Eine wunderschön gelegene Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den See, Ruhe und Frieden, gute Erreichbarkeit des Büros und eine voll ausgestattete Wohnung, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Den Pool hatten wir praktisch für uns alleine.

Die Unterkunft, hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Schöne ruhige Umgebung und ein wunderschöner Ausblick. 😊 Die Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sauber, nur unter dem Sofa hätten wir uns etwas mehr Gründlichkeit gewünscht. Zwischendurch hatten wir einen unerwünschten stacheligen Gast in der Wohnung. 🦂

Heel mooi apartment met fantastisch uitzicht. Mooi dakterras met eettafel en lounchestoelen en BBQ. Erg leuk ingericht, een echte aanrader. Het tweede bed is een beetje te smal.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon der Wohnung ist fantastisch. Das war auch der Grund warum wir uns für diese Wohnung entschieden haben. Die Raumaufteilung ist innovativ so dass aus wenig Platz wirklich viel gemacht werden konnte. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm, Spühl- und Waschmaschine. Sogar ein Regenschirm ist für alle Fälle greifbar. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist vielleicht die Sauberkeit. Es war OK, aber für 160 Euro Reinigungspauschale dann doch nicht angemessen. Schön wäre ein Vorhang für die Fenster nach Süden, damit bei Tag die Wärme draußen bleibt

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich, und die Dachterrasse war einfach fantastisch – ein toller Ort zum Entspannen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war super und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war zwar etwas heiß in der Wohnung, aber das wussten wir bereits aus den anderen Bewertungen und waren darauf vorbereitet. Insgesamt war alles in Ordnung und gepflegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Tout était parfait ! L'appartement est vraiment charmant, très propre et avec une vue sublime ! Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse !! L'endroit est parfait, proche de tout mais un peu sur les hauteurs.

Przepiękny widok z balkonu, apartament bardzo czysty i świetnie wyposażony. Dodatkowo bardzo mili i pomocni sąsiedzi, którzy pokazali nam skrót aby jak najłatwiej i najszybciej dostać się pieszo w dół do miasta. Kontakt z obsługą bezproblemowy. Przed przyjazdem otrzymaliśmy wszystkie potrzebne wskazówki włącznie z mapą i zdjęciami. Na basenie byliśmy praktycznie sami przez całe 2 tygodnie.

August 2016 We had a fantastic time. The apartment is very high quality and the rooftop terrace is amazing. The swimming pool is also really good. The apartment, the pool and the location were better than we expected. It was really great. This was the first time that as a family we have had a holiday in Italy and it will not be the last. We took day trips to Lugano, Milan and Bellagio and would recommend all three to other visitors. Favourite restaurant was Gatto Rosso in Milan and there is nice little coffee/cake/delicatessen place in Dongo called Galli which we also liked a lot. David, UK

Meine Frau und ich waren jetzt im Juni 2025. Die Wohnung ist sauber, schön hergerichtet und es ist soweit alles da was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben unseren eigenen Schwenkgrill mitgenommen, dass war auch gut so. Über eine Steintreppe führt der Weg vorbei an Lucky, der kleffende Nachbarhund, der hinter dem Zaun seine Zähne zeigt. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr hell, da es keine Jalousie gibt. Alles andere ist echt gut und zu empfehlen. Der Pool ist ein separater Gemeinschaftspool, der nichts besonderes ist. Pool am Hang unterhalb der Straße.

Schöne Wohnung und Terrasse. Sehr warm in der Wohnung, da durch die fehlenden Vorhänge / Jalousien den ganzen Tag die Sonne reinscheint. Der Kühlschrank könnte auch mal erneuert werden. Schöner wäre es auch, wenn die Erklärungen, wie, was getan werden sollte nicht an der Türe / Schrank hängen, sondern z.B ein Ordner mit all den Tipps / Regeln erstellt wird. Pool hat ziemlich nach Chlor gerochen, konnte aber fast immer alleine benutzt werden.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut gelegen. Allerdings hat es extrem nach Raumduft Erdbeer gerochen. Zu sehr! Vielleicht zukünftig weniger Raumduft 😉

Sehr schöne Lage mit Aussicht auf den See. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Relativ ruhig. Alles was man so braucht ist in der Wohnung vorhanden (Geschirr, Wasserkocher, Toaster...). Schlüsselübergabe absolut unkompliziert, alles ist genau beschrieben. Es war soweit sauber und ordentlich. Den Pool hatten wir meistens für uns allein. Dieser war von der Sauberkeit für einen Außenpool auch ok. Für den Preis war alles völlig angemessen und i.O. Wir würden die Wohnung weiteremphehlen.

A nice location. An amazing view. A good walk down and up to the supermarket and the bakery every morning. Away from busy roads at lake Como. Driving distance to restaurants and nice towns like Menaggio, Varenna, Bellagio, Como,… An every evening we used to the pool for a refreshing dip. Not the best for just laying there, but hey, you are at one of the nicest lakes in Italy, so why stay at the pool :-)

Lovely little apartment with fabulous views. Apartment was clean and has everything you need. However, lack of air conditioning makes it very hot at night. Would recommend booking restaurants in peek season.

