comfortable. Nice clean shower rooms and nice towels too. Unfortunately the weather was unkind and we experienced several days of thunderstorms. It did clear up on our departure! The wedding we were attending had to be held inside the lovely villa in Tremezzo so, unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the botanic gardens (had to dash as quickly as possible from A to B to try to avoid the downpour. We did enjoy our stay though and would definitely recommend Happy Holiday Homes who provided an excellent service. Christine, UK

+ Sehr sauberes und praktisch eingerichtetes Haus. Hübsche Terrasse. Kurzer, schattiger Fußweg bis zum See neben der engen Straße möglich. - Es ist recht laut. Das Haus steht über 2 Hausseiten direkt an einer Straße. Die Einheimischen hupen immer zweimal, wenn sie vorbeifahren, um den Gegenverkehr zu warnen. Der Parkplatz ist sehr eng und für mich nicht nutzbar, weil ich beim Einfahren aufgesessen habe.

Die Lage war sehr schön und ein tolles Restaurant (Il Chris) war in nächster Nähe erreichbar. Dass der Garten eingezäunt war, hat uns gut gefallen (Hundebesitzer). Auch die zwei Badezimmer waren wichtig für uns, da wir mit zwei Familien dort waren. Zu Waschmaschine, Herd etc. gab es auch Infovideos, sodass die Bedienung nirgends ein Problem war. Wir hätten uns etwas mehr Besteck und große Wassergläser gewünscht.

Casa di nuova ristrutturazione e modernamente arredata, un pò defilata ed in posizione strategica per visitare i ditorni, e le località più famose. 2 bagni molto spaziosi. Grande e bel giardino per chi viaggia con gli animali. Si arriva al lago comodamente a piedi. C'è il bar della bocciofila a 20 passi dalla casa per la colazione.