Magnifique appartement, propre et vue imprenable! Très bonne réactivité des hôtes qui règlent en général bien les petits soucis et rapidement. Une voiture est sérieusement recommandée car à pied, par temps de canicule, c'est compliqué (mais faisable) de remonter! Il manque la climatisation car il fait vraiment très très chaud, ainsi que 2-3 petites choses pour bien vivre au quotidien dans la cuisine.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und auch die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Wäre die Unterkunft etwas günstiger gewesen, gäbe es kaum Kritik, doch leider müssen wir sagen, dass das preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz gegeben ist. Dafür, dass es als neues Projekt angegeben wird sind einige Dinge der Einrichtung doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen(Kühlschrank, Bett) . Wir waren fünf Tage vor Ort und waren froh, mit dem Auto angereist zu sein. Ansonsten ist die Lage super und besonders die Terasse hat uns super gefallen. Gerne haben wir dort mit dem vorhandenen Grill gegrillt und die unglaubliche Aussicht genossen. Am Pool haben uns die Liegestühle gefehlt und leider konnten wir die angegebenen Kaffemaschine nicht finden. Ansonsten ist die Küche und Wohnung super ausgestattet. Insbesondere das Badezimmer war sehr sauber. Allem in allem ist die Wohnung für drei Personen ausreichend, doch zu viert wäre uns das eine Bett zu klein gewesen. Insbesondere da durch eine fehlende Klimaanlage es ohnehin sehr heiß in der Wohnung ist. Leider konnten wir auch keine Verbindung zum W Lan herstellen. Wir bedanken uns bei den Gastgeber:innen für die einfache An und Abreise und das Check-In und die ansonsten schöne Unterkunft :)

We stayed for 3 nights, from Tuesday 17th to Friday 20th of June 2014 - 4 stars given for the view. There were approximately 25 narrow, steep, stone steps to climb to get to this apartment, plus another 10 or more to get into the apartment itself. It might not sound much, but this was tough going with 5 suitcases and 5 pieces of hand luggage, plus a few bags of groceries, but once you get up there, the apartment is pleasant, but oh my goodness, it's the view that makes this apartment wonderful.... the view is breathtakingly beautiful and well worth that climb....if you don't have a heart attack on the way up, that is. The apartment is modern, clean and fitted out well. The main living area did feel small, maybe too small for 5 adults and really only had enough comfy seating for 4 people, but we didn't spend much time in there, so it wasn't a big problem for us. The main bedroom was large and really nice. I'd advise that some sort of window covering be provided for the arch window that's opposite the bed, as we felt exposed to the properties next door, especially at night with the lights on. There were sheets on the bed, but the quilt covers hadn't been put on the duvets, they were screwed up in a hanging space in the wardrobe. The kitchen and bathroom were fine. Both were clean, modern and functional. The area is quiet, but very beautiful and we loved it. Having the swimming pool was brilliant and we made great use of it. A big plus was having a shower and toilet down by the pool. A small, modern apartment, with exceptional views, beautiful scenery and places to visit, but suitable for able bodied people only. I wouldn't advise anyone who has problems with stairs or families with small children, to stay here. For everyone else, the apartments view will win you over. Thank you for a great stay.

Belmonte Terrazzo was just fabulous! Thanks so much for making our Lake Como vacation so wonderful! The apartment was so unique inside and out; with super modern-rustico style interiors and a pretty lake view roof terrace that we enjoyed - each and every day! The pool was across the road and had even more amazing lake views! The period property was located in a tranquil hillside location of Pianello del Lario and we found it very easy to reach Menaggio with our rental car. There were lots of restaurants nearby and our most memorable dining experiences were at La Baia in Cremia, Ristorante di Paolo in Menaggio and La Barcola on the road towards Porlezza. Happy Holiday Homes were totally great at helping us make the most of our vacation. Thanks so much guys!

My girlfriends and I decided on a 2 week getaway this year on Lake Como. We had all enjoyed holidays here previously so we knew we would enjoy it! We knew that staying in Pianello would be both peaceful and accessible for the central lake. The newly refurbished property was perfectly stylish and chic inside and out, and was topped off by a sunny private balcony terrace. The communal pool was situated across the road, which may sound inconvenient but the road is very narrow and hardly used due to the hillside location of the holiday home. We had flip flops so really didn't mind! All the must-haves feature to the property and I loved my pretty bedroom with french-style interior. The living area and all the rooms were utterly charming, with exposed stone work, beamed ceilings and all the finishing touches you would expect from a luxury home. The fully-equipped kitchen was really fun to cook in and we enjoyed some delicious meals out at nearby La Baia, La Darsena and the country-style La Fagurida organic restaurant. We parked our hire car at the public parking spaces nearby across the road and we found reaching Menaggio really easy by car. We all enjoyed the peace of the surrounding area and in the evenings we enjoyed meeting and dancing with the locals at the fun Lidos. There was also a very good spa in Lenno which we would recommend after a day of sightseeing and activities. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Property was easy to find. Then again we were very familiar with the area as we stayed there before. Our favourite Restaurant is probably Bilacus in Bellagio. They are very friendly, the food is authentic and really good. It's also quite reasonable considering the quality. The roof terrace is also a great spot. Villa Balbianello was a good way to spend a couple of hours. There was a little speedboat trip to get there and the Gardens were amazing. It's a pity the weather was so bad for the first few days. Overall we had a great holiday. There are loads of things to do in Lake Como. From boat rides to great Restaurants. It is truly one of the most amazing spots in the world. The staff at Lake Como homes were very helpful and there if we needed them at any time. Thanks a million and hope to see you again soon.

Wir haben vier schöne Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung war allerdings deutlich kleiner als erwartet und über mehr Treppen zu erreichen, über die das Gepäck transportiert werden musste. Der Pool ist auf der anderen Seite der Straße ohne Liegen oder ähnliches, eigentlich nur für eine kurze Erfrischung geeignet. Das Bett im Obergeschoss ist sehr klein und es ist viel zu heiß. Für uns als Familie mit zwei großen Söhnen war es zu klein, ein Sohn hat draußen auf der Liege geschlafen. Nach der Beschreibung hatten wir es uns komfortabler vorgestellt.
